Ashley was so helpful! I get in line when my turn came I asked to be pointed to the direction for windshield wipers, and a headlight for my car. Instead, she looked it up on the computer asked my car model & year. Then she went to go grab it herself came back. I paid and she asked me if I needed help installing and of course I did. wow what great service. I have been to multiple O’Reilly’s and never was. I asked if I needed help installing and never did someone go get the parts for me. I was so impressed thank you Ashley.

Needed a single windshield wiper, but they suggested two. After testing the new wiper, they were correct. I appreciated their expertise.

Battery charge light came on. Ashley immediately offered to check the battery and suggested checking alternator and starter. Bad alternator (original at 220k miles, I’m happy) and they had an exchange in stock. Ashley was super helpful with tools etc though the store was really busy. Saw her outside multiple times with other customers being just as forthcoming and helpful. My best breakdown in years!!

I came on a Sunday night at 7 pm. And when the cashier saw I was purchasing headlights she offered to install them. My big hands proved difficult for me to wedge them in there last time so I took her up on the offer. She helped the her partner to install the lights and they had them in in less than a couple of minutes and they showed me me the trick of first take electrical off then uninstall and vice versa. Two thumbs up for service, attitude, and instructions. Much appreciated.

friendly and fast service. didn’t catch his name but the male employee with red hair helped look up the specifics of my car, even popped the hood to double check when i wasn’t sure exactly what i needed. good info, helpful suggestions, ultimately helped me fix my headlights without dropping a buck at a mechanic.

Been a few times for basic and specific needs, always manage to find what I need or a good solution. Helpful staff, can always look up make/model needs for you. Ashley was particularly kind and helpful!
