Worst location I have ever been at the customer service is little to none. I happen to be running five minutes late in a 50 Uber I called ahead and told them that I would be five minutes late because the freeways in California are absolutely unpredictable. He told me no we cannot wait. We leave exactly on time, as I pull up. He is screeching out of the gate so he must’ve made sure because of it since I called to. I also was charged for recharging my batteries here and have not been charged at any other location. The manager of this location needs a revaluation asap!

I was helped out by Braulio Hernandez who is a Customer Sales Rep, he was very helpful and kind. As well as very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my battery and was even able to note what else was wrong with my car. His work is grately appreciated and he deserves a raise!

Holy Moly!! These guys just SAVED me $700 replacing my 4 6v Trojans !!!!! So appreciate the HONEST SERVICE- amazing to find place that really enjoys helping people ! Thanks guys!👏👏👏👏 I’ll spread the word down at the marina!

Bought two Centennial Marine Deep Cycle Batteries. Got home and they only gave me two nuts not four. Went back the worker hands me 8 nuts, shows me on a battery he says is the one I bought (which ended up not) so I got home and he gave me the wrong ones. Called and the manager didn’t care about their mistake. Worst customer service. Their workers are standing around doing nothing. Don’t go here, would not recommend this location. The owner of this shop needs to get workers that care about the customer.

2nd Battery failed within one year! Last one lasted 3.5 mo. :( Warranty is ~3 months! Manager refused to remedy. Been coming to them for 20 years and was very happy, until, I was told there was nothing they could do. Wrote corporate, a few days later I received an email instructing me to contact the Manager to remedy. Once the manager was authorized by corporate, he promptly replaced the defective battery. Great prices on re-furbished batteries, good service, polite, but, be aware of the short warranty on re-furbs.

These guys know your battery needs. Professional and great attitudes by all those I encountered. They have longer lasting and stronger batteries than you will get the auto parts stores and pricing is very reasonable. I wished I would have found them years ago!

Battery Systems is good; they have sold me batteries before, and they have always done a great job and done it quickly. But I usually go there because of the other tenant in the building, the Long Beach Auto Clinic. The guys there do a super job of maintaining my car, and they've done so since 1990. Larry, his son John, and all the boys over there are professional, knowledgeable, and honest; my 1970 Monte Carlo likes them as much as I do. If you don't already have a dependable auto mechanic, Long Beach Auto Clinic may be who you're looking for.
