Dennis the manager is absolutely amazing and kind ,helpful and Carlos was super knowledgeable and helpful he was such a sweetheart helping myself and my daughter with battery issues. I would highly recommend the AutoZone on Willow and Santa Fe in Long Beach California.

Had an issue with my battery on my son’s truck and took it in and they recharged it for free and confirmed it was still in good. Took it home and my son’s truck started right up. I appreciate the fact that they did not just try to sale me a new battery. Great customer service!

I asked Dennis if I could exchange the headlights that I'd purchased for the right ones and he not only said, "yes" but he came and looked at my car and solved the problem for us.
