I paid $64 for new wiper blades and half to wait over an hr to get them installed because the guy never showed up
My car was overheating on the 110 fwy so I stopped at the closest auto parts shop. It’s not like I have a mechanic’s # in my contacts. So, I come in to the store and Luis (the clerk) was very helpful. He helped me out with the item I needed for my car and he also helped me put the coolant in the car. He gave excellent customer service. This guy went over and beyond to insure my safety. Thank you Luis!!!!
Came here last night (April 30th, 8pm) to get a headlight bulb replaced and while I was changing it, I accidentally dropped the cap into the bottom of the compartment. Thought I’d have to go to an auto shop or order a wrench but an employee (wish I’d gotten his name) offered to help and got the cap out for me. To the owner, please give these men a raise. You just earned another loyal customer!
Great customer service, better than auto zone . And very helpful staff members every time I come there’s different people but all have great attitude and always will to help you . And do research for you & make calls to check other store if they have the item your looking is in stock . Autozone always has rude customer service & don’t help you at all . These people need a raise thanks !
Oreillys is a very unprofessional business this is the second store I tried getting help with some parts and the employees there are quick to put you on hold with out atleast getting any information from customers. I was on hold for about 15 min. Oreillys you need to start hiring better people that actually want to work instead of just hiring anyone who apply to you guys. UNACCEPTABLE!!! You lost a customer for life now!
Brian was the absolute best! Helped me with my vehicle in the scorching hot heat and made sure I left satisfied! Even taught me stuff that was much needed to know about my own car. I will definitely be back for my vehicle at this location from now on! Brian is the man! Thanks again!!
Today Brian and a fellow customer helped me out. I appreciate a good business associate despite that he was the only one there because other associates called out. I give Brian a 10 out 10. He needs a raise for doing his best with helping a lot of customers.
One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any retail stores! Everyone that works there were trying their best to answer questions and help out but Daniel espcially was the best. I even offered some tips for his exceptional service but he politely declined. I will always come back here for any automotive needs. Thanks!
