Really nice experience. Very knowledgeable. He told me I didn't need a brake job instead of just taking my money and changing my brakes. He just cleaned them and told me to come back when I actually need a brake job.

My brake work the SECOND time was completed promptly! The first time I had to wait a very long time but I was told work would be performed faster if I brought the necessary parts. Lesson learned!

Took my car there because I thought I needed brakes. I even bought brakes from Auto Zone. They will give discounts if you want do. Anyway, they checked my brakes and said they're good, go get your refund, see you in three months. No Charge!!! Some places would have charged for that. So my take is that they're honest 😉🤓 All they do is brakes!!! Great deal 👍👍👌👌👍😀

The best place in town does excellent work at the best price and you can stop on a dime and if you have to go back which I doubt you will no problems and he's also trustworthy he will not sell you something you don't need I recommend you to anyone so I say to you you tried the rest now try the best brake Masters

Only place I will get my brakes done. I first came here about 2 and a half years ago when Sears inspected my car and estimated that I needed over 400 dollars of brake/ rotor repair. Came to Brake Masters and had my vehicle inspected. Rotors were fine and did not need replacement or repair. Had my brakes changed at a fraction of the price that other places charge. You are allowed to bring in your own brake pads or purchase them here. We have 3 vehicles at home and have had them all serviced here with no issues. Great service. Honest and reliable.

I came here this morning at 8:00 to get my brakes done. I called the day before the man said they open at 8 am and so does the website. However , got there and wait til 9 am still nobody showed up . I left and went to another brake place . I guess you get what you pay for. Especially when this place you have to buy your own brakes and have them put it on. It’s not worth the hassle. My sister recommended this Place to me. But I’m advice come around 12 noon that’s what time they always answer the phone. Just low class place go to the one in Santa Monica way more professional. Update This place is fake I called the corporate office to complain they said they don’t have a location on Manchester . The real one is Santa Monica and the other one google. They’re fraud using another companies name to get business

He was cheap but i bought brakes from autozone got my brakes done and oil change in same day and my brakes started squeaking before my oil change light came on. Not even a full three month had went by very dissatisfied try to support my people and that’s what i get
