24 Hour Mobile Tire Shop in Los Angeles

Beware of using this service! Don't rely on this business! I think that all the 5 star reviews are scams and that the one star reviews are absolutely accurate. Called this mobile tire shop because we needed a tire to be bought and replaced. We called around 6:30. The guy that answered said that he had the tire we needed and said that he would get to us within 90 minutes. 2 hours passed and we gave him a call for an update an to see if he was still on the way. He said that he was running behind so we waited one more hour. The next time we called, he never picked up. We looked at the message that we sent regarding our location and he barely looked at it, three hours later, which showed his read receipt was on. We were stuck at 10 PM, far ways from our home. He never had any intention of showing up and never had the decency to inform us that he was never coming. This business has no honesty nor integrity. We would've understood if this "business" was honest and told us that he wouldn't have been able to make it but it seems like he wants to have people on queue so that way he can pick and choose whenever he wants to work since this is a one man business. According to the previous reviews, Michael is the only person working at this "business" so if you do try and call this business, be very wary. I've read all the one star reviews and everyone had the same experience as us. Response to Owner: We clarified our location and tire size at the initial phone call, asked if you would be able to help us, and you said yes to all three. You informed us that you searched up the tires to see if you had it on stock, and said yes. We called multiple times, asked if you were still on the way (owner said yes), and the last time we called, no answer. Business never gave us a call back. Never informed us we were not within service area. Never informed us that you didn't had tires in stock. Instead, lied to us about everything on every account at the response. For the people that will try this business, record the phone call, for proof because this owner just tried to discredit my review by stating that he informed us of all this but never did. Try at your own risk. Thanks.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews (especially for small businesses), but I just had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. I called needing a tire replacement, and I was told I someone could be here in 30 minutes. I texted my exact location at 2:44pm; expecting an arrival around 3:15pm. At 3:23pm I get a call letting me know that they are running late and that it will be another 25 minutes. At 3:56pm, no one arrived yet, so I called them again. This time they tell me they are 10 minutes away. At 4:16pm, still no one, so I call again. I’m told it will be another 5 minutes. At 4:27pm I get a screenshot showing me their GPS, with an estimated arrival time of 4:34pm. Prior to their arrival, I was told (after asking) I would be discounted $80. When the person finally arrived, I asked for a bigger discount, and was offered an additional $40 off. I could have just taken the offer, but at this point I was just so frustrated with the service (and excuses). Yes, they showed up. Yes, they were willing to give a discount. So for that I’ll give 3 stars. But to show up almost 1.5 hours from the time I was told is inexcusable. I get it- things happen, but at least be transparent, and keep me updated with an honest ETA. Don’t tell me you’re X amount of minutes away when you’re really not. Due to the poor communication and lack of accountability, I didn’t feel like they deserved my business. I would have liked even more of a discount. The tire itself is only about $200, but the thought of paying $80 for the installation after waiting that long did not sit well with me. I asked for even more $ off (honestly would have been okay with knocking another $10 off), but at that point it was just my pride talking. The guy refused the additional discount, so I declined the service. Luckily, I called another company while waiting (this wasn’t until I waited for at least an hour), so I didn’t have to wait too long to finally get my tire replaced (they actually showed when they said they would). Anyways, not trying to ruin the business but any means, just please do better next time.

24 Hour Mobile Tire Shop saved me, again… my second time using this service and it’s great! I got a flat with my daughter in the car, on our way home. The driver arrived on time and changed the tire while we waited. Friendly driver, great price, thank you Mike!!

I had an emergency and thank God this service exists. Michael is amazing. He is available 24 hours a day because I called him at 4:00 a.m. and he was at my location within 20 minutes. What a amazing mobile tire service. My tire was replaced with a brand new tire and next week I'm going to replace another tire with Michael. This is my favorite company

I had a major tire blowout on 101 freeway off of Laurel canyon. Michael quickly responded after my call and brought me a tire and had it installed to my rim within minutes of his arrival. Very quick, efficient and reliable. Also reasonably priced service. Thank you Michael for rescuing me in the middle of the night. I appreciate it

Michael was great!! I got a flat tire while all the shops were closed and he got there so fast. So much better than waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance. I called and he immediately headed my way and quickly fixed it. Decently priced and great work, definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Michael was amazing! I thought I was going to have to have my car towed to the dealership and wait over the weekend for the service center to open and repair the tire. I called Michael, he came the same day, and changed my tire in my garage. Super affordable, easy, and Michael knows what’s he’s doing. He’s a lifesaver!

Called after AAA failed to assist. I was hopeful due to the great reviews, but after speaking on the phone, no one showed up. I waited on the side of the road for over two hours and eventually gave up. When I tried calling back, the number wouldn’t pick up. I was given a quote and agreed to it, everything seemed fine, but then I never heard back, and the number stopped accepting calls. I had no choice but to leave my vehicle and make alternative arrangements. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Do not recommend Update: Since two negative reviews hit, there had been “reviews” added and one comments about the company not being able to be everywhere at once as if it isn’t obvious someone is trying to pump up his numbers. I understand you’re a small business. But that doesn’t mean you couldn’t call instead of leaving me in the dark on the side of the road for hours after you said you were coming. All you had to say was “sorry can’t do it” leaving customers blind on the road is something else entirely than just reaching out to say you’re busy. That would have been understandable
