I recently contacted Mikes Auto Glass to inquire about a specific part for my car. They confirmed they had the part and quoted me a price of $450. However, when I arrived the next day, I was initially treated as if I was in the wrong place and told they didn't install the part I needed. After some back-and-forth, they eventually confirmed they had the part and asked me to pull my car up for inspection. I also noticed signs indicating that they only accepted cash, which meant I had to make a trip to the ATM. While I was doing that, I discovered Wholesale Brother Auto Glass Inc. next door. A lady there confirmed they had the part I needed for $350 and accepted cash, debit, or Zelle. I decided to go with them instead. Since they made it clear that they take Zelle. I was in and out within an hour. The service was fast, and the customer service was excellent. Based on my experience, I recommend shopping around the area before committing to a particular shop, especially if the shop seems disorganized or unclear about their services after confirming details over the phone. I was able to save $100, just by going next door.

Best place around for auto glass repair! I came here after my truck had gotten broken into and one of my windows got shattered completely. Not only was Mike’s auto glass extremely fair priced but they got my window fixed, replaced with a new window, and even tinted it to match the other windows at no extra charge! Nelson made the experience so easy. In 10 years, my windshield has never had a crack. The first one cracked across the driver side. For transparency, I found this place while trying to find another repair place. I told Nelson I could come back another day since I didn't call ahead. He said they could replace it the same day in less than 2 hours. The facility and waiting area are very clean, and you can watch your car being worked on. A variety of vehicles were being serviced, even a large semi truck. You can catch a bite at the taco place that's in the same lot. Nelson gave me a quote for tinting and fixing up a window, and pricing was so fair. I'll be back for those services soon. Solo young lady approved.
Mike's Auto Glass offered excellent service! From the moment I called early in the morning, I received detailed and informative assistance. The turnaround time to change the window was impressive, and they meticulously ensured all the shattered glass was vacuumed out behind the door panel. Plus, they have a waiting area and coffee. Mike was super Nice and helpful. I called in the morning to ask if they had my window which they did it took them around an hour or less only because I also had to get an overall experience. They’re all professional makes you feel welcome great price. I’m not the type of person to carry cash, but they are cash only, so I would suggest for you to take out anything . Hopefully I don’t have to come again, but if I do Id come back to Mike lol.
Price: $225 Pros: Fast and friendly Cons: When it was time to pay, the guy told me it was $275. I asked him to repeat it, and he said $275 again. I had to correct him that I was told $225. Fast and friendly, but maybe not trustworthy.
Called the day before to get a price and the following day I get there and he tells me he didn t give me that price on the phone and tried adding another 40 dollars to it. Denied that he didn t say that price. Be straight up when people call and not have them drive out for no reason

If youve read any of my other reviews you know I love sharing a good find! That being said, I came here because my window stopped rolling up. I spoke with Omar and was told if it was the switch it would be $150 or if it was the full piece it be $175, but hed charge me $150, either way hed let me know what the problem was. I saw them begin to take the panel apart to check everything, about 30 min later I was told the window was fixed and to go see Omar. Omar smiled and said the repair was $300. I was confused at the price, and wasnt told what the problem was or what the full price would be before the repair was made. As Omar stated when I arrived Ill let you know what the problem is, before we assume or repair anything. I just paid the $300 and was given a year warranty. Hope this review was informative

Friendly and honest, told me it was not my windshield that was leaking. It was the rust damage around the windshield. He recommended an excellent body shop to do the work. He could have taken advantage but he didnt! A good guy.

He was among the fastest if not the fastest to respond and not only did he give me the best price for the auto glass he also without me having to ask, gave me the price for the dealer original glass on my new RAV4 prime. he was straightforward and friendly. Island of business and I only hope to model how easy and friendly he is to do business with. He s fair honest and straightforward. I love that If you need auto glass work done this is the guy to go see. I swear to it you will not be disappointed!

My Toyota Camry windshield got pinged by a small pebble while driving on PCH & before you know it, it quickly developed into a 12 inch long crack line. Then, this crack line grew over half of the windshield. I had to get my windshield replaced. This was the first time ever that I needed to do this. I had to do some serious research - wanted to bring in my car to an actual shop, the windshield was an ADAS glass, and the newly installed windshield will need to be recalibrated, and of course, have to be reasonably priced. There were SO many services to choose from and decided to go with Mikes Auto Glass. Submitted my inquiry via Yelp, Luis quickly responded and was given a quote. Scheduled for the service the next day, Saturday. Was VERY impressed with Mikes Auto Glass. The facility was very clean and organized. Everyone there was very friendly, professional, and worked as a team. After removing the cracked windshield, they vacuumed the area very carefully before installing the new OEM, ADAS windshield. After they installed the new windshield, they re-calibrated the system. I liked that everything was done all at one time. They honored the quote that was given (had to show the chat conservation with the actual quote), and it was done within a very reasonable price. The quotes given from other places were a little higher and without the recalibration (and was told that I would have to bring my car to a dealership to get the new windshield recalibrated). I highly recommend using Mikes Auto Glass for any windshield replacement (and if needed, and recalibration)

Fast, quality work, decent price
They dont honor your warranty even if you have the receipt that says warranty, and will try to argue you away immediately unless youre persistent. Got to constantly call them to remind them they said they will replace your warranty. Only thing the receipt is good for is to use it for a claim after they deny warranty. Use at your own risk.
Good deal, quick turnaround !
They recommended this place to me and they work well but its quite the opposite. They gave me a bad job, they changed my windshield and water got into my truck and when I went to have the problem fixed, the owner was very angry that I dont know what this was, and he fixed it reluctantly and just filled it with glue. How ugly is this job?

I tried their service based on a friends recommendation to replace one of my windows. They arrived promptly, replaced the window efficiently, and I found it reasonably priced compared to other options I considered. However, I gave a three-star review because they didnt connect the door controls correctly. Although the window functions well, pressing the lock button doesnt lock the window, and it still rolls down. Despite this, their service and personnel were excellent.

They did a good job on the window. But I didnt like how the dude that was doing all the talking failed to tell us he didnt have the window we needed before he took our windshield off. So we ended up being forced to sit there for about 2 hours. And he even blamed me for initially requesting the price for a windshield with no rain sensor.. I then called back just to ask how much the windshield with the rain sensor would cost. So his excuse was he sent back what I originally requested because I asked for the price of the rain sensor windshield. Only to once we arrive send that windshield back and have to reorder what I originally requested..... Like come on you could have simply said youd have to wait on the windshield to get there we wouldve still got what we needed. SMH
Good value fast
Decent job, a little sloppy on the adhesive. So you can see the gummy black goo oozing from beneath the seam onto the windshield and inner dash trim, that I ll have to pry free since I want to paint it and clean up that mess. Also I had to go back twice ( 30 min drive each way + my time ) for buffing out noticeable scuffs on the same windshield. When finished , They used a leaf blower on the inside of my car and it blew dust and rubber bits everywhere. I borrowed their vacuum and cleaned it up myself. Had a Second cars windshield replaced. It s been fine, but Some of the exterior trim around it, lifted up a bit and I can t push it in all the way. The guy who installed it didn t Put the Mirror cap back on the base, so it s exposed wires and we re still without one. In essence. The savings on the windshield vs the extra driving etc ? . The owner is a pretty nice guy though.

Brought a chevy suburban to them to fix the drivers side power window not going up and down. The 1st time they fixed it the window worked 2 days then stopped. Brought it the next weekend & window lasted 3 days. Called them the third saturday and was accused of breaking the window motor myself.. No refunds here..

Their solid reviews is what caught my attention, but their great price and prompt responses (through Yelp messaging) is what brought me in! There are many other glass shops on the same street as them and one may have a hard time picking the right one. I can say that after the great job they did on replacing the cracked windshield on my car that I made a good choice. After making an appointment through Yelp, I was in and out within an hour. The shop was fairly clean with a nice waiting area that included vending machines and a TV. The only thing that I would like to see is for them to vacuum up any debris left over from the work. Because I was in and out fairly quickly, I suppose its not a big deal. Highly recommended!
In and out in under 90 minutes. Had a messed up windshield that was replaced and handled expertly at HUNDREDS of dollars less than other places which allowed me to still buy Christmas presents for the family. The service, price, and time were so great I actually decided to write a google review! Thank you, brother. So happy and will recommend to others.

In this time of rain weather unfortunately my car was not ready for it and my roof started leaking , I came here and instead of doing an inspection of it first, they immediately said it was a certain thing and later on when I went back telling them it was still leaking they started touching and moving more of my roof, they left the parts incorrectly in place when they finished fixing it , and one part of my cars rack came off , I m guessing ended up on the road a few days later , due to their lack knowledge on how to place the parts back, they are polite at first but once you start asking questions they give you this nasty and foolish attitude, I really do not recommend if you as a girl are going in by yourself , definitely take a man with you or else they will take advantage of you ( they also gave me a guarantee of the service which I don t understand why if nothing was fixed or replaced )

Dont come to this place... Dont let them vacuum your car because they are looking to steal from you and they give you prices that dont even take up your car. They entertain you in the TV room so you dont see that they are only pretending to fix your car.
The owner quoted me $100 to fix my window regulator but when I showed up the next day his partner charged me $220. My $100 quote was in person not on the phone at their shop and he looked at my car but couldn t fix it because they were closing. Not sure why the price increased the next day by more than double.

They did a great job - spoke to Mike on the phone. Hes super personable and has that old school customer relations vibe... you cant not like him. The rest of the crew were nice enough but def. Not as friendly. They werent going to be able to get my OEM window that day so I ended up driving to the dealer, buying the glass, and bringing it over. They got me in quickly and finished re-installing the new passenger side rear window in about 40 minutes. Smooth and painless. I didnt have much cash to tip the guy who worked on the car and they werent able to take more off my card for tip which was a bummer. I wanted to tip the guy a bit more. Anyway, highly recommend Mikes - if I should ever have to fix another window on my car thats where Im headed.

This is the spot that doesnt f around. I think they handle it when it comes to glass repair needs. Went to a couple of other glass shops that told me theres no way to repair a chipped glass. This place said they could fix some, but after looking at the chip they said they could. After they worked on it, the chip looked like a tiny scratch. The job they did keeps the chip from turning into a crack that keeps running. Now I dont have to replace the entire glass! Might have been there at the right time or something, but they fixed the chip quick! Im like already? Was only sitting there like 20 minutes if that! Truthfully I didnt time it or anything, but you now what Im saying. Anyway, good experience and Im going back if I need glass work. I do recommend this spot.

Best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. My wife hit a carport and shatter the whole rear windshield. Mike and his guys were able to get the same rear windshield same day and install it within hours. Staff was very professional. I would highly recommend.

I ordered the windshield, they text me and told me glass is ready. I took my car in and drove away within minutes. For warranty i was told as long as i own the vehicle i am covered.
