I reached out to Kong twice, even took my car in to let him check it out, Kong never got back to me with a bid. Terrible service!

It took Kong only a full day get my transmission changed on my work truck. He and his team were super helpful and responsive with this whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone that desires quality and professional work! Thanks Kong 👍🏽

The service transmission light came on in my car and it was not drivable, I called my mechanic who recommended this place. Had my car towed there around 10:00am, owner called me back only 2 hours later saying my car was ready to be picked up. There was a computer issue that they were able to clear. The owner was so kind, friendly and honest and explained everything to me and did not charge me for anything unnecessary. I will definitely return for any future issues and will recommend to everyone.

Went in today to remove some transmission oil from my car because it had more than it should kong did a great job , great customer service he knows what hes talking about . If anyone needs any transmisson work done on there car call and ask for kong he will get the job done . He took the time to explain to me and show me what kind of transmisson my car has and how it works he even stayed after they close to wait for me and help me pump out the oil from my transmisson . 5 out of 5 stars. My aunt and uncle Suzanne was quoted $12,000 for a transmission repair at the Toyota dealership. Thanks Kong you are the best waited on insurance over 3 weeks never got thru so I paid for tranmission myself Kong give me good price and also replaced a mount that was broken. I cant say enough about service excellent. Go to his shop you will be treated very well.

Good, knowledgeable transmission shop. Owner is helpful and seems honest. I was referred to them by my current and long time, Long Beach mechanic. I came into All Transmission, with my '16 Avalon worried about a transmission leak. Turns out it's not the transmission and just the axle boots are worn, depleting all the grease under the car. I was advised by the shop owner, "No transmission leak! Only the axle boots are torn and worn out. Wait for the axles to start making a clicking noise, then replace the axles at that time." Highly recommend All Transmission & Clutch, it's a busy shop for a reason.
