expensive, long wait, poor work. I had a wheel repaired, they charged me twice as much as other services, they did it very poorly, after 2 days I had to go to another service and have it redone.

Great service! People were friendly and they were very fast!

My daughter had a battery issue and it was solved courteously and quickly. Also, did a car check out overnight just to make all was well and Mike really took care!

So me and my family broke down in our tahoe in Hollywood we were out of town from phx az , i had my truck towed to the shop . After tow guy said it would be $75 dollars after tow he said its an additional 100. Wasnt too stoked about that. The head owner/mechanic guy got wind of what happen too me. And he said he would take good care of me , this guy was straight up and actually cares about his customers he seen me and my family werent having the best of luck and he kept my truck overnight worked his magic and we were all back on the road the next morning. And didnt owe him a coin. May god continue to bless this guy s business and bring him lots of money just because he cares about his customers.

They messed up one of the bolts and their tires are cheap, they dont last. Nope, its the same shop, mechanic and tires so dont lie

Worst customer service, owner mike thinks he knows everything, when asked for the keys back he said he gave them to a guy testing another persons car on the fwy, like even if he does a good job its honestly such a bad experience Another customer who came in asking for a realignment said he knows what the problem is and the guy acted like he knew what was wrong Granted i came on a holiday and he was packed so i understand but this is a business, customer service is key, no apology given but no thanks from me either

I was very lucky that this shop was open on a Sunday because the fuel pump on my truck had went out on me and it was stuck at the childrens hospital and Sunday was the least busiest day and only chance I had of getting it towed out of there and so I was able to drop it off and they were very helpful and had my truck ready to go the very next day

This is an amazing place to get an alignment. I went to America Tires to get some tires and I was referred to One Way Auto Repair & Services. The place is neat and they have a Cousy customer lounge with beverages and coffee. The manager and the employees are courteous and professional. I was in and out within 40 minutes. They did a very good work on my car. I will recommend this place for your wheel alignment and any repairs that you may need for your car.

We were in town from Arizona visiting and our car broke down on a Sunday. Mike is wonderful! He saved us. He was busy with several customers but he and his team still got us back on the road within a few hours. Great work, good pricing, excellent customer service, he really cares.

I received a referral & took my car in. Alex was great so I left the car on Friday. He said hed call & tell me the estimate. After no call, I called Saturday,10am. At noon I was told Alex wasnt coming in. Mike seemed frustrated & started fussing. I came & got my car. I think it was just a bad day except, I was told my control arm bushing was bad. It wasnt.

I had an unbelievable experience with them. I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra to get it fixed after an attempted break-in. When they were submitting the damages to the insurance, the insurance only covered part of the repair damages, not everything. However, they went the extra mile and fixed my steering column despite it not being covered by insurance free of charge. It was an incredibly generous gesture on their part. I will be going to them for all my car needs in the future!

Amazing!!! Great service at a reasonable price, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! They fixed up my little manual transmission Honda Civic and she drives great now :) Definitely recommend!

These guys swapped my engine out for 5 grand and they really reattached my power steering hose with black electrical tape? You guys had my car for two months and yall still taped it back together? Other than that car ran fine but i still don t think I ll be going back.

I ve had my truck fixed here multiple times. Very good at diagnosing problems. They do a wide range of repairs. Great at communicating through the whole process. Also a great place for new and used tires.

Literally just had the best experience with Mike the owner. I asked to see if they put on catalytic converter shields for the new 2022 prius and he told me that before i call around and do it i should check to see if i even need it. He gave me all the information i need to do my research and his honesty definitely has made me determined to use him if i do need it... and to think of him first if i need anything else. Thanks so much !

Called the shop before bringing my car in and the owner confirm they have the parts to repair the car. After four hours of waiting I had to call to find out that they don t have the parts and they re going to order it tomorrow. They also left the key inside the ignition & turned on and the car ran out of batteries. The owner was very disrespectful. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Brought my Prius here to see what was going on with the battery and had a wonderful experience . The mechanic was professional and took his time to do all of the proper tests and to also explain to me why and what each test was for. He wanted to make sure that the small battery replacement was the right move and I appreciated how throrough he was. The price was fair and what I expected and I left feeling confident that the problem was taken care of. Couldnt have asked for more! I would definitely recommend bringing your prius here.

I brought my car here after my car started shaking. I asked the mechanic if he could take a look and see the cause. They spent time addressing other issues that had nothing to do with the shaking and told me it was addressed. After paying almost $700 the shaking was never addressed so I had to bring it back and eventually had to get them to test drive with me to make them believe me. After keeping my car for 5 days on the second visit the problem was still happening. While questioning and asking about my car the communication was very poor and unprofessional, like they called me and said my car was ready but when I showed up, it wasn t ready. they even insulted my accent and my ability to speak English. I eventually took my car to another place and was charged a 1/3 of the price for the repair and it only took less than a day. The experience here at Auto Repair specialists was such a waste of time and money.

I took my older model Honda civic to fix the air conditioning. I specifically told them I didnt matter how long it took as long as it was completely fixed. They called me after two days that they figured out it just needed a recharge. And that it would be ready for pick up that same day. I showed up and of course my car wasnt ready when I got there at about closing time is when they started to recharge the air conditioning system, and I asked the guy at the register which I believe was the in charge. I asked him so it just needed a recharge? Because I did that myself and it didnt work. He said yeah its good now. Half way home it stopped working. The expectation of any repair shop is to fix it right the first time.

Don t come to these money grabbing, swindling fools. Tried to charge me $800.00 because my car was overheating and leaking antifreeze, they claimed my water pump needed to be replaced. Took it to another repair shop and it turned out the main hose right on top of the engine bay had a huge slit and that s where the leak was coming from, saved $780.00. Garbage!

Amazing mechanics. This is the only shop we go to because of their expertise, professionalism, and honesty. They are always communicative about what our Subaru s issues are and why they could have happened. I would recommend them to everyone in LA. They also have a nice waiting room with a ton of magazines if you don t feel like going out and exploring surrounding neighborhoods.

They are good at service and making your car good, but price. If you got stucked, they will rob you. My alternator was not good, so they estimated to replace it with denso 100amps for $420. I said its a lot, i would go get one with same specification for $129. They said even if you get new, but other brand we wont replace it for you. I had to accept it, because i didnt want to tow my car again at other place. Even for denso market value is $236, they charged $320 and $100 labour cost. After work done, i ask for my old part which was belong to me. But they took it for them. So they made extra $35 on top of $320. They charged me $355 for $236 price. I would suggest choose it, if you have extra money, but never choose this if your car is not running, They will rob you. I asked for my front wheel bearing to replace and they estimated $370. I got it fixed somewhere else for $225. Do not let them decieve you with smiling and nice talking!!

I made an offer to buy 4-four wheels for $300. I was told to pick up. I drove 2 hours to get there and when I got there the offered price was not honored and I was asked to pay the full price of $500. The owner felt very bad for the huge mistake on their part, and promised to try his best to honor the price and even offered to deliver! Amazing, but its been months and I havent heard from them. Hope owners word is good. I will revise my rating upon them honoring the offer. DMV#750

It started with a knocking at the front of my car. This is ford expedition 1999. At first I applied to another car repair service - in Burbank. For the day I was evaluated for replacement parts. The price was $ 800 approx with an estimate. They My girl decided to look for something, then cheaper. And we found Auto Repair Specialists. They listened to our problem, looked at the diagnostic list. And they said that most likely they will do it cheaper. And probably not all the details will have to be changed from the offered ones. They suspected another service want to sell unnecessary details. The next day we came to them. No supporting papers, no cash vouchers, everything is penciled on paper. Promised to call very soon with the diagnosis. After a while we got a call and said that the repair will be $ 800 !!! At the same time they were going to change some other details. So I guess they did the initial diagnosis. The car was ready the next day. My girlfriend came to them. They asked $850. But she asked to recount. Siprise! They found a mistake. Now it was $750. Wonderful.However, she does not have a drivers license, so I arrived in the evening after work. The machine had the same knocking, only softer. Damn it! But we were told that she was ready! We left the car and went home on foot. Evil and tired. The next morning the mechanic told us that he had not been asked to do any diagnosis. Only deal with replacement parts. His boss Mike said in a few hours that he needed another $ 800 to repair another part. Another $ 800 !!!! Its together $ 1600 already! We had no other choice. The machine was very necessary. But this time they swore that there would be no more knocking. OK. Two days later we came to get back our car. Yes. She ran fine, but now every time I open the car I get an alarm. I did not get any clear explanations about this. I was advised to contact another service with this problem. Im not happy with these guys. Not satisfied at all. Dont let your wife or girl go alone to them. And do not let them deceive you with smiling

Love theese guys!!! They are amazing!! I always go to them for my tires and anything I need done on my car. Super fair priced never feel ripped off and always so helpful! Went in for a new tire and they helped me get my headlight working too. Very recommend.

I changed my tire a few months ago and when I left the lot. My tire press light came on. I went back to ask why it was on. They told me the light should go away. Now, I went to replace the same tire somewhere else & turns out the broken my sensors into pieces! Do not go to this place

Took my 87 Volkswagen Cabriolet in for a fuel pump change... The experience was very efficient, the workers are friendly, and most importantly my beloved car is fix. Worth it. I shopped around for prices and found this shop to be fair. Dont get fool, take you car to the right place by doing some research and taking your car to different places. I can recommend this if you have an older vehicle and need a tune up.

This place is truly wonderful and I will trust them with my car any day. Tip: call ahead for a good estimate of how busy they are. The first time I came in, I hit a curb and I was afraid I had damaged my tire. They were honest and thorough and told me that the tires were fine, but I really needed a brake job ASAP. I was a little wary about getting a full brake job done, but I did some research and realized that A.) their prices were good and B.) I definitely needed it. My brakes have been perfect since then, and the job only took about an hour while I watched the premium movie channel in their comfortable waiting room. I have a long commute and I get a little paranoid about my car, so Ive stopped by a few times since then to have my car checked out. When everything is fine, they tell me that and dont try to sell me anything extra. I come here for oil changes now too. Recently, I made the very stupid mistake of trusting a tire store after I got a flat. This other tire place failed to change one of my tires because they said the lug nuts couldnt be removed with the tools in their shop. I came here, and they put on my new tire in about twenty minutes and also told me how much that other place had overcharged me. Lesson learned: always go to Auto Repair Specialists!

I cant say enough good things about Mike and the guys. I drive a 75 Plymouth Duster and they handle my baby as if it were their own. I always get same day turnaround and their prices beat anyplace I had tried before.

More than anyplace else Ive lived, it feels like people in LA are trying to hustle you down for all they can get. Towing/parking/living/etc. This place is an exception. My Scion xB was flooded in the UCLA LADWP pipe burst and Mike and his team were straight forward, helpful, and took care of it quick. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Rare find.

This place was great - I was towed by them via AAA and the next day brought Beverly (my 1972 Chevy G20 Van) in to the shop. It was a Saturday, and I told Mike there was no rush, but I got a call a few hours later letting me know she was all ready to go. They couldve easily replaced the alternator, which Id been told my three different people was faulty, but it turned out they didnt need to do it, which saved me about 180 bucks. Incredibly professional, friendly, and trustworthy service. Ill be going back here any time I have car problems in the future, and Ill for sure recommend Mike and his staff to any one of my friends. So refreshing to have found a mechanic and garage full of mechanics I can trust and refer to friends and family!
