Take 5 Oil Change in Live Oak

Very slow. Cars backing up , leaving .sign of inexperience. I have been there many times. After removing and replacing air filter, my AC is not blowing, only to windshield. Went back and they blew me off. Should've shown concern. Won't go back.

This was the first oil change for my 'new to me' truck. John was my service writer/technician, and was professional, courteous and covered all points and procedures. Terrence was in the pit taking care of everything underneath. He worked fast, efficient and was thorough, sounding off on everything he was doing. They worked as a team and completed the service quickly. I was impressed with the service I received and will definitely return here for my next scheduled maintenance. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s. Great job guys!

Great service! It's not often I come across a Take 5 oil change location where I get as good as service as I did at this location. I will definitely be back.

There were three guys that took care of my oil change. They were terrific. The one who came to my window, seemed a bit tense and rushed. He was professional, but could try using a softer, more personable touch.

The technician was really nice, but there was a misfire problem after the oil change. The technician did everything to fix the problem to no avail. I had to get involved to figure out the solution....situation eventually got fixed which I believe was the low level of oil I recommended we fill up. Will not be returning to have work done. Technician was nice, but I don't trust their expertise. 10 minute oil change took almost 2 hours.

The young men were very efficient and professional. I honestly felt like a VIP guest. They let me know what was needed and suggested options. They got me out of there in less than 20 minutes and that’s because A LOT was needed to be done for my vehicle. I highly recommend this location and will be back here for all my car servicing needs.

Currently questioning if they even changed my oil because not everything on this service checklist was done, but it says completed and checked. However I can confirm that the things I should've seen them do they did not. They did not check my wiper blades, did not clean my windshield, nor did they check my tires, which is evident because when I arrived, my tire pressure notification was on, and they would've known I needed air. The only thing I can confirm is the N/A for the cabin filter because they didn't even check it.
