Very friendly staff. Had a very smooth transaction. They arranged rental vehicle from enterprise as well on time. Did a great job on my car which was involved in rear end collision. Contacting them is also very easy.

I wanted to start off by this is my second time I come here to this location with a different vehicle, but last week I had a great experience with their service. I had to come in for a small fender bender, and the Kristina M. Did a great job taking care of my car. She kept me informed at all time how my car was doing, and when my car was done she showed me how great this place works. My wife and I were rear ended in San Anselmo (Marin County) and our car recieved extensive damage. We called AAA and they advised us that Crash Champions Los Gatos was an approved AAA repair shop. Jacqueline assisted us through out the entire process and would highly recommend the shop. She provided the highest standard of customer service. You drop your car off and it is repaired at an off site facility. AAA and Crash Champions arrange to have the rental car company pick you up to get your rental car. Car comes back cleaned and detailed.

Are you looking for a repair shop that seems mismanaged? Are you looking for a repair shop that will repeat the same excuses for their reasonings for delaying repairs even when they have all parts necessary to complete your car repair and at first give you a timeframe of a little less than a week to complete repairs? Do you want to receive your car still needing further repairs because they apparently lack necessary equipment to finish the job? Then look no further than Crash Chamions in Los Gatos! We truly did appreciate dealing with Evelyn’s condescension when she finally decided to message us after making a whole stink of letting them know that as a working family we would need a car, either our own or a paid rental. We especially loved the almost bragging she saw fit to send in an email about how they have many other customers in their shop who also need cars yet they’ve been sitting in their shop for “months”. You know, as in we shouldn’t be complaining as we’re not the only ones who made the mistake of choosing their shop for car repair. So if you’ve made it this far in reading the review then I implore you to please choose another shop as they seem firm on giving you the hardest time in an already stressful part of your life in dealing with repairs after an accident.

Jackie who coordinated my repair was fantastic. She was friendly, thorough, and walked me through every step of the process and estimate. My repair was completed lightning-fast and looked great! I wish the rest of my car looked as good as my bumper does right now. Very pleased with these guys and hopefully I'm not in any more fender-benders, but if I am, I'd be happy to return here.

They were the local AAA body shop for a recent accident. Danielle was absolutely amazing and handled all of our needs from top to bottom. Stayed in communication regularly about the status of my car and took care of all the insurance issues. Amazing customer service. Not that I want to have to have work done on my car again but if I do I am going there.

I have used Pan American twice. The first time, it was at the suggestion of my insurance company. Most recently, another driver hit me, and damaged the entire driver side of my Tundra. I went back to Pan Am because they did a good job the first time. Not only did they do another great job as far as the repairs were concerned, I was able to pick my truck up early. I picked it up yesterday, 1/23/19, instead of the originally scheduled date of 1/29/19. 6 days early and my truck looks brand new. Also Danielle, who you will probably be in contact with, is very easy to work with and gives you an update every step of the way. I highly recommend Pan American if you need any work done.
