Very responsive, good service. My SUV had a flat front tire and I was driving it on the spare. I bought the tire ( from TireRack.com) which needed to be remounted on a wheel and installed back, spare needed to deflated and stowed back. I called them to ask if they could work on when I get there and they said yes. All the work was done quickly and professionally. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes.

I was scammed here. Not only did they overcharge me for a simple job, but my smoke check did not pass in Santa Clara after the repair was done. I went to the smoke check shop and showed them the receipt for the job that was performed. They informed me that I was overcharged and could have done it for 1/3 of the price I paid. Additionally, they left many things open in my car and did not properly secure all the screws. Unfortunately, I only discovered this a few days later when I was showing my friend my engine and noticed that some screws were loose and missing. Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect every part of your car before leaving this place. This will be my last visit to this garage after many years of coming here.

Called about flat tire quoted $20 and 10 minutes. Brought tire in pointed out screw plugged it. Checked tire found additional hole fixed that and was on the road in less than 10 minutes for the original quote. Excellent work.

Quick and efficient guys! Brought the car here a few weeks ago because of a coolant leak. One of the guys took a look under the hood immediately after we drove onto the lot, identified the issue and gave a price estimate. The fix required ordering some parts but we were instructed to bring the car back the next morning and that’s that! The car was ready by afternoon. As some reviews have already mentioned, there is occasionally a bit of a language barrier with some of the employees, but the service is good regardless! Their work can seem a bit hectic but everyone’s always super helpful and nice to talk to. What you may lack in perfect communication, they make up for with excellent work.
