I had a slow leak in my tire and I am close to needing new tires. Mark was fantastic. He was able to repair my tire at no cost and gave me quotes for new tires. He did not try and sell me a tires when I had a little life left. I will definitely be back within the year to have new tires installed. Honest, friendly and fast service.

This was my first time at this Discount Tire & Service Center. The seating area was huge and you’re able to see your car being worked on. I went there for an oil change but they no longer carried conventional oil which I thought was disappointing. I didn’t end up getting an oil change because my car doesn’t need synthetic oil yet plus it was expensive in my opinion. I did end up getting a tire rotation and wheel alignment. The service was fast and my car drives much better. Jennifer Castro was really nice when she greeted me with a smile. Mark let me know that my tire rotation was complete and that they were working on the wheel alignment next. Loved that communication from Mark. I will be returning back to this location. Thank you Jennifer and Mark! Customer service was on point!

I’m providing 5 stars for Ms. Jennifer. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I called in earlier today for a quote on tire balancing. I came in, she checked my truck and advised that it may not help but she’ll load up my truck to confirm if I did in fact need balancing. Agree checking she found that the tires in front that were just purchased had cupping. So she moved them to the back and also removed a nail. She provided great advise regarding my ill purchase. Thankful for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

2 hour Wait and they still don't work on your car. When your a walk in. It didn't look very busy. At 830am. I was there for oil change and to fix a flat. By 930 o'clock I got back from shopping and I asked how far along was it. I was told there were two cars ahead of me. When I looked at the bay noticed other cars where being service that where not there when I got there. I waited and by 1030. I asked and them told there was one car ahead. Asked and told them I see cars that were not here when I got here being serviced them I was told for the frist time. All Apts take priority with a smile. At this point I made a decision to leave and ask for my car keys to them.It seemed unfazed like this was not something that was new. They don't. Care about my business so I can go somewhere else. I live locally I own four cars. Both supervisors were okay with me leaving I didn't make a scene. I simply asked for my keys and they knew that I was leaving. They don't care about your business don't have apt. I wasted 2 hours I went to valvoline to get in less then 30 mins i went to a near by tire shop and my flat was fixed in 5 min before I evened paid. I don't recommend that you take your business there. Tires brakes oil change are lifetime.Things for a car.I hate for you to waste your time just waiting.

This is a phenomenal tire shop. They have the friendliest staff, and Jennifer is most certainly their best employee. Not only they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they were prompt and delivered as they promised. If you’re looking for tires, this is the place to go!
