Very good customer service

I shopped at this Home Depot very often for plants and flowers. They have a wide selection of different varieties. Carlos the cashier in the Garden Department has suggested many plants and flowers in the department. He is very knowledgeable and he has the best customer service. I been to many other Home Depot s and their Customer Service is not the same experience that I get. I would always shop at Home Depot with a smile from Carlos and for providing exceptional customer service. Sometimes, I will see Carlos working the self check out and he gives a warm welcome.

This company has failed me. Rudeness,neglect, shunned are the adjectives that describe my visit to your stores as your loyal customer. We are in an abusive relationship and Im ending it. I have been introduced to Lowes. What a safe , sane change. And their parking lot only contains customers. No criminal element.

The Ladera Heights location has every single need to remodel any building; inside and out period.

A friend owed me money and gave me his balance on his cash card so its a different name than mine cashier would not accept it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I kept calling and just needed to see if they had one piece of sod in stock for my dog and the man answering the phones in gardening kept putting me on hold and forgetting about me

The story of how Home Depot, led by its CEO, stole $2,000 from me. I got a Home Depot credit card to increase my credit line and put it away. I don t use their products much. My seasonal income as an accountant is good in winter but less in summer. With school approaching and being a single mother, I needed to prepare my child with clothes, supplies, and shoes. I went to Home Depot to buy gift cards for school supplies and gifts for friends who helped me when I moved to the US with my child. I bought 6 gift cards worth $500 each and went to the register. The checkout was chaotic, with cards being thrown on the counter and a manager called. I felt like a criminal. Eventually, I received only 3 cards, and the payment was processed by the staff. I didn t check the receipt immediately, which was my mistake. $3,000 was charged to my card, but I only got $1,500 in gift cards. I realized this only when I got home. It turned out one card had no balance, so I got only $1,000 worth of cards instead of $3,000 paid. I had to return $2,000 to the store, which was stolen by employees. I called the store and the credit card department for 2 days, trying to resolve the issue. Everyone was indifferent and just transferred me from line to line. I then emailed the Home Depot president, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. Within 10 minutes, a store manager called, apologized, and said a check was issued in my name and would be sent to the store. Two weeks later, no check, no returned cards, and the transactions were still not disputed. I received a bank letter about fraudulent transactions and was told to call immediately. The bank representative asked if I made a $3,000 purchase. I explained, and she replied with indifference that she needed a yes or no. I said if I said yes, I wouldn t see my $2,000, right? She confirmed this. Instead of investigating and returning the money, they wanted me to admit over the phone that I received $3,000 worth of merchandise, allowing them to claim the entire amount. I told her I was waiting for my stolen money. I texted the store manager, who didn t respond for 2 days. I wrote again to the Home Depot president, stating the situation was unresolved and my card payment date was approaching. Customer service then emailed me, saying they needed more information. I asked what else was needed since there were security cameras, and they had 3 weeks to verify my claim. They responded that they only saw a payment issue and didn t notice the employees giving me 3 cards instead of 6 or processing the payment for 6 cards. I concluded that it s not just the salespeople but the upper management who steal from customers. If this had been a bank credit card, I could have disputed the transaction, but it s a store credit card, and they don t accept disputes. I m forced to pay for money stolen from me. I ve never experienced worse service. Avoid this store!

This store is well stocked and typically has what we need, but they recently changed their checkout process which is a huge time killer! What used to take 10-15 minutes now takes 30 minutes plus! Not sure what the management of this Ladera Heights location is thinking. Huge disappointment!

Great place, but like the other stores, there is a lack of helpers.

Worst store ever. They split my 4 thousand dollar flooring order in two, and this store (pro desk/delivery), literally marked my order as delivered, NEVER actually delivered, and now is just ignoring me. Ive had 3 installers standing aroums at 1200 bucks a day. Doing nothing while the pro desk ignores their job. Also, they didnt wanna deal with 4 rolls of underlayment I ordered from 39 in stock, so they instead they just cancelled the order there, and never even notified me. I spend a 1/4 mil at depot every year, and thid is how I am treated. Ha. I dont think I can polite much longer. Im starting to lose my patience.

Sent my little brother here to pick up some items to provide to our housekeepers to aid them in cleaning our copper sinks. Hes a Black young man who happens to be 64 with starter locs in his hair. So when he texted me letting me know the staff was making him very uncomfortable at self checkout, I called the store to ask what the problem was? The manager (I believe his name was Darryl) seemed to have a hard time understanding that this felt like racial profiling. Its one thing to offer my little brother a bag (which he paid for), its another thing to tell him, Okay, put the card in to pay, hovering over him at self checkout. He asked the associate to give him a second as he was confirming the items with me to ensure theyd work for our copper sinks in our bathrooms and he was sending me a screenshot of the amount of money to zelle him. In the meantime, he texted me to hurry as he feels uncomfortable since the person was hanging out around him. This is very upsetting to me. While on the phone with the manager, he asked me for the receipt time and said hed talk to the staff member -- but only as I insisted this scenario feels off. However, his initial pushback that everyone is just doing their job leaves doubt in my mind. My parents have come to this home depot for several years and have sent their contractors to this home depot for various real estate/renovation projects. However, whether or not someone has patronized this business for years... we all deserve respect and space unless a crime is committed. Period.

Home Depot is just the place I go to get hardware and every location is pretty much meh. This one is my local Home Depot. Ive had a few issues with their parts and each time this Home Depot made it right. Today I rented a truck and lock to the truck ramp had a broken key stuck inside which caused me a lot of frustration trying to get my load in the truck. I was so burned out from the time I wasted to having to pick my son up from school in a rental truck. I told the gal when I returned the truck what I had gone through and she thoughtfully removed the time wasted off of the bill which was a good end to the frustrating day. I dont know why I thought they were going to give me a hard time about it but they didnt and thats the way a customer should be treated, they really understand. Thank you.

The laziest bunch of people I have ever met. Every employee looks that they are a few days from going postal and shooting up the place. I literally asked 40 mins for someone to unlock the storage for a nest cam, why? Because the manager went on her 15 minute break between the time I asked her and she went and got the person with the key. The manager is lazy!!

Been waiting for more than a hour for materials already paid asked the manager and he got attitude because we told him if they had it or not now we still waiting and manager is making excuses to the workers to hold us up

Seniors are targeted in the parking lot - equipped with cameras but no real security. Millionaires in mercedes was being threatened by gang members outside, customers being bullied by angry employeess inside. Lows or Amazon first - then Home Depot if you dont mind the threat at their stores. The store manager completely ignores complaints - and even encourages harassing customers who complain. Boycott this store.

I came with a broken lamp and Marcelino took his time and expertise to help me get a screw out and recommended me on what was best to do, I even wanted to tip him for the help he gave me and saved me and he refused. Thanks again this Home Depot is dope everybody inside, cortnie also helped me in the electrical they did their best
