Great experience. Arrived right before closing time & and expected staff to be annoyed or frustrated and unwilling to help so they can go home- it’s was the complete opposite experience. Both of them took the time to listen to what I’ve been experiencing with my car and helped me pick a great deal! Ask for Dylan if you have any questions, favorite part of his job is talking and assisting people all day 😉 lol & Ask for Rene if the store has any deals currently going on and he will make sure you get the best product for the best price. O’Reilly you need to give these men a raise!! Way better than my previous experience.
I went to dump my motor oil at this O’Reillys, I gave my container to the associate, and when he went in back to dump it I didn’t see him again for 10 minutes. Finally comes back with my container completely detailed and washed. And it was dirty to begin with - really dirty. I didn’t catch his name, but will be back in soon!
I shop at both O'reilly and autozone and also rock auto online. I'm always looking for the best deal. It's important to shop around these days as the price will vary upwards of 20% depending on the item you're looking for at different locations.
We had to purchase a new AC compressor and the 1st one from another O'Reilly's location we bought last night did not work. The associate Vincent was so informative and helpful. Great customer service. This location did not have it in stock but got us sent to the store that did. Thank you.
