I really wish I could give the owner Ron more than 5 stars. This man deserves 100 stars! Please please please if you ever have any car repair needs PLEASE bring your car to transmissions by Hal. I have been dealing with an issue with my 2014 chevy equinox for going on 2 years now and I was referred to him by another mechanic. Keep in mind I have brought my car to numerous mechanics and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Not only did he figure it out but he fixed for half the price of what any other mechanic would have charged me. He is the most kind man and there is no way I could ever repay him! Thank you so much Ron! You really are the best!

The owner is so nice and he explained everything that was going on and they were very reasonable He fixed my van after I was told it was too old but he said he could do it and now our van is running great!!

They are very nice here! I had a torque converter going out and I was calling around for pricing at different shops. They carefully and clearly explained the work that would need to be done and how the pricing would work. They gave me a range estimate that most shops would charge and were extremely helpful!

These guys are by far the most honest, nicest, and easiest guys I have ever had to deal with when it comes to a repair shop. 10/5 stars. Definitely worth looking into so you don't waste your time, or money elsewhere.

A few months back I bought my first truck (97 Ram 1500), after a couple weeks I noticed my transmission acting up so I took it to Ron. He quoted me a fair price and timeframe on when he’d have it done. Since I’ve had my truck back for a few months now, it’s been perfect. Shifts smooth as butter. Highly recommend this place for any transmission issues you may have.

I cannot express how grateful I am for all the wonderful work that was done on my pickup.. went in Feb for the rear bearing and a few months later had warranty work done at no charge. After a little bump to the back bumper Ron replaced the whole thing at no charge to me. I don't believe I have ever had a business go the extra mile.. Thank you everyone at Transmissions by Hal

Installed a new transmission for us and several moths later we developed a leak at a connection to the radiator. No questions asked he automatically said he would warranty the repair even though I wasn't expecting anything for free. Good honest shop and it goes to show why they are still in business so many years later.

Awesome spot. You might miss it if you're not looking for it. I went there when my dashboard light turned on. They checked it out and the owner, Hal, was straight up with me and told me exactly what I needed. I knew it wouldn't be cheap but for the work I was getting done, the price sounded reasonable. My car was ready on time and on budget! When I went to pick it up Hal was there ready to get me back on the road. It's good to feel like I have a friend when my car's in trouble. Hopefully, I don't have to come back any time soon.
