I can’t speak enough about AV auto. The owner and his team always make me feel super at ease. Being a female I always feel like people in the repair service (men) will try to over charge women or the vibe is off. I’m so grateful for this place. I come here for all my car needs and have been for about 5 years (maybe more). I’m always amazed at how quickly my car gets taken care of. I went in today to get my start engine replaced and thought I would be without a car for maybe a day but nope, got my car back same day. I confidently recommend this place. I fully trust this place and have never had any issues. I get treated respectfully, kindly and never get any ick vibes. Thanks AV AUTO team. After looking for a new shop for my new (old) Honda, I went with AV Auto because of the reviews. They were incredibly helpful and gave me a fair estimate. Then, after doing the work and finding that the fix wasn't as bad as thought, they charged me less! When I went to pay, they showed me that they were using genuine OEM parts (without my asking). I am incredibly impressed; this is how you get a customer for life.
My car broke down. It was a Saturday, and they looked at my car immediately. They inspected the car closely, and detected the problem instantly. They could have easily charged us for new parts and labor - but they were completely honest and found a simple solution. They didn’t charge us for anything! They could have easily taken advantage, but were completely truthful and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially if you find yourself in a pinch.
We have gone to AV Auto for over 15 years! Their service is great. It is a small location and always packed. We’ve taken numerous cars there for repair including a Malibu, Mercedes and ford truck. Their prices are competitive and we always go to them first to see if they can do the job. ☺️
AV Auto-I came across this place after searching extensively for a somewhere to get my car fixed. This was the place that I got the best deal from and the service was phenomenal. My car was fixed relatively quickly, they stayed open an entire hour later than they were supposed to, gave me a good deal on my car and even fixed my AC for free. The mechanics there are some of the nicest people ever. They were very honest and trustworthy and went out of their way to provide excellent service. I ordered a part for the car which turned out to be the wrong part and they went out and bought the right parts for me and installed it in the car. I highly recommend this place to anyone having any kind of car trouble. They are also bilingual which was a huge plus for me.

This auto shop is a gem! Ive been coming to Helios and his team for more than 2 years now, and without a doubt theyve delivered every time. Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, and a skillful mechanic team, but Helios is a straight forward business man. Its very hard to find a trustworthy and honest mech who turns the work around in good time AND at very reasonable quotes/prices. I feel a bit like Im giving away a secret hole in the wall but AV Auto truly deserves the recognition of their outstanding service and hard work. I highly recommend you consider taking your vehicle here!

A honest, smart mechanic. Elio is very good. He does everything from complex fixes, oil changes, transmissions and engine swaps. Very skilled, very honest. Last year i had an issue and my car was stalling. Called several mechanics and even had my car towed to a couple. Was told at least 175 to diagnose the issue. I towed my hybrid to AV Auto. Elio was busy but looked at it right away. With one screw driver he re attached a dislodged pipe and told me no charge! Obviously had to give him something but any other mechanic would have seen my car getting towed and thought of dollar signs.
Elio was very helpful. I came to ask a question about an issue that I hadn t been able to get an answer to from Firestone. He gave me a temporary solution while also telling me what was the main issue. It took all of 5 minutes from the moment I pulled up. Not to mention he s very friendly. I came here all the way from North Hollywood because of the reviews. I will be returning here to complete my auto repair!
E works on my husbands vehicle, very knowledgeable, can fix anything, except front wheel alignments.
Formerly called Auto PhD. This is a great repair shop. Ask for Helio. Hes been working on my car for 5 years and has given me outstanding service. His prices are fair, and hes impeccably honest. Highly recommended!
