I bought the Bosch envision wiper blades for for my car and first rain and they broke i took back and the lady helping was so rude she said this items don't have any guarantee so i purchased new ones and i asked her if they can install them for me and they didn't want to do it because it was sprinkling and they can get sick and i was parked in the front of the store and she even said they can not go out unless you tip them that make mad because if they are doing customer service they should have manners

Came for a battery and had trouble changing it in the dark. One of the associates, Alex, came and helped me out. Honestly, couldn't have done it without her. She noticed things that I did not, and she didn't leave until it was all done. A real kind person and a lifesaver. Thank you so much.

I went there to buy a windshield but somehow it didn't fit in my car, I went to return the item there's a guy named Angel he was very rude and taking nonsense,I know why their customer service is too bad. I'll suggest you guys not to buy anything from this store, even if you buy something by mistake they won't give you the refund they'll talk like you're some kinda thief of something.

Came for some oil for my car because I was going on a long trip. Barely made it before closing time. Usually people at the end of their shifts are dried up but Marcos and his coworker (I could not see his name) were tremendously helpful and even assisted off their shifts. Outstanding job, way to go Zone!
