Horrible service,produced towards women, left me hanging when I asked for help and shined me on to take care of a man, when I was there first! I will never go back there!

I also was hung up on for asking a simple question about the services they offer! If the owner is too bothered to talk to customers on the phone, at the bare minimum he should have a website that provides the information!

This, place is cool to get parts from...but they often have to order things u need now...not cool if u can't wait a day or more...

Mike is one of the most informative auto experts I have ever met he can tell you about your parts just by looking at them, there's nothing auto exchange can't get for your Auto , they're amazing .

Don't go to this place. They sell extremely cheap parts that can only stays 1 month. Just go to the autozone and they has much better quality parts. These cheap parts will waste you money. Believe me！！！

Shop around they usually best anyone's price for parts. Alphonso and Lady the dynamic duo⚡⚡Mr Mike, Miss June are all loving and caring people and provide a great service for the community.

I will never shop with them again, worst customer service. Sad part is I have been going there over 20 years. They sold me the Wrong part and because it has been over 10 days they refuse to give me a refund. And when I complained that it was there fault for the wrong part, he basically said to bad with a smirk on his face.

Very expert, prompt service, reasonable prices and huge availability of parts. They're very accurate and kind people. They've sold me very good quality parts for over 20 years. They give you rotor grinding for brake jobs for less than $10. They are the best.
