Thank you to the amazing employee that saved my night! My car battery died and I couldn't start my car and I basically was stranded, the only autozone (which was this one) was only a few blocks down. so I had to walk all the way to autozone in the dark nights of la and it was terrifying. Once I made it here the only cables they had were the ones you had to charge beforehand and I lost all hope. I was desperate because my car wouldn't start, i already made the trip to walk here, and on top of that it's really dark out. However hope wasn't all lost, the nice guy at the counter saw how desperate I was and he went to the back got me a cable that was already precharged. So I bought it, thanked the generous man, left and started my car. Thank you thank you thank you!!! It worked and I am safe.

Woman manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. No customer service at all. She refused to return brand new items with receipt (only wanted store credit btw) and said we have to go to the auto zone location we bought them from. Ghetto location, ghetto service.

I went to get some lights for my car and Carlos helped me with the headlights he replaced them for me. He took his time explaining everything to us so next time we can do it. He really went above and beyond customer service we had other conerns about the car and he came out to scan it and tell us about the codes and what each individual part does and how it works. He just took his time and was patient with us and all of our questions and concerns we had

Carlos M changed the battery of my 2018 mustang , really nice guy , gave me a few tips on what i can do to also improve and help my vehicle. I was satisfied with the service done on my vehicle and will definitely come back , thanks guys 👍🏼

So disappointed I bring my car at 7:00 pm and they told me I am not available to help. I think they are for help customer not to just walk out to smoke a cigarette and the dude inside with red shirt with no customer inside Customer are first

Always the best customer service the parts are great and trustworthy. I aways shop at autozone for my automotive needs
