Poor communication, zero integrity, zero service. I took in my vintage Ford Bronco, asked for the brakes to be fixed and the transmission checked. Sat there for three weeks and was told they’re both fine. Finally had the Bronco transported via flatbed because transmission would shift and I couldn’t drive above 15 mph, brakes went to the floor making each stop an “adventure”. Owner said he could fix some minor body damage but after 3 weeks said “if” he could find the correct parts it would cost well over $1000. I found the parts online in 15 minutes and were $168.00, they arrive Saturday. He never called with updates and honestly, despite his assertions that he “is a perfectionist”, he’s anything but.

This is a true gem for any Mercedes Benz owner. We have been coming to Isaac for years, and he is by far the best and most honest mechanic in the business. It's the little things that other mechanics nickel and dime you on, but not here! For example, we had a window button break and pop off, the dealership told us the entire piece was over $250.00 plus labour (so at least another $120.) Isaac told us to buy it from Amazon and then bring it by and he would put it on for us. We bought one, delivered the next day for $8.00, and then he popped it in for us at no charge. Another story, we needed a new battery, which the MBZ-350s have 2 of, the dealership and another garage quoted us at ridiculous price, and that it would be a full day job (that's a lot for labour). Marina Benz charged us almost half that and we were in and out in a could of hours..... I just cannot say enough about the honest and quality of work here, Isaac won't gouge you and explains everything, especially for a woman, so many mechanics are condescending and jack up prices for us, but not Isaac... He will get the job done for you and he's a great guy.... Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Beware of this company they charged me 700 to fix my car without ever telling me what was wrong or how much to fix it...The Morning of April 26 I had towed it for an estimate only but I didn’t hear from the shop until 45 mins before they close and they demanded just under 700$ saying it was the starter ( I had asked for diagnostic on why it wouldn’t start and also to repair power window.) the man Isaac say he didn’t have time to call me cause they was backed up from the weekend and he never looked at the power window at all. I don’t have 700 so I went to find the money but when I got my truck back there was a ***huge 12 inch***dent to my front bumper that’s gonna cost another 700 to fix. I just want my money back so I can at least fix the car, when I called the owner to ask him about it he denied everything and started to scream and curse at me.

Very friendly costumer service, I had a flat tire. I went there they took a good care of it. I will definitely be their customer from now on.

great service! i went to a place up the street, they didn't have the replacement part to fix my brake system in stock and there estimate seemed completely absurd. they also said it would take them at least a few days to get the part in stock. i came into this place just to see what my options were. the guy behind the counter was super friendly, gave me a lower estimate and had the part there in literally 45 minutes. i don't usually write these reviews but the guy, (i think he was the manager) really went the extra mile, and had me back on the street asap. thanks!
