I was very impressed with their service and pricing. The next day Josh followed up with me to see if I was pleased with their service. Wow! That was very impressive and I highly recommend this company!

Josh and the team do excellent work and are always making sure that you as the customer is aware of what they are doing to your vehicle and the reasons behind the repairs.

I have been going to Lockeford Auto for over a decade, but I moved to Idaho a year ago and was in need of new, reliable mechanic. After getting a suspiciously high quote from someone out here, I called Lockeford Auto to get some context and perspective. Josh answered the phone and remembered me almost immediately, then spent ten minutes walking me through my issue, helping me understand what probably needed to be done and what a reasonable price range might be, all from around 600 miles away, and without charge. I find that kind of service to be above and beyond, and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I've been taking all my vehicles to Lockeford Auto since the day they opened. John, Marla, Josh and all the mechanics have always been courteous and very helpful. Whenever I need work done, after bringing my vehicle at my appointment time, they always have someone to take me home and when the work in completed, they pick me up. If I dropped by with a minor problem, they take a look to see if they can fix on the spot and have never charged for it. This is the meaning of "Service and honesty". I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a first-rate auto shop.

This is a great shop. I had my van in there to have the steering and brakes inspected. Most shops would charge you for an inspection like that, not Lockeford Auto Repair. I thought that my car needed new brakes. I called around to 3 different places and Lockeford Auto Repair had prices that are half of what the other two places quoted. After they examined my brakes, they found them to be nearly new. Nothing was needed! Amazing to find such honesty! I was preparing to go on a trip and wanted to be sure that my car was in top shape. They did a full 20 point evaluation to examine other areas of my car. I came out of there paying $40 total. What amazing service!

Made a appointment for a alignment and they got me in and out as soon as they could despite being very busy. Marla and her shop manager, Josh, are the best and will try their hardest to see that your car is serviced in a timely fashion. My Kia is driving very smooth, very happy with the alignment.
