Warning! Do not do business here I gave a deposit on a unit after I was told by John it was a refundable deposit. After I informed John I preferred to sell my trade in and needed an extra week, he texted me telling me he changed the terms of the deposit to non-refundable. Because I do not do business with shady people, I canceled the deal immediately and explained to him I m pretty sure it s illegal to take someone s money than change the terms without their consent. Do NOT do business this place. I m still waiting for my refundable deposit back!

Most amazing place Ive ever been, not only is a service wonderful the Antiques and memorabilia are second to none, I was like a kid in a candy store looking at the wonderful autographs and antiques while service is being performed on my Mercedes Interstate van. Great job Toscano

Amazing customer service! We were broke down with brake/bearing issue. When the auto repair facility told me the cost to repair I looked up the closest Airstream dealer and spoke with Eric at Toscano RV. We spent the night in their lot and the next morning they had us in the shop and we were back on the road after lunch for 1/2 the price we were quoted at the auto repair facility. Thank you Eric an the team at Toscano.

We had a problem with one of our lug nuts the day before a camping trip. We called Toscano s and Bobby said to bring it down and they would get us a couple replacements. We took the lug nut to them and they gave us 10 new ones as the replacements were a little different. Bobby even called after we got home to make sure they worked.

Had a great experience here. We stopped in as we were have a problem with the kitchen faucet. They didn t have the specific part I needed, but found a workaround which enabled us to keep moving on. I don t recall the name of the fellow that assisted us, but he was super nice and very helpful. Thank you!!

Updated Review: Took our Fifth Wheel in for warranty work and Bobby and his team did an AMAZING job working with us and the manufacturer. He kept us in the loop with the whole process and updated us frequently. Great customer service from everyone involved. Highly recommend for service and purchase needs. We purchased our Durango 326RLT from Toscano RV and had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the sales staff, finance, parts and service departments were all very friendly and helpful. We had been looking at RVs for many months and visited close to two dozen dealers. Toscano RV was by far the best. While its about 2.5 hours away from us, well go back to Toscano for any future needs and we highly recommend.

We had an electrical issue with our trailer on the way to the southern Cal desert while going south on I 5. Found Toscano TVCenter with google search in Los Banos. Pulled into their center, greated by the friendly receptionist who immediately beckoned service manager Bobby Sousa who described the options available. Following my decision, Booby assigned tech Vicente who within an hour had us back on the road at a very reasonable repair cost. All RV centers should be so easy and responsive!!!

Very competitive pricing and a hassle free buying experience. They were completely above board in everything and their service folks (shout out to Oscar) are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can easily recommend Toscano for buying your RV.

Got an ok deal on and rv but had to do a lot of work on it. Service department is lagging. I have had to service it all myself.

Wanted to see some RVs and wasnt sure what I wanted, could not get price of anything. Was disappointed because I wanted to buy local ended up buying from somewhere else over $100,000 I would of loved to spent in my community

We had such an enjoyable experience at Toscano RV, Dave Miller was our salesmen but everyone seemed friendly. No pressure at all, he was not in a hurry and answered all our questions. We went to a lot of RV dealers, and Toscano were the first to give us actual service, offering to order the trailer we wanted rather than trying to sell us on what was on their lot.

For RV Parts this place had much better prices then camping world. $5 to $10 difference in most of the parts that were $20 or more. Clean and comfortable. I would buy from them again. I recommend trying them.

Great buying experience !! We live 1500 miles from Toscano RV, but found the Lance travel trailer model we liked online at Toscano. Working with our salesman, James, we got a personal tour of the trailer using Facetime. James answered all of our questions and was easy to work with. The whole toscano team made the purchasing and delivery experience pretty darn painless and we are delighted with our Lance trailer.

Great experience in buying a KZ 315rkd 5th wheel.. 4hr drive to Los Banos and worried about a high pressure sales tactic all the way there. To my relief David my sales person John in finance and Oscar in orientation Mike in parts were all friendly and professional.. I can recommend Toscano RV .

Good place to find what your looking for

This this place is totally dishonest. I had my RV repair there and later on I found out that they use the same brackets cut the awning and reused it missing bolts. After trying to resolve the issue they think they can get away from stealing from hard-working people even if your insurance is paying for the repairs. After several times trying to get this corrected they no longer accept my phone calls so I will be checking with the district attorney and local police department to see if I can file criminal charges insurance fraud. I also will be checking with the Better Business Bureau and OSHA to see if their technicians are all certified to do repairs and. If this place thinks theyre going to get away with this they are mistaking I would think twice on having this particular place to work on your RV double check your invoices and your repairs they like to use the phrase as the parts are no longer available for a 2017 fifth wheel trailer

Thank you Toscano Rv. We had an awning malfunction while traveling I-5 and thankfully we were near LB exit. We drove into RV center, were lent a latter to remedy the problem. I purchased a 2014 Durango fifth wheel travel trailer from them and have used them for all my repair and maintenance needs. Their sales and repair staff have been great . They have been easy to work with. Any further purchases of rv,or parts will be done at Toscanos.

Excellent RV center and I ve had my eye on buying a new or used Travel Trailer, my favorite brand being the Airstream: Bambi s I just love as they are exceptional for their charming, petite sizes, but I will need a bit more spaciousness, and the price points coordinate very closely with each added extra foot in length

We explored several local options to purchase our trailer. We found Toscanos website to be easy to use and helpful with up-to-date information on stock. So we applied and were approved for a 2019 trailer. John, the finance manager, was so helpful and friendly. We made the just-over-an-hour drive from our home to Los Banos and just as we are pulling up to the dealership, the trailer we were MOST interested was pulling OUT of the lot having been purchased by someone else. We were a bit worried we wouldnt be able to find the SPECIFIC trailer for our needs. We wanted a towable trailer, not 5th wheel, with bunks and seperate master sleeping quarters...and an outside cooker would be a plus. Jesse, a salesperson, was immediately helpful and friendly. He was very taken with our dog Bear and offered him shade and a ride on the golf cart to view some other options. Jesse knew the inventory they had and IMMEDIATELY showed us the trailer we ended up purchasing. It had EVERYTHING we were looking for and the outside cooker. PLUS! It was just slightly more affordable than the option we were considering before. Jesse was so nice and helpful, even texting me photos of the trailer for me to show off and share with others. Today we just left the dealership again, having completed our walk thru on our trailer. Chris, the service person who performed our walk thru was SUPER helpful, patient and informed about our rig and all the buttons and gadgets. He spent over and hour with us showing us all the bells and whistles. At the end...Chris gave us his direct contact info in case we have questions or need anything. Jesse did the same thing when we left him. This wanst just a major purchase, it was a fantastic experience for two people new to the RV world. We will only come back to Toscano RV for anything we need or any future purchaes. Hands down...amazing customer service and inventory options!!

After an expansive search for RV dealers in Southern & Central CA, and unsuccessfully attempting to shop local, we found Toscano RV Center. We read great reviews and continued to scour the web. Our first call was received by the Sales Manager, David Morse who is kind, professional, helpful and straightforward. We discussed ordering a travel trailer and a more than fair price with zero pressure to purchase. And so began the Toscano RV customer experience. The next day we decided to purchase and David immediately ordered the camper. We were in the email chain for every communication with the manufacturer receiving an estimated delivery date just hours after the order. Davids follow ups were complete and timely and every question we shared was thoughtfully answered. We began to see why Toscano RV has successfully been doing business all these years. Being the off season production only took 4 weeks and we received a call from David the camper had arrived! We were ecstatic and took an unplanned & early trip 360 miles north to Los Banos to pick it up on 12/26. 8am Toscano was open for business right after Christmas. No rest for the weary. Los Banos, a small town feel and Toscano RV brings that to you. We asked to do a shakedown on their lot and stayed three nights with full hook ups! Oscar in the Service Department was impeccable. Having owned a trailer we are knowledgeable about the equipment. The walk-thru with Oscar wowed us with how he conducted it, his completeness, and his knowledge. Beyond his attention to detail was his kindness. We left the premises for supplies Saturday and he waited for us to return to say goodbye after working hours. Insane! The Service Department, to include Pepe, are unmatched. John, the Finance Manager, rounded out our great experience. The purchase process was low key, sin pressures to purchase after market products as weve experienced elsewhere. Professional, kind, and helpful he even assisted us hitching up to leave. We need to add Toscano has a huge selection of makes and models and a heavily stocked store for parts and accessories. We enjoyed our gift certificate and coupon as well as Thousand Trails voucher. There was so much more but this review is plenty expansive because this is a story worth telling. Small town Los Banos with a big time company. We love our new Rockwood and have Toscano RV to thank for a superb customer experience that made us feel part of their family. Oscar joked that in a year well be back for something larger...he may he right! Well buy nowhere else.

What a fantastic experience my wife and I had here. John made a deal happen that I didnt even think could. They were able to pick up my trade in and get me into a brand new Lance without any negative equity. Im still floored by this, and the walk through with Pablo was awesome. This man literally took his time with the walk through and made sure I understood things. He even taught me a safety issue that I over looked. I mean, the man made me practice while watching just to make sure . I highly recommend this dealership

I brought my 5 month old Lance truck camper into Toscano for a warranty issue I was having with the propane heating of the hot water tank. Even though I didn t buy our camper from Toscano the service department bent over backwards to assist me. From that statement you can see my surprise; I was expecting it to take weeks. I was expecting there to be a hassle with my needing to pick up and drop off after hours. Having owned different campers over the years, this is what I have become accustomed from every other dealership. But not from Toscano. Not only did they address my factory warranty issue they fixed other issues we were having that would not necessarily been covered. And to my surprise I wasn t placed at the end of the queue just because we didn t purchase our camper from them (something experienced at other dealerships) . I can honestly say that they have earned my respect and all my future business. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

The drive from Merced is well worth it. The staff is friendly, and they go out of the way to help you. Ive had all my basic services outside engine and transmission done at Toscano. Their work is superb. When you ask for specific work it gets done the right way. Prices are reasonable and fair. I have a 41 Diesel pusher and there technicians are knowledgeable and experienced.

Made an appointment for warranty work on our rv, was supposed to be in on a Thursday morning, out on Friday afternoon. Got there and was told they wouldnt start til Monday and it would be done late in the week. I drove 4hrs one way for the appointment, they couldnt even be bothered to call me and tell me they wouldnt be able to meet the planned schedule. Cost me $165 (fuel) for the wasted trip (at least the hotel allowed me to cancel my room reservation at no cost). Theyre more interested in selling rvs rather than keeping customers satisfied after the sale. They do good work IF you have lots of time to wait. Will not be back.

My husband and I had a terrible experience at Toscano RV Center. We live about 1.5 hours from Toscano and found a trailer here locally that we wanted to buy. The local RV company didnt have the interior color scheme we wanted, but we found the exact same unit at Toscano in the color scheme we preferred. Since it was a brand new trailer, we were not concerned about seeing it in person before we went to sign papers and bring it home. We had confidence they would do the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) correctly. We dealt with David Morse, the internet manager. Initially, we were not impressed with Davids lack of enthusiasm but as soon as he ran our credit, he perked up because he knew we were well qualified buyers. We had a fairly easy process in getting to an agreed upon price with some extras we asked to have thrown in. We gave a deposit so they would get the unit PDId and ready for us. David set an appointment for a specific day/time for us to come sign finance papers, do the walk through, and take it home. We arrived on the set day/time, and asked for David. We waited around for probably 15 minutes without him coming out to greet us. Another employee found out we were still waiting for David and said, oh, hes right here in his office! He told us the trailer was not ready yet so we waited & waited. Finally, they wanted to gather our CDLs for finance purposes, but we asked to see the trailer first. They finally allowed us to go look at the trailer. David walked us over to the trailer, moved another unit that was parked next to ours and left without saying a word. On our own, we did a walk-through of the inside & out and found several areas of concern. The bed frame was broken, a seal on a window was popping out, the tires appeared low, the propane tanks did not feel full, and we were concerned that they had painted the front & back of the trailer (the paint was tacky to the touch) - why? It was a brand new unit! Finally a younger guy came out to do the walk through. My husband asked if it had been PDI d and he assured us it had and he was the one who did the PDI. We told him we had concerns, and he immediately became defensive. We showed him the bed, to which he responded the bed frame must have just broke insinuating that we did it. He was argumentative and extremely unprofessional. When we mentioned that we drove 1.5 hours and then waited past our appointment time, he said, well thats my break time. Our concerns were brought up to David and not once did either of these men apologize or seem to be too concerned. Their attitudes were like we were putting them out by pointing out things that needed to be fixed. My husband & I talked privately and decided we needed to head home and think about it. We did not feel good about buying a brand new trailer with so many concerns, especially after the attitude of the employees. When we told David that we were going to go home and think about it, he sped off in the golf cart without a word to us. Our daughter was in a walking boot due to a foot injury, and he didnt think to ask if she wanted a ride (not that we needed one, but a little kindness can go a long way). He was obviously pissed. Actions speak louder than words. My husband asked for our deposit back, and David handed him the receipt for the deposit refund without looking at my husband. David turned and walked away without an apology or another word to us. We had communicated some with the finance manager, who by the way, was the only one who seemed to be nice and/or helpful. He seemed to want to help us, but at that point, we were done. David Morse and the guy who did the PDI blew it. They represented Toscanao s very poorly. We do not recommend this place at all.

Broke the foot off my awning and went to Toscanos. They found the part I needed and had it installed in the parking lot faster than I could pay for it! That is why Im always in there. Fast , friendly and helpful service! Awesome! Thanks!

It was horrible, once they get your money they can care less about you. We were there 9 hours waiting for our camper,then they parked the camper ,facing the street buy the front gate,gave the keys to me and said Ill get you bill for you. No washing of the camper,no walk thru, told us nothing of how to operate the oning they put on,nothing about the hitch or air bags they put on,never have I been treated so badly. If I were you, I would not go there for any reason. There glad to take your money but then they cant wait to kick you out the door. Noooooooo customer service at all.

We had a great experience with Toscano RV in Los Banos! We bought our Lance Camper, traded in our old camper and received A++++ customer service. We got our brand new camper clean and in perfect shape! Very pleased with Jess and the Finance Manager as well as Slim who did our walk through. A power cord was missing and our wonderful salesman John brought it to us the same day the trailer was delivered. My husband and I drove all the way from the east coast to purchase our trailer based on their price, good reviews and conversations with David Morse and John Costa over the phone. There were a few bumps in the process but each time, they were very responsive and addressed the problems. We recommend this dealership and would do business with them again

Traveling from Arizona to Washington and our Fifth Wheel didnt have brakes. Mike G fit us in immediately that day for service. The entire staff and service people were all very professional and friendly. Even had a overnight spot they let us stay in so we didnt have to find a camping spot

Needed a vent lid....they had it, in & out quickly (they were very helpful)

Made me wait a very long time to be serviced and ask questions. Wait theres more! Didnt tell me about a 20% restock fee for returning any item, ridiculous. If youre not white, youre not served.

They Ask too much information, questions, they want to sell what they want, old ones not what u like they ask too much down payments, they not working with the right banks when they cant sale they supost to dropped the prices and not make anyone wait too long at thy office for their information.. answers.

Due to a very long and convoluted story, we purchased an Eclipse RV from a dealer in SoCal (i live in NorCal/South Bay). Due to the dealership not doing their prep properly, and me not knowing what to look for i find myself in need of about 2 pages of warranty work that needs to be completed. After speaking to Eclipse directly they sent to Toscano for the warranty work. When i called for an appointment, they couldnt get me in for a month due to backlog, which was no problem. I then took my rig in on the day of my appointment and have been waiting patiently for updates ever since. Ive also pinged them (as has the MFR) proactively every week for last 3 weeks to get updates with no response. I called them yesterday to see what was happening, and this is where it comes off the rails. Per their service advisor, they havent even looked at my rig yet! When i asked why, the reason given is because i didnt buy it from them! Now, since i wasnt given ANY paperwork when i dropped my rig off (which in retrospect is weird) all i have to go on is the conversations i had with their staff. No one ever mentioned that my rig repairs were on a best effort basis for non dealer purchased units. He also couldnt give me any ETA as to when they would start or finish the work. Now i will give them kudos for one thing, at least they were HONEST about the reasons and didnt make up some story, so for that im glad. But wait - theres more.... Not only was that the explanation, but then they told me that because scheduling is hard they may stop doing warranty work altogether for rigs they dont sell. Im not a lawyer, but i dont see how this is even semi-legal to consider. Net-net - if you need service and didnt buy it from them, i wouldnt recommend taking your RV here. Good luck! --- 10/28 update changing my review from one star to two stars After a long process, i was finally able to get my rig serviced and back from them. They completed most of the work, but some of the problems in the electrical system were not found / fixed. Also, no one actually walked through the work with me live when i picked up the rig which based on all the issues getting to this point would have been ideal. I will give them credit for this - when you have their attention and they are engaged they seem like nice people and are genuinely interested in helping as much as they can. Net net here is that you need to have very clear communication with them about what they can do, when they can do it, and dont make any assumptions. It just took me too long to get to that point to make this a positive experience. Good luck!
