MZ Collision fixed up my Hyundai Sonata after I was hit on the driver’s side and now my car literally looks better than when I bought it! They really went above and beyond. I had my vehicle towed here to hearing great things from a friend. When I showed up on the lot, the atmosphere wasn't too inviting, but I still proceeded to sign paperwork. Once I asked the guy who put my car down how the process worked and the parts they used, I was told it would be aftermarket parts. I thought to myself, it's a brand new car, not even a year old. Based on the trust and transparency of this gentleman, I was able to make an informed decision to move my car elsewhere. The process of releasing my vehicle to a different shop was relatively easy, but I wasn't provided with a breakdown of the amount being charged. I was just given the amount, which is excess $1,180. I was previously told that they charge 120 a day for storage of my car. My vehicle was only there for 4 days, making it a total of $480 plus other taxes, my guess roughly around $650. I'm glad I moved my car to a different place if this is the type of service they are providing. Thank you to the gentleman who made me do a well-informed decision.

Got into an accident a few weeks ago and took my car to MZ Collision. Daisy was a huge help for me, she explained the whole process and made it understandable for me. MZ Collision is now my main body shop. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you truly care about your car’s appearance post-repair. My story: I was rear ended and had to go through the other party’s insurance, State Farm. State Farm had a major desire to deny most of my claim, resulting in my car sitting at the shop for almost a month. I was becoming extremely frustrated because I was the victim of someone’s careless driving and I felt that I had no control of my car repairs. Alex at MZ was handling most of the claim and then Brian, the owner, told me to file it through my own insurance. At that point, things finally started to get moving. My car was repaired in excellent quality. I was treated with kindness and respect by Alex and Brian. I am extremely satisfied with their service and diligence towards my car. And they are both really awesome people. My advice any time you are rear ended- immediately contact an attorney. Whether the other party is insured does not guarantee their insurance will follow through. An attorney will make sure of such.

Hey guys Daisy and Brian are amazing there. I had a collision with in my car with lots of aftermarket and expensive parts on it. All the questions concerns and confusions I had, they took care of it. They are super knowledgeable and their prices are very fair. Daisy has lots of snacks for you guys! I have a passion in cars owning 11 vehicles and maintaining them by myself. But the work I see that goes on the shop and the customer service there are all top notch! All of you staff there I talked to thank you!
