Friday March 7th, 2025, 8:40am I never been so badly assisted in any store, as this one! HORRIBLE
Website shows store opens at 7am.. other local Shops also open earlier.. I came to this location hours in the door say 7:30am.. I’m here at 7:25 with 3 people at the counter staring at me..
Called about parts beforehand, asked for them to actually have it in hand before i hung up and they reassured they have it, grey shirt guy up front was argumentative towards thier commercial customer.
Jose N was VERY helpful, i came here with crutches and he helped get the door and take things to my car, will be coming back to this location!
I came in to see if Auto Zone had a tool that I could borrow for a lug nut issue but the employee said no. I thought Auto Zone had tools for something like that. On top of that the employee was rude when I asked if they could take a look at my issue but they said no. Are they not allowed to leave the store to help? Plus the employee had a back pack on, that’s not professional!
Came in to replace my dying car battery. Affordable price and I got refunded for giving them my old battery. Lexis installed my battery for me and was very helpful.
The employee only cared about leaving work. When I asked him for help he tossed the screwdriver and walked off after I asked him for help. He lied and said they were busy we only 3 customers walked in behind me. I even asked him for help and he didn’t care. When telling my mom what happened on the phone he told me it wasn’t about me and dismissed me as an employee and kept rolling his eyes while wearing a beanie and no uniform shirt.
My car’s battery died, something I didn’t expect because it’s only a 2019 but I bought it used and was living in Colorado so seems like the cold weather may have worn it down. I wasn’t sure if it could be saved by charging it or if a new one was needed (and they’re not cheap! Over $200). Anyhow, when I called I spoke with Dominic who was so friendly, informed and helpful. He told me I could bring the car over and they could test the battery and we could decide what to do. When I got there, I was helped by Raul who was just such a gentleman and a professional. He tested the battery and showed me the results. The battery was bad so I needed a new one. He was nice enough to help me change it out so they could keep the old one and I could avoid the $22 core charge. It was a real challenge to get that dang battery out! I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own. I’m really thankful for Raul’s help, gave him a nice tip and my car is back to normal. Highly recommend this AutoZone location. ☺️
