Came to get a dent repaired in my bumper after a hit and run. MBS was very honest and transparent with me, fixed the car in 2 hours and gave me a great price. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Took my car here for a fender bender repair. Got here while I was waiting for the insurance estimate and they gave me an estimate and explained the whole process. I went on a business trip during the repair and they happily worked around my schedule. The promised two weeks and the car was finished in just over one week. The repair was well done, color match is indiscernible from the rest of the car. I am very happy with the result. The total charge, even though I went through insurance, is almost the exact match with the original estimate. The shop was communicative from start to finish. I had to wait a little bit when I went to pick up my car because one of the gentlemen was detailing my car, which I didn't mind.

I recently had my car repaired at MBS Collision Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain the repair process and provided a detailed estimate upfront. it was a great price, about 25% less than other quotes I revived. The quality of the work was exceptional. My car looks as good as new, and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. The team at MBS Collision Center went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the results. They even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. I highly recommend MBS Collision Center to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Their expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service were exceptional.

I contacted MBS Collision Center on 07/16/24 to repair my 2011 Jetta after a collision in which a Tesla rear ended my vehicle. They submitted the original estimate of $2,854.62 to Tesla Insurance which was approved and a check was sent direct to the shop for that amount. After working on the vehicle further, the total cost of the repairs increased to approximately $5,000. By 7/31/24, Tesla Insurance determined that the vehicle would be considered a total loss. I immediately called MBS and they explained the situation to me and told me that in order to move forward with the insurance settlement, I had to sign a release of the vehicle and that Tesla would be responsible for picking up the vehicle and that I didn't have to worry about anything. This is where the situation began to get dicey. From 7/31/24 to 8/15/24, I had been waiting for word from Tesla. 9 days after I signed the release, I was contacted l by Tesla stating that I had not released the vehicle. I was also contacted by MBS that same day asking if I had released the vehicle. I reminded them that I came on 7/31/24, signed the release, and cleared out my car, at which point they remembered the situation. They stated that they had been reaching out to Tesla but vaguely explained that the third party towing company would not pick up the vehicle. MBS had allegedly been calling Tesla daily saying that the vehicle was released, but the third party was refusing to pick it up and told MBS to call Tesla. I was in the dark during this 2-week period until I received a text from the total loss adjuster stating "We have been trying to get the car picked up from your shop. They are refusing to take anything other than a cash payment. We cannot pay cash for a pick up. At this time, the shop will not allow us to pick up your vehicle. We will have to move forward with an owner retain settlement for your car." I called MBS again and asked what was going on and they explained for the first time that they required a cash payment and the third-party tow company would not pay cash. They told me that it was $500 for parts, $500 for labor, and $195 per day since 7/16/24, the date I dropped off the vehicle. They offered to omit the last 7 days of storage fees and stated that the total cost to release my vehicle would be $5,875. After this news, I called the bureau of automotive repair. They informed me that storage fees may only accrue from the date the vehicle is declared a total loss per statute. Additionally, the receipt states a $50 minimum storage fee per day but a sign in the shop stated a daily storage rate of $195 that I paid little attention to as this was, in my mind, a matter to be handled between the Tesla Insurance and MBS Collision Center. Finally, the shop accepted a check from the insurance, a negotiated release amount of $3,000 by credit card from me to regain possession of my vehicle, but refused any other form of payment for the vehicle pickup. I believe the shop was creating a situation in which the tow company would not or could not comply in order to accrue storage fees, leading to my paying $3,000 out of pocket to regain my vehicle and avoid the total loss of both my vehicle and insurance settlement. Had MBS been willing to accept check or alternate forms of payment, the tow company who contacted me the same day the vehicle was considered a total loss would likely have promptly transported the vehicle, avoiding 15 fair calendar days of storage fees at $195 per day. There was no communication regarding the pick up issue, the shops cash only policy, or my own personal liability, other than the repeated statement that Tesla won't answer our calls. On the day I paid the $3,000 to pick up my vehicle, the owner, estimator, and manager were all confrontational, stated that I was just trying to argue, and that they were doing everything by the BAR even after the BAR told me what they were doing was not legal. These guys were waiting until the value of my storage fees exceeded the value of my vehicle and take it over because Tesla rejected the additional cost.

By far the best shop to work with and the most fairly priced after visiting a few different places. They dealt with the insurance company, got additional supplements approved, and had my car ready within days of getting the additional costs approved. And when I went to pick up my car, they had cleaned the interior and polished the exterior - it looked brand new. 100% recommend.
