11/26/21 Very good price for my 2007 yukon winshield. 30min. In and out. It is a small place, there is no big parking, they are inside a car dealership. They did not accept any credit card, ONLY CASH. .. The good thing was that they gave me a good price. Place that I do recommend.!!

Bad service, bad installation. After two days after windshield had been installed drove through a car wash and water started coming in through inside of my car almost damaging my electrical and wetting my fuse box - car engine light went on as well as my gear shifting started making a bad sound when attempting to shift gear due to water damage so I had a hell of a night and couldn t Move my car but was advised by my mechanic to not move car and turn on heater and let water get dried with inside heater or else the damage to the electrical and fuse box was going to be a lot so I did as instructed per my mechanic and managed to dry out the water after two hours while sitting in car at car wash which I had never in my life experiences such a bad situation all sue to these people not properly installing the windshield properly and to also mention to the public that s reading my review that while they were installing my windshield on the day they did it another customer came back to them with the same problem complaining to them that their car was experiencing water coming in but I didn t pay attention to that warning of noticing they had already done a bad job to someone else because I never thought that water could be such a problem if it went inside your car after a bad windshield installation but I was told by my mechanic that water going in your car due to bad windshield installation can actually cause electrical problems and ruin your car computer so after that I called owner on the next day and lady was very rude not admitting the bad installation so I went to another windshield business and they spotted the bad installation and explained to me about the way they did a bad installation and that these people that installed my windshield broke some clips and did a horrible job. So I went back to Salvador s auto glass and the owner grabbed a hammer and without my consent out of no where decides to hit my windshield braking the glass they had badly installed without asking me permission to do such a thing or even mentioning she was going to do this. I think she (the owner) should have at least notified me about what she was going to do if she planned on hitting my windshield again but no, this woman goes to my car with a hammer, slams it on the windshield and says give me your receipt so I did and then gives me back my money and says get out of here !!! So I then told her to give me back a copy of the receipt as she should ve done showing the return or refund, for me to keep receipt as proof in case my car might have suffered any type of damage caused by the water that went in through the windshield but she refused to give me a copy of receipt and I mentioned to her about her action being wrong and that instead she should have taken her windshield off my car and brake it or so whatever she decided but on the floor not while the windshield is still on my car because that is called vandalizing your own personal property, she could ve damaged my paint or caused more damaged by slamming a hammer to my car!! lady was extremely rude and I will never go back to any of those shop On alameda specially her shop because at themes it cost me two days of work water damage so I advise anyone to preferrelly pay a little more somewhere else but at least with the right people Salvador s auto glass does not know how to install windshields properly as I previously mentioned another mad customer came while they were installing mine with the same issue.*** I d like to add a few more notes to my review, however one day after I started writing my review I look car to another shop that knows how to properly install glass and it turns out that after taking salvadora auto glass windshield off my car they discovered that they did a horrible job. First of all broke off all my clips and switched my original top molding to one that wasn t for this car, then most importantly the glue they used has not dried till this day They used cheap glue

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD. THEY MAY HAVE LOW PRICES BUT THEY DO THE WORK BADLY. I PAID AGAIN AT ANOTHER SHOP TO CHANGE THE WINDSHIELD WITH THIS PLACE CALLED SALVADOR AUTO GLASS. THE GLUE WAS BADLY BONDED AND WATER WAS GETTING INTO MY CAR THROUGH THE POORLY INSTALLED WINDOW. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. I HAVE READ OTHER COMMENTS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THE TRUTH THEY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND THEIR ATTITUDE IS BAD TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS.

BEWARE!!! I had my FRONT windshield replaced and after a few months of rain, WATER started coming through it. I do NOT recommend this place as they have poor labor ethic and cheap materials.
