They serve you quickly but they do not supervise their work and make mistakes. Personally, they installed the glass on my truck incorrectly and I had to return to have it fixed. They did not refuse to fix it, but the owner did get upset.

They don t use the proper tools to remove the door panel, they use screwdrivers instead of plastic to remove the panel which caused damage

This place totally saved me butt! My husband and I were visiting LA from out of state and our car was broken into and the passenger window shattered. We called Honda dealers and they said the glass we needed was not available at any dealer in CA and would take a week to ship. We re on a road trip and didn t have the time or ability to hang out in LA for that long so I found cortes on google. They had the glass in stock and took us right away. It only took about 45 mins for them to fix the window and cost $180 with tax. They were such life savers during this stressful incident! Highly recommend.

Didn t fix my glass and ended up breaking the side clips that were used to hold the previously broken glass. Also broke off a side holder and just told us to go to dealer. Would not recommend.

They have a decent location. Prices are moderate. But make sure to come in the morning or before 1pm. I got here at 2pm, they say it was going to take 1 hour to replace the passenger front door window, but at 3pm they all decided to take lunch and stop working. So now Im just wasting time waiting

2010 Chrysler Sebring window switch was not working .He tried to repair the switch ,but it did not work properly.I brought a new stitch and told he would put on the new switch @ no cost.I will return with the new switch.I hope he follows throught with his promise.I paid 92.00 $ . The tech got bothered by the question and took his business card away. The owner called me back the next day. I offered to show her the recording from the crash cam. Best shop Ive been too been looking for a replacement windshield for a 04 Cadillac CTS for a whole week and no one had it and couldnt order one. I found this place and after contacting them 2 days later they had my windshield. Friendly and cheap and fast. Great place

They do the job well Quickly

A friends windshield good smashed as he was driving on the 5 freeway. A chair came flying at him and broke his windshield. I always go to Mission Road to get my windshield done. I called a couple of places and Cortes was the only one that was able to get it the next day at the best price. Needles to say, my friend was very happy. He had called Safelite which quoted him$100- more than Cortes. Why pay more when you can get it cheaper at Cortes?

The manager was very honest and instead of charging me the original cost he told me that the problem with my window was just some badly bent cables and he practically didnt want to charge me anything, but being fair with the time I spent in my car I left him a thoughtful tip!

Call this shop first. They had the best price of 20+ shops I called, quick and friendly service!

I accidently broke the glass washing my car in the middle of the day. I had to leave town. They got my truck in the same day and did a great job.

These guys are the truth! Maria responded to my call and gave me a great price on a windshield for my old Lexus. I came back for a broken rear window on my new Lexus and once again Maria gave me a great price and their installers really know what they are doing! They are super careful with your trim and panels, they talk to you as they go letting you know how they need to disassemble something to instal the new glass. They are super clean, no tears, rips or sealant/adhesive smudges. Is hard to find honest businesses true to their trade and doing a great service for your dollar. I don t ever have to go anywhere else for Auto Glass. I recommend calling in first. Maria will hook you up!

I first stoped because of art work but the quality of work in a polite timely manner has made it my go to place for 15 yrs now for all my cars glass needs( and many of my friends) and they replace window regulator in 2 of my cars( one an older BMW) while I walked up hill get snacks an a lotto! I recently had small problem with window they replaced and I came in to complain but they replace the part with new( not old, didnt fix it again, opened new part!) one at no COST! who does that these days? So I didnt even complain about the drive from Santa Barbara( lived in Echo Park 15 yrs thats when I found them) and had to insist he take the Tip. Not to forget the indoor air-conditioned( in summer) waiting room or covered sitting area outside I highly recommend it, plus when trying to compliment there work they say they no better than other 4 shops on the block and I believe them but I keep coming back. Good day.

My rear window was not going hope down. I stopped in to see if they could help. It was out of my budget to have the motor replaced since the holidays. But I was charged 25$ just to get the window to stay closed. The best part is I was told if I decide to replace the motor that the 25$ I spent would go towards the future repair. Which is awesome.
