Great fast service in and out

I called and asked if they would change my brake shoes. The guy on the phone stayed quiet for a minute, and I can hear him mumbling to his colleague, shortly before hanging up on me. Rude.

So happy to have found Pacific Tire! I picked up a nail in my tire and nobody else wanted to help me but they did a great job fast and at a good price! Thanks, I will be back 😀

This is my third visit in 2 months...one more tire to go, one more pay day! They always help me! I am appreciative of what they are for me!

I've been coming here for the last 2 years, and love the service and low prices. When I use to get a nail in the tire, I would go to any tire store, and would get charged $19 for a plug/patch. Lately I've been told, "the hole is to big, we can't patch it. You need to buy a new tire". That's a scam, they're just trying to sell you tires. If it's a slow leak, it can be patched. I was told about this place, and get all my patches done here. The service is quick, in and out. You don't have to leave the car there. I get charged $10 for a patch. Today I had two nails in one tire, and was charged $12. I've witnessed residents in the community ask if they can use the air hose, and they're allowed to do so at no charge. I really don't understand the negative reviews here. The employees have never smelled like beer to me. Having said that, who cares? I mean you're going to a used tire shop in the ghetto, what do you expect? I will continue to give them beer money to repair my tires.

They don't speak much but the service is amazing! I do all my tire installations there including all my sport car custom wheel mounting. $15 for mount and balancing! I bring my own tires for installation and I'm in and out quick.

Please don't go there. Lately it looks abandoned. There is something very unscrupulous going on. Its closed during biz hours but when you call a young dude answers the Phone is evasive says one thing then changes the price within 30 ssecond. Then you get there place closed and a man in the residence adjacent comes out tells you that the tire Dude is his Son and is taking a dump and will be there shortly. Then he behaves like the Son's broker asking what the nature of your requests then inflates the price. So for installing 2. Tires with balance they want S50. Pacific tires wants $36 and America's tires where I bought the 2 brand new wants $40. I went to Pacific tires on Santa Fe got way more than requested for less than Norby or America tires. Just get your tires and install them at Pacific tires save all the waiting and double talk because they are inexpensive fast and highly efficient
