Joel is a real superstar. I walked into auto one on San Pedro and el Segundo worried and nervous about my truck not functioning properly. Joel took the time to look under my hood and diagnose my simple problem right away. Not only did he show me what fluids I was extremely low in but he educated me on how to check my oil levels and where the different fluids go into my car. I am ONLY coming to this autozone and telling my family and friends to come here ONLY to be assisted by Joel and his over and beyond friendly service. We need more people in the world like Joel.Joel definitely needs a raise or promotion!!!

Joel saved my day! I was unsure of what coolant to get and he went above and beyond. I use my car for work and couldnt have my engine blowing up on me.

Joel provided me with excellent customer service. I needed a new windshield wiper and asked if he could assist me with checking my oil, as well. Not only did he install my windshield wipers but when he checked my oil, it was very low. Joel showed me how to check my oil and he added oil for me. I would definitely go back to this Auto Zone. Joel went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate it!

Great customer service from Joel! I was having battery issues and didn't know what to do. Joel was able to quickly check and replace my battery in a matter of minutes.
