Great Service. We try e few bikes, did not have the right size but they will bring one from another store to try
I was quoted $40 a month ago for shifter installation. Went in and got quoted at $60 this time. Person helping me was quite rude. He said " well prices changed, everything changed". Wasn't willing to reduce price at all. Called other shop and was quoted $35. My last visit was pleasant, this time was terrible. Will not be returning to this shop ever again.
Bought a bike a few months ago, and the rear brake just broke. Went to get it fixed. Put in a work order for fixing one, but it seems they didn't read the instructions on the work order, which ended up costing me twice the amount. Sure, I was offered to speak to a manager, but I didn't choose to.
If you are a serious biker whether its MTB or road biking and you take your equipment serious this place is not for you. There are better bike shops for maintenance and quality service purposes.
Many years ago, I bought a cheap e-bike on the internet. Even though I didn't buy it from them, the crew at Mike's Bikes Los Gatos were always super cool about keeping it running. That's why I bought my next e-bike from them 5 years ago. The crew may have changed a bit there over the years, but they all still have the same great attitude and do the same great work. Mike's bikes does not let you down! 💪💪 Came in on Sunday after being told by my local shops they couldn't help me. For front fork conversion to tapered . Mike's said they can do it!. Just the willingness to help a customer is what makes them the best shop in the bay!. Definitely coming back soon and buying me a new toy as an early Xmas gift 😉😜 Sorry Trailhead cyclery 👎👎
