Beware They dont stand behind their work! Left the big bulge on the left passenger interior trim and broke the exterior left trim panel. They dont take responsibility, the owner Ricardo hung up the phone on me when I was explaining to him whats going on.

UPDATE: The same day I posted my review, the guy called me at 10:30 PM from an unknown number. He claimed to know I had posted a negative review, stated he knew my address, and threatened to break all my windows. He also mentioned that he recognized my car and would damage it if he saw me. I waited until I moved out to post this because I didn t want my property damaged. I tried to report the incident to the police, but since it was only a phone threat, they couldnt take action. I m sharing this to alert others to be cautious. I called this service to change glass on the door of my car. He did cosmetic damage on the door plastics where the door handle is (on the inside). He tried to remove them by forcing (pulling) when he could have just watch a youtube video to see how to remove the panels. He also left pieces of glass inside the door panels so when you open/close the door you can hear the glass pieces. Very unprofessional service. Do not hire if you care about your car.

They got mad because I wrote to them a day ahead that something came up which I went to a doctor appointment and I won t be able to do it so don t come and thank you for everything. WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. My windshield was installed and was shaky, I contacted the owner and he called me yelling and accusing me of lying. He said he knew my husband and I were terrible people to work with because we asked if Mexican glass was the same as Chinese glass(because we received a quote by another person stating it was Mexican glass and not Chinese glass). Ricardo is EXTREMELY disrespectful and refused to look at the glass because I was lying about the shaking even after I sent him a video with proof.

These guys are the absolute best! My rear windshield on my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe got broken and I initially contacted my dealership for a quote to get it fixed. They quoted me over $1700 for parts and labor, and on top of that, said that I would have to wait for about 1-2 weeks before the parts arrived plus to get it in for service. I then decided to look around at different places on google and found Ricardo and his crew. With just a short phone call, Ricardo accepted the job and said he could get it done the same day (2 hours after our phone call) and for much cheaper than the dealership (got a quote for $390)! I was so stunned, couldnt believe it! Not only that but Ricardo was able to drive to me to complete the job which made things so much easier! This man installs used windshields he finds at junk yards. Him and his family are very rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They won t do the job right and won t come back out to fix their work.

I don t recommend this place at all, not only they damage my dashboard but also the owner told me that Latinos and afroamerican people like to do this kind of complain to get money from his company assuming that I did the damage and he s not taking the blame for what his employees did, and also they never vacuum the car and they left a bunch of piece of glass all over.

My window got shot out with a from a bb gun. There was no damage done to the door. After he was done he even noticed that the door wasnt opening correctly and left anyways. My doors now permanently locked from the inside. I asked him to come out and just on assemble my door and put it back together. He refused. He was very rude. I even offered that if it was still broken after to put the door back together that I would just let it go. He still refused.

This was the last business I called for quotes on my front windshield that needed to be replaced, and Im so glad I did. Not only did he quote me much lower than other places in the area, he came quickly and replaced my front windshield with the same one I had before. And it took him less than 30 minutes. Found this guy on Google he has to be the most incompetent person I have ever met in my entire 10 years in the auto industry. A client had a window broken on one of our BMW M5 rental vehicles. I contacted this guy through Google he proceeded to argue with me for an hour that there is no such thing as a 2018 BMW M5 and the M5 was only from 2011-2016 dude, use Google it s your friend i sent him my vin and COUNTLESS sources showing my vehicle and he still proceeded to tell me it s a M550i which isn t the same car, how can you work on cars all day and not understand the difference it makes no sense to me. There are hundreds of VIN decoder websites and I think I would know what model a vehicle I spent $100k on is would not recommend shop elsewhere

Bad attitude when telling him vehicle does not have sensors on windshield , he kept insisting it does , he knows everything according to him from what it sounds like , cant prove him wrong cause hes always right , I asked for price with sensors and still didnt give me price ande insisted they dont sell it without sensors , called dealer to verify vehicle info and said this particular model does not come equipped with sensors

I had my front passenger side glass completely shattered from someone breaking in while I was in a shopping center on Sunday. I searched online and called around before finding this gem. Since It was a Sunday, they had to wait until the next business day to order my side window. They promised to come and install everything between 9am-10am and they came on time. I called them the morning after my car got broken into and they came within 2 hours he had to search for my window. They cane and put it in and I paid and they left. After I noticed it had a lil gap and I was afraid That when it rain it would get inside my car. I was like oh no I paid them and they might not make it a priority to come back and fix it! But Ricardo never ignored me and always answered, when I sent him my concerns, he came back to fix the gap and I tipped him bc I know that most ppl would just take the money which I paid via cashapp so no proof, he could have not came back but I was glad he was honest had integrity and came back to fix my window! I wanted the same Honda glass replace got a different one & allot of glass didnt get cleaned up.this was a few days ago idk Thats what my brother told me ,I just helped him by calling u guys he said his guy was better ,I dont know let me ask him again.

I called these guys on Wednesday and they were at my house 3 hours later. It was only $180 so I thought I scored a deal on my 2012 civic windshield. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that despite the current Covid epidemic, they showed up not wearing masks. (I d like to note that the person I talked to over the phone wasn t the person that showed up, apparently one of these guys is his brother) Later that day as I was driving, I noticed everything outside the window looked warped but I figured it might be a cleaning solution they put so I waited the recommended time before washing the windshield. On Friday I jumped on the freeway and heard whistling from the top of the windshield, I put my hand on top and sure enough there was a gap that they left. Cleaned up the windshield and found that the glass they installed was also warped. I called the guy up and said he ll replace it later that day or the next day. It was getting late so I texted him and he said he s going to come to my house personally the next day morning and if it s exactly how I describe it with no damages caused by me then he ll replace it. The next day I still had heard nothing from him by noon so I texted him and he said he ll be here by 2. Around 1 pm he texted we re on our way but it was the same two guys that installed it on Wednesday. No sign of him! They inspected the windshield and one of the guys noticed the very obvious fact that it was deformed while the other guy tried to play it off that he didn t see anything. Again, no mask but they ended up replacing the windshield. I noticed that when they removed the glass, the bead of glue that was supposed to be sandwiched between the car and the windshield was actually untouched by the glass and that s where the air was coming from. They finished and took off. About an hour later I noticed the glass was wobbly so I texted a video to the guy and he never responded. Today I washed my car and yet again they didn t install the windshield correctly and left a gap on the top where the wobble was, so now I have a leak to fix. Calling these guys was the worst mistake I made. Now I have a leak to fix. Since the guy over the phone doesn t want to reply to my messages, if you choose to reply to this review it better be to arrange a refund. Stay away from these guys. Check out the picture where they left a gap on the top of my windshield. Cheap glass, poor workmanship and horrible customer service.

Omg, these guys are a life saver!! I had a few nicks in my windshield, but the never spread. Took my car to the car wash, of course the cracks started to spread. Took my car again to the car wash and the crack shot across my entire windshield!! I literally called Ricardo this morning at 7am! Got a quote at LA Auto Glass for an appointment in 3 days for $290. Ricardo came to my place of work within an hour and did it for $145. No brainer. Will always use him and recommend him to anyone.

These gentlemen do great work! I called on a Sunday morning, and they met me at my home at the time we agreed upon. It took them 20 minutes to replace my windshield. I was a bit afraid because I have never had to replace my windshield, and was unsure if it could be replaced outside of a shop. My windshield is good as new. These gentlemen have shop quality work. This place is well worth the price. Ricardo came to my place and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. On top of that he went ahead and took care of something else of my Jeep without extra charge. 5 STARS! I was originally going to go with safelite but super glad I came with this place.

Ricardo was great. He gave me a quote over the phone and came to my work to replace my windshield. Very prompt and efficient. Highly recommend him. Will also refer him to my friends and family, in case they need auto glass replacement.

Don t waist your time. Very poor customer service. I called for service, he told me he had the rear windshield I needed, quoted me a price, asked my location, then hung up on me. Not responding to none of my calls or messages.

Communication was poor and didn t speak any English .

Individuals are very professional and provide expedited service. I needed windshield repair last minute at 3:45PM, near the time most places close, and I was able to schedule the repair and meet with them by 5:10. The repair was completed within 20 minutes. The price is also unbeatable and they were very accommodating to my needs. Im beyond impressed.

I tried to talk to this guy over the phone and explain to him what car I have and he was persistent about No, you don t have that car . I said sir I know what vehicle I have. It s probably just not in your system. And he kept on going about how my car wasn t real. How are you going to tell a customer over the phone what vehicle they own? Makes 0 sense.

RICARDO SAVES CHRISTMAS 24/7/365 at 40% less than Safelite. Ricardo and his assistant came out to Koreatown the Sunday afternoon before Christmas and had our rear passenger window installed, with the broken glass from the previous evenings break-in completely vacuumed out from the cars interior and from the garage and with a 40% savings off the national chain, not open on Sundays! I cant say enough good things about them. THANK YOU, RICARDO- you really saved our Christmas!

Today started off horribly when I saw that my truck was broken into and my passenger window busted out. My only option was to google for glass replacement since I m not familiar with the LA area. I choose Ricardo s Glass replacement & I m immensely pleased. They came rather quickly & even helped me cleaned up the shattered glass fragments that covered my car floor. To be honest I priced out the window repair at like 10 other shops and the repair prices was ridiculous, I called Ricardo auto glass and the lady was really nice and fast with repair price ,and to my amazement their price was half of what other repair shops was asking...somebody needs to highlight their service and prices ...I would give 10 stars ...

Against too expensive

My vehicle was broken into on December 23rd (Merry Christmas to me) My back windshield was the window that was completely shattered. I called him pretty early in the morning and to my surprise he answered right away and gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable. Since I was on my way to work he even arranged to come to my job to install it. He came with 2 other men and they did a fantastic job and they even helped clean up the broken glass from my car seats. Overall I am so pleased with his service and would 100% recommend him!

My window has been cracked for a while now. I never really felt the needs to replace it due to high windshield replacement prices. My car has an inspection coming up for Uber/Lyft and needed to get it fixed. Other places charged double the price. Ricardos was probably one of the most affordable options I found and on top of that, they come to you immediately. Got the job done in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Had my car broken into overnight. I was going to go through insurance to fix it but it would have ended up costing over double what Ricardo charged, and if I had gone with insurance it wouldn t have been fixed for a couple of days. I called up Ricardo and they came by within a few hours. They worked fast, were very courteous and professional, and my window is good as new. And they didn t overcharge. They made a stressful and upsetting situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate accident with an upper storage and my rear windshield ! Thankfully these guys are 24 hours, I called late at 10pm and I got a quick response. They didn t have my exact windshield but they were able to get it early the next morning, THANKFULLY My car was fixed within the hour and looked as if nothing had ever happened to it!
