Terrible customer service. Came in here to check my car battery and the guy gave a very heavy sigh when asked for a battery check. Results showed I needed a new battery and so I purchased one with the assumption they’d install it as well. Nope. After the transaction the guy just walked away. So I asked the other guy working (who I just saw not five minutes before change someone’s battery) if they could install it and he said “Well I’m not gonna do it” and to ask the first guy. Definitely not the #1 battery destination. Poor service.
Erick was a great help. I needed some items for my AC with these record breaking heat days. I'm so glad he was able to sell me all the items I needed. He went above and beyond.
They went above and beyond for a simple wiper blade change. I had cut up my finger tips, so decided to return them and have it done for me. But they offered. Great experience, very thankful.
SHOUT OUT TO JAKE!!! Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. And left with a new battery that he installed. Very kind , very helpful. Great kid. Made sure we were safe and back on the road. Definitely needs a promotion. Highly recommend this shop.
they did a “complimentary battery installation” and accidentally cut my brake line. they acted mad and tried their hardest to make things as difficult as possible because I expected them to pay for the repair. took 2 weeks for me to get my car back. bottom of the barrel employees at this location. go literally anywhere else.
Excellent customer service.Rep:Stephen came out and helped me with my battery. He made sure everything was working correctly before I drove off and he was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. If I could I would give Stephen 1000 Stars for Customer service.
I called today for some information, and Spoke to Eric now I could barely hear him, I asked if he could please speak a little louder, and he gave me attitude. Wow, rude. I ended up going to the Cypress store, atleast I was treated nicely.
Better than the movies! I watched a 17 year old boy try to walk out with wiper blades hidden in his coat. Sorry, but you don't "forget" to pay for 20-inch wiper blades. The manager and clerk were very cool about it. They asked him to leave the store and he refused. He kept standing there repeating, "I don't know how to change the blades. I'm only 17 !" The manager kept asking him to leave the store or the police would be called. The kid just stood there demanding they help him install the wipers... Yes, the Los Alamitos PD showed up... He finally drove away. It's one of the dumber things I've seen in my life.
