Tire install, sales, repair. Brake service and mechanical services
Had a bad puncture on a side wall. Stop by here to get one tire and they took care of me quickly. fast, friendly service and family owned.
Friendly place and good prices on used tires
Terrible place to take your car! I took my car to them because I needed to change the engine and they lied and said they changed the engine when in fact they didn't! I spent days asking for the invoice for the new engine that was supposedly changed and each day there was a different excuse for not giving me the invoice. I took my car to the Fiat dealership and they confirmed that my car's engine was never changed. If you are thinking of taking your car to this place, be careful!
Great place, super nice owners. Helped me with exactly what I was asking for and didn't push for anything more! Plus they gave me a fantastic price. Cheaper than anywhere else would have charged me. I'll come back to them always even though they are pretty far out of town from where I live. Thanks you guys!
Guerrero was the best tire shop experience I've had in a long time. Had a giant construction bolt in my truck tred that was slowly leaking. I showed up unannounced and got help right away. The tech there suggested a plug from the inside and had it done and tested in a giant tub of soapy water in 10 minutes. I would have paid double what they charged. Continued my 100 mile trip home and pressure never dropped at all. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you need tires or plugs near Livermore.
Great service, but it seems that every time my wife goes they don't have the size tire and they automatically up-sale her on a new tire. Just that one tire, so now I have 3 used and 1 new.. instead of just offering a different with size tire or atleast suggest something that makes sense like selling 2 new tires for a deal then we can do that... now the new tire will ware down by the time I get random 3 tires new...
Beware of this place. A tire patch to remove a nail from tread cost me 30 dollars, after my friend had the exact same repair completed on his car for 10. Patching should never cost 30 bucks. Being a cash-only place, only arouses further suspicion. Added on 11/28/23: Owner commented, but didn't address that less than a month ago my friend went for the exact same repair and was charged a total of $10. Signage in the facility was old and clearly stated that credit card machine wasn't functional. I asked about using my card, and the mechanic agreed card reader wasn't working, thus, this place is operating as a cash only business. Added on 3/6/24: The owner compares pricing between two different stores (Walmart and Target) regarding price differnece. My friend got his patching at the SAME location as I went to (based on his recommendation), and was surprised to find I had to pay 30 for the patch. At the time I went to this place, the credit card machine wasn't functional, nor had it been when my friend went for his repair a few months earlier, hence this business operates as a cash only business.
