He explained everything clearly, kept me in the loop, and genuinely had my best interests in mind. On top of that, the service was so efficient! He even handled the rental car process for me, including pickup and dropoff right at his location—something the last collision shop I went to didn’t even offer. It was such a relief not to have to worry about any of the logistics. My car looks brand new now—pristine and perfect. I can’t recommend Eugene and his team enough.
