Took my Audi SQ5 to have the windshield replaced and calibrated. They were not able to calibrate it and for months the dealer was claiming that I needed to put the original glass to have all the sensors to go away. Now that I had to buy the original glass they found this sensor broken. The only time my glass was replaced was at this place.

I would send anyone to GTO Auto Glass without any reservations and know they would be as pleased as I was when they replaced my windshield. They do very fast quality work. The waiting room is pleasant, with coffee and a big TV screen. It only took about 30 minutes for them to replace my broken windshield on my Camry. No disappointments here. Very Pleased!

This is the third time I am there. The service is good and the pricing is very reasonable. If they dont have the glass they will get it pretty promptly and a plus is a lady there not sure if shes the owner is a pretty thing to look at.

Fast, easy change of windshield on my mustang

Went in to drop off a Honda CRV that was broken into over the weekend. Called on Sunday and the shop had the exact glass for my passenger window ready within 2 days. Can t beat the price, service, and quality of customer service. Hope you don t need to call for a broken window, but if you do, they are it.

The 5 stars have to do with the complete package that the Auto Glass, GTO, offers. I was quite surprised when I arrived, later realizing that GTO is a family-run affair. As soon as I arrived, the father, who is bilingual, attended me with respect, with grace, and with good manners -- very considerate. He instructed me to park my CROWN VIC in one of the stalls, and then politely told me that I could wait in their lobby. Almost immediately, a young muscular fellow of good height began replacing my windshield that was broken. What really sold me was that the fellow called me out to see the rust that had built up on the edge of the frame where the glass would sit. He told me he would add some glue and polymer to help the situation. I returned to the lobby, and what do you know? They offer free coffee, and I mean good coffee with powdered creamer or liquid creamer and sugar, with stirring sticks and napkins. What? I was blown away. That convinced me that these people have their act together, and that they care about their business and their customers. They treat people like me -- their customers and potential customers -- with respect and appreciation, as though you mean something to them. Before I knew -- and had not yet finished my coffee -- the windshield was installed in the most delicate manner. I know, I know that other auto glass installers abound on Mission Road and nearby, on Alameda Avenue too. BUT!!! If you want politeness, effectiveness, professionalism, a very good price, and service that will last in your memory -- plus a great cup of free coffee -- look no further. Go!! as a matter of fact tell one of your neighbors kid to break the windshield for you, LOL!! Its worth it because you will enjoy your time at GTO. I will miss them.

Called and spoke to Nadia, she told me be here before 10 am, drove one hour in traffic to get to this dump, guess what Nadia wasnt there, another .... telling me oops we maid a mistake, the price is $100 more and we have to order the windshield and you have to come back. Right!

My issue is not with workmanship, but with the fact that their website says they do mobile glass repair. I called to schedule having a windshield done only to find out they no longer do mobile. I was told I would have to come to their shop. I didnt have time and ultimately had to go to another vendor.

I went on a Thursday near closing time and got a quick proposal for a replacement windshield. I arrived early Saturday morning and was told to drive the car in the shop. Fernando, one of the guys with a great personality, started working on the car. It was my first time and I viewed them working the entire time. The crew work individually yet in a team. While Fernando was removing the cracked windshield, the other guys were prepping the new windshield. They do take about an hour. The way they work just flows. It was neat watching them work in unison and the environment felt nice, very peaceful. Thank you guys. God bless.

Honest and the Best! I had my car window stuck. Unable to close all the way up. I went there and told me price would be about $130 (I called someone from a diffeent shop and wanted $400 for that) After a while GTO Auto Glass called me to let me know it would only be 30 unless I want to fix the other problem. And told me more detailed explanation. I would go back there in the future.

These guys installed my rear windshield (and surprisingly even had the glass in stock, it s a 21 year old car that had the antennae in the glass) in an extremely timely fashion, i had my car back on the road within 2 hours! Thank you guys! Will be back to tint my windows soon ! :)

There is a stereo shop next to the GTO business, its called mission stereo. Thay do stereo work there and tinting and some electrical as well. There a little pricey but do good work. Never had any issues with there work. And its life time tinting. If anything happens thay put another one free of charge.

This is a fantastic glass shop and theyre the only folks in LA that can fit custom glass. I have a custom hard top on my Jeep Wrangler and the replacement glass isnt commercially available. Frank was able to cut a piece from a sheet and install within 8 hours. Highly recommended.

My second time using their services. The first time was about 10 years ago when my windshield shattered on the freeway. Their prices have remained quite fair since. I paid $200 for my windshield this time around, including labor. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with rain sensors. They did the job in about an hour. Payment was super easy and quick. They were COVID19 friendly. At the dealer, I would have paid well over $500, perhaps closer to $1000. I highly recommend this place!!!

I had a small pebble fly into my windshield. The impact left a few small but distracting cracks right in my eye-line. These guys sealed it so well there s barely a trace, looks like nothing more than a barely visible very tiny scratch . Quickly rught after I pulled up and at good price too!

Came in around last month. Service was quick, but they left glass shards inside the defrosters and old weather stripping on my floor. For the quoted $160 I wouldve expected a cleaner job. Other shops around quoted cheaper, just came because they had the glass in stock at the time.
