Honest shop. They said my car needed some work done it would cost like 600. Then once they did the repair they said that when they went in and did the work one part was not as bad as they thought and didn't do that part of the work and so they reduced the price to 400 since the work didn't get done. Very honest

I can't say enough good things about The Car Guys! I brought my car in for a catalytic converter replacement without an appointment, and they still managed to get me taken care of the same day. They even stayed after hours to make sure the job was done, allowing me to get to work that night without any issues. Their professionalism, dedication, and customer-first attitude truly set them apart. Finally found a good/reliable auto shop in this town!! Thank you for your great job. This guy's have an excellent customer service and does a great job in my denali 2020 dissel 3500 . They find my injector fault, and they replace it fast and easily .

The Car Guys have been the best shop for me. I had a major problem where some critters chewed some emissions tubing and cost me a pretty penny to repair. After the work was done, it ran perfectly but wouldn't past smog. There was permanent code on the computer that wouldn't clear even once it was recalibrate. I was very frustrated and fearful of being stopped by the police for not having my current 2024 sticker, and Yes I was stopped. Anyway, Jerry figured it out and was able to get it to past smog last week...oh what a happy day that was. I'm grateful for the professionalism of all the guys in the shop who worked on my vehicle and for Yesenia who allowed me to come more than I should have..lol., to see if it would pass smog..and yes it did! Plus, they always provide me with a ride back to work everytime I need to drop my vehicle off. Thank You Car Guys and Female..you are the best!

I have always hesitant about going to the small car repair shop. I pretty much goes to the car dealer for repair. Unfortunately, I have moved to a small town and there is no dealer shop in town. I happened to find the “Car Guys” online. They gave me a quote on the phone immediately. This was already the 4th or 5th calls trying to get a price quote. I couldn’t get a quote. They were either not picking up or they will call me back later or I was on hold for a long time and they never get back to me. The price they quoted for my rear shock was about 1/3 of the dealer price. This surprised me a lot. They could even do it on the same day. Since I was working I scheduled it for the next day. I dropped off the car and added an alignment for the car (the dealer said it needed an alignment if the rear shock was replaced). They were able to drop me off at work and pick me up from work. It made it so convenient. When I picked my car up the car alignment was not done. Why? The manufacturer do not recommend it. I was happy not to pay the extra $150. Overall I am very happy with their work and honesty in not upselling. I would recommend them for future repair.

Excellent customer service Employees are polite and kind. I have a hybrid car. They did their very best trying to figure out what was wrong with the car, spent a lot of hours on it. Because they could not diagnose the problem there was no charge. I recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed. Honest, good guys

We took our van to The Car Guys, because we weren't sure if it was safe to drive on after we heard a cracking sound near the wheel. Jerry helped us quickly with that and even some other problems, even though he had a tight schedule. He is a professional who does a great job. I can only recommend going here!

This was a good place to get fit into Jerry’s preexisting customers while traveling a distance. My 2020 Ram Promaster Van, acted strange while on the freeway, just south of Los Banos, check engine light came on solid. I needed oil, just prior to my full service scheduled as I arrived to Reno area. Eloy advised and fit my Van in as soon as he could. They got the engine code and determined what I feared, and I did my oil change early, as the mechanic, Joseph fixed the low oil level that what was indicating. The service exam noted a leak of some kind, so my full service will be advised this week, of the need to examine that as well as the full maintenance scheduled next week in Carson City. I found top shelf help here at The Car Guys, it was well worth the few extra miles off the freeway! Thanks Guys!!!
