As the owner of an older 535i, I was quoted outrageous prices by other mechanics who seemed more interested in profiting from my situation than providing genuine service. The battery discharging while stopped notification came on in my 2016 BMW i3, so I knew it was a matter of time before the car wouldnt start or charge. I wanted to avoid taking the car to the dealer, so I contacted Bimmer Tech. Max replaced the 12v battery after running a series of tests to ensure the big battery was not the problem. He was methodical and thorough, even asking me to plug into one of the apartment garage chargers so he could check that the battery was charging at the appropriate amps and voltage. I would give Max and Bimmer Tech 100 stars if I could! Great service and very nice people too!

The best BIMMER technicians you can find. Max is a genius! I tried other online auto shops for assistance and none were able to solve the puzzle. It took Max a few minutes to figure it out. My car is like brand new . If your BMW needs repair dont waste your time with other places. Call these guys asap!

I enjoyed the convenience of a knowledgeable person coming to me and fixing the the car. I liked that they run the system to check for errors to make sure that it is fixed, and the cheaper price. What I took a start off for was the payment after the service, it was agree upon prior to the work however the person had to just rely on my honesty to complete the payment. There was no additional follow-up after that until a month later. Will be recommending them and using them in the future as well.

I 100% recommend Bimmer Tech to everyone. Recently my Cars Coolant tank and hose got ruined and my car wasn t drivable. I was super stressed and didn t know where to turn. I went to Pepboys and they quoted me $1,900. That was way too much and over my budget. I then turned to Google and found Bimmer Tech pro who saved my life! I was able to text Tony about my issues and within an hour he was able to let me know what I needed done, what parts I needed and how much it would cost. It was wayyyyyyyy more affordable than what Pepboys quoted me! My car has been running perfectly fine ever since. The best part is they come to youuuu!! Thank you Bimmer Tech for the help!

This review is long overdue- Alex and his team of techs, specifically Viktor, are simply god sent (although all of his techs are incredible). Alex always responds right away, communicates effectively, helps beyond his scope of service, provides the best service at a very reasonable price, comes to your home, and above all, they are all trustworthy/transparent and competent. We ve never had issues and our bmw is driving smoothly each time it is serviced. I ve only worked with Alex since moving to Los Angeles on my BMW, and I don t plan on taking my car elsewhere. Especially as a woman, it s even more vital to ensure you re working with professional techs who are respectful and make you feel comfortable in their presence, as well as remain honest in their work. I ve used Alex a handful of times and he never disappoints. His prices are very fair and he is honest with his consultations and services.

Trying to make a long story short, my usual mechanic told me I needed to replace my pads and rotors and gave me a large quote. Being in a financial pickle right now, I looked elsewhere. Bimmer Tech replaced my pads and told me that my rotors are in great shape! I was actually able to see them for myself! This worked out as Im in a tough spot financially right now so I greatly appreciate their honesty and reasonable pricing! The tech who came to my place to do the repair, Viktor, was very nice and explained everything to me and showed me what he could so I understood. In addition, he was very fast! I have a 2010 535i BMW that I would probably have thrown away for pennies if it wasn t for BIMMER Tech. Alex started by repairing oil leaks, a gas leak under my rear seats, replace window washer fluid line, replacing my shocks, fixing an electrical problem over the span of over 12 months. All the repairs were done effectively and cheaper than anywhere else. Whenever, I have any issue or service need (e.g. oil change, brakes), I immediately contact Alex who responds quickly and can arrange a time for him to come within a day or 2 to a week. The convenience of having him or Viktor come is amazing. Always reliable, great communication, and very skilled. I have confidence that my car is in good hands and allow me to keep it running well for many more years.

Alex has been working on my 1 series for years now and has always done amazing work at affordable prices. I mean he comes to you first off all, he s much less expensive than any dealer and knows beemers like the back of his hand. He s replaced suspension parts, pulleys, changed fluids and more. If you drive a BMW out of warranty you have to get in touch with Alex and his team.

First time using Bimmer Tech. My friend has been using Alex for years for various BMWs. He has never had an issue. I had my 2014 X5 valve cover + gasket replaced. The job was faster than expected, much cheaper than service centers, Alex was super knowledgeable about required parts and labor, and everything runs perfect.

Alex is a pros pro. My 2009 BMW e90 got hit in the front passenger quarter panel by an idiot. Drivable but deemed totaled by my insurance, I had it towed home. I drove it to two places for estimates, then found Alex. We had a pleasant text exchange about the details. I got the entire new front suspension and spindle parts online (not easy these days, had to wait for some; Alex was a big help deciding exactly what to do, and what to ignore), then Alex came to my place and did the job in our garage! Expert work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I hate to share this with everyone on the internet, because I need him to do some more work on the car for me and Im worried hell get too busy. But respect the game. Great mechanic!!!!!

What an Amazing Experience!! I ve owned BMWs for the last 25 years. Real nice cars but when they fall out of warranty they are costly to be repaired. I am afraid to post my 5 star review because Alex has been such a great mechanic that I want to make sure he can keep showing up when I need him!! But you need to give praise when it s due so I guess I ll share this you will not need another mechanic once you hire Alex, he goes above and beyond and is very fair about pricing, allows me to purchase parts for install, and answers all my questions. He even told me about a warranty that allowed me to recoup ~around 2k from the dealership. Did I mention above and beyond ? Ok, good.

Alex has been the only mechanic I go to for my BMW X5. I ve had multiple issues that he comes to diagnose shortly after and then gives me a detailed breakdown of the cost of parts and labor. He comes to me which makes it very convenient so I don t have to go out of my way. I would highly recommend Alex as his prices are fair and the services are super convenient.

Viktor came over and did an amazing job on my 2012 BMW 535i. He changed all 4 brake pads and sent me pics of the rotors showing me that they still looked good. He brought OEM parts with him. Alex and Viktor are solid. They have worked on my 2007 BMW X3 on and off for past 2 years. They have changed my oil, fixed my lights/door locks, replaced my actuator, replaced my battery. Alex was punctual, transparent in fees and did a great job in helping me get my 2006 BMW Z4M up and running for a move after I let it sit idle during the pandemic. That car is my baby and I appreciated that he handled my car with care. He was sincere, honest and trustworthy. What was even better was he was able to come to our place and work on the car while we were working inside. No having to drive to a dealership and sit around waiting for their call. He was able to do nearly everything from our driveway. He communicated clearly what he would need to do for the car and kept us updated. I chatted with Alex via text and was able to get an appointment asap. I m super grateful for the home service since I couldn t drive and I felt like the diagnosis for the price and the temporary repair I received was amazing. The guy who came to look at my X5 didn t speak English but he was messaged through an app and he was very sweet/pleasant. Even with the language barrier you could tell he really wanted to help and had a chill demeanor about him. I m leaving this review because I thought about my great experience with them and need to call them again this week

I dont write reviews, but these guys are truly deserving of one. I reached out to Alex because my BMW was starting to vibrate. His partner Viktor came to diagnose the problem which ended up being the engine mounts, but also found a few other issues that needed repair. Viktor came on our scheduled repair day and is an absolute magician. He replaced the mounts, showed me the old ones and how bad they were and my car runs like butter again! This is the best place to take your BMW for repairs. Mine wouldn t start so instead of having to take a tow truck to the shop, Max the repair tech came to my house and worked in the RAIN to replace my battery. He went out and bought the right battery and did the repair super quickly. They are so nice here and super professional, incredible prices especially compared to the BMW dealership - I saved hundreds of $$$ with them and would recommend to anyone
