They checked the tire pressure but actually messed up the pressure on one tire, leaving it at 22 instead of 36 and the other 3 at 33.

These guys are always so friendly. Always offering cold water or coffee upon arrival. Smiles all around. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. They *do* try to upsell a bit, but thats part of the job and realistically, its all maintenance I should be keeping up with anyway. I have since July-August brought 3 vehicles to Autolube in the Lodi,Ca site! They have proven to be the best service tech s by far!!! Very knowledgeable and honest!!! When you pull in for the service water and refreshments are quickly offered to you in this 3 digit weather. Also fresh cool air is offered in the car while the car is off being serviced. 5 Stars to the crew in Lodi,Ca . Don t forget about the unlimited car wash and free vacuuming!!

Best place to get an oil change. All the workers are nice, helpful, informational. The ask numerous times if you would like a water or coffee and even have cold air to blow into your car while they are doing the oil change. I had my dog with me and they even had dog treats for her. I highly recommend this place for your next oil change.

Ive actually been using this place to change my work truck oil for close to 15 years. I just had my oil changed, 4 days ago and it is still leaking as of Saturday morning. My truck never leaked before any oils on my driveway or anybody elses driveway. However after 4 days I still had a little oil spot on my non-oily driveway. Not cool. But took my truck Saturday morning before they opened and they put me first in line and Jared took care of it. Hopefully. I would normally give them guys a four or five Stars from all the years Ive been using them. But I specifically let Aaron know that I have no leaks and he acknowledged that and I did not want no oil leaks or excess oil on my pan. Oil leaks are not cool for clients or your own driveway. Anyway if the leaks fixed I will reevaluate my star rating. Thats all I got to say

This was my first time here for an oil change. I ve had my car 4 years and nobody else told me I had a filter that keeps the interior air we breath clean. Ive been using this location for years and get the same professional, friendly service every time. They asked what problems I might be having and found a crack in my coolant reservoir. They check everything, point out potential problems, and make no pressure suggestions. No hard sales, just good suggestions. Love this place!

After reading the reviews for this company and seeing that the worst thing people had to say was that they attempt to upsell you on things, I had to check it out. I definitely got my oil change done, and they did offer me additional services, but there was absolutely no pressure and many of them were needed. It was super convenient to be able to take care of multiple things at once and not have to worry about them for a while, especially since I tend to be a little lazy when it comes to car care. Even though it s designed to be a fast paced environment, the service was amazing. They worked together as a team and never once did I feel not taken care of. I was offered a beverage (upon arrival and departure). They gave me a menu for the oil change types and prices and I was able to find out up front that my car requires a special filter which was an additional fee. They lubricated the hinges of all of my doors. They checked my tire pressure. And they spoke to me like I was a valued customer and human being. A rare find in this fast pace world we live in. I will be returning to this location for all of my future maintenance needs that they can take care of.

Excellent service! I live in Sacramento, but was in Lodi visiting my mom and she recommended Autolube to me since I needed a few different services done that the dealership was charging an insane amount for. I arrived and was greeted by the manager and he offered us cold water and juice for my little one which was perfect for the hot day. I am always nervous to go to any mechanics for my car since I am scared to get scammed, but he was very informative on every service I needed, and seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. I came on a busy day, but all of the employees were hard at work, and we were back on the road in no time. I would definitely make the drive from Sacramento to this location because these days it is hard to find reputable mechanics.

The Drive through oil change is the best. This company was very friendly and explained everything every step of the way. I will return when I need an oil change again.

Very kind staff they explain everything they are doing to your car and the prices as well. They give you complimentary beverages as well. I m not sure if you get a free car wash at mister car wash next door anymore.

It s always been difficult for me to leave a shop and not feel like I have been taken advantage of because I m a woman and have absolutely no clue about what my car needs other than gas . I decided to go to AutoLube because it was in the same parking lot as where I get my car washed. Convenient? Heck yeah. So I drove up and first thing that was different, I wasn t needing to get out of my car. I could stay in it through the entire process. Everything was explained to me in detail and there were so many different people working on it at the same time, all doing different jobs, and I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. It was quite an experience to see the actual oils and filters being replaced. While I waited, in my car, I compared their pricing to that of the dealership and I was able to save a bit over $100. I was so excited. I treated myself to a pedi. Thank you for the pedi and the great job. I ll definitely be going back.

I give AutoLube Express Oil Change in Lodi, a definite 5 star rating. If you ever end up in Lodi needing an oil change this is the place to go. Micheal and Jared each would get 5 stars in customer service. The facilty looked clean and both technicians that helped me were polite and professional. Micheal greeted me and we chatted about what I needed I told him I am a Meemah on a budget and just wanted the synthetic oil. He not only took care of what I wanted, he offered me an oil treatment of some sort( that sounded great) but I had to refuse, because it was more than I could afford at this time. He didnt pressure me and simply handled my objection with perhaps next time? That no pressure technique put me at ease. I really want to get it next time I visit Lodi.While I waited I was offered a 7choice between coffee or water. I chose coffeee with creamer. He ended up making me 2 coffees while I waited. I told him that my hubby is usually my oil technician.( In fact, we have taken my Prius to other shops and my hubby has had to reset the code, because the other places do not seem to care the way the technicians did at Autolube Express. Jared completed my oil change and was thoughtful to give me a coupon when I mèntioned my budget. Thank you Jared for the coupon and for resetting the codes on my car. All of this, and I didnt even have to get out of my car. There was a third technician down below that listened to the orders and did his job in a timely manner. These guys take care of me and my family every time we pull in. No questions asked they just get to work and are there to serve you. I 110% suggest giving them a shot. They re also super affordable! I have a European car and since I was a Mister Car Wash member I received HALF OFF my oil change! They saved me about $60 off my oil change, they topped off all my fluids, aired my tires up to their required levels and also let me know how long I had till I needed other services that I was completely unaware of as well. So I ll be back once it s time for those services!

I used to come here all the time when it was named Oilstop. I was a little hesitant when the name was changed that it would mean the quality i loved was changed as well. Luckily its the same great service as before and i will keep going there as long as they are still in business!

I elected to have the Premier Synthetic Service which is $102.99 and was charged an additional $16.99 for special filter charge which is for a synthetic oil filter. What?! Premier Synthetic Service is misleading just leave the Premier off if you re going to upcharge. Seriously reconsidering my return.

Auto Lube on Kettleman here in Lodi is top notch in our family. We give this establishment more than 5 stars to me and my family it seems weve stepped back in time where the service is spectacular, you remember for those of us that were in the 50s and 60s when you would pull into a gas station and have full service from tires checked to windshields cleaned and wiped, etc. well this is the experience you get when you pull up to Auto Lube... these employees there aim to please and are very much like the service one got back in the day. Not to mention the consistency and the stable art of work. Auto Lube is a well oiled machine no pun intended we will continue to take our vehicles there not only for the excellent service but for the excellent workmanship and professionalism.
