Waters Auto Body in Los Angeles

I never post but I had to give a glowing review to Jim at Waters Auto Body. Had an appt, met me on time, and fixed the problem while I waited. Took pride in what he does and such a kind person. Beyond fair. Hope I never need him again but if I need repairs I will be back. Already have told others who need work. A rare find especially these days. THANK YOU@

Please take your car to Jim and the fantastic crew at Waters Body Shop on Motor. I was very stressed out after a car sideswiped my car and was recommended to Waters to get my car fixed. Jim was so nice and helpful and made it so easy to leave my car. He even helped get my rental car. When my car was ready…it was detailed and looked wonderful. They made such a stressful incident seem almost okay. I highly recommend Waters Body Shop to everyone!!!!

First time customer at Water's Auto Body and I definitely will be back if I ever need their services again. They know what they're doing and work very smoothly with insurance. Good people running a great business. They cleaned up marks on my car that weren't even part of the main damaged area! Great experience -- needed a repair on a part that was a bit tricky to track down, but they found it and fixed it quickly. Came in at less than the estimate and well below other places. Will definitely bring my car there again!

Jim was incredibly helpful in fixing a minor damage on my car. Other places quoted me exorbitant prices while Jim was very transparent with the price and what was needed to be fixed. He even answered some other maintenance questions. I am coming back for any issues in the future!

Fantastic experience. Not only is Jim extremely knowledgeable but he treats you like a human. I really appreciated how transparent he was throughout the entire process, giving me updates throughout the week and an accurate eta on completion. Would highly recommend!

Jim is fantastic. After visiting other auto body shops, they left me feeling unheard and confused on the condition of my car. Jim made me feel incredibly welcome and did a comprehensive review of my car when I brought it in. He is very friendly and transparent. He explained every step and why everything had to be done. He mediated well with insurance and was flexible on picking up my car when it was finished. I couldn’t recommend another body shop after using Waters.

Jim was awesome and friendly. Customer services was on point because I recieved texts with progress updates on repairs and completion date. My baby looks so beautiful I almost cried 😁 see the before and after pictures.
