Never enough help. And people running around doing inventory when they should be helping people.

If you call to check that they have your part in stock..DON'T believe them they LIE. Happened twice to me at this place. Go with O'Reilly at least they are HONEST.

Came in with a super corroded battery to replace it and David was a life saver! He helped us out so much, removing the corrosion while also replacing the battery for us! He’s super friendly and fun too so I highly recommend him!

I went into AutoZone today for what I thought was going to be a simple battery swap but was I in for a surprise. I was helped by David F and he definitely went above and beyond his job description. While swapping my battery something broke off that was outside the "realm of work" but not shy of his expertise. David was not only able to fix what was broken but also saved me an extra trip to the mechanic. I left AutoZone completely satisfied and grateful to had been helped by this employee. If he isn't a manager or someone that is apart of the management team he should definitely be considered. Thanks again David!

I walked in the store, and was immediately greeted. Even though Jesus was helping someone else, he explained that he would be with me momentarily. I did not have to wait long and he explained my full problem and options to me. He helped me with my car even looking at the problems personally. It was such a great experience, especially on a Saturday when a lot of the other mechanics are closed. Great customer service‘s and not the first time I’ve had a very pleasant experience in this store.

Walked in looking for a new car battery, the girl behind the register had so much attitude it made me want to walk out immediately. I'm a customer!! She needs to find another job bc she's obviously but happy working there. Came back to the store about 4 months later, was given decent service this time. Thanks for the help 😊
