Patched a tire quickly during a road trip. Did not delay the trip at all. Called to let them know we were comming and they were ready for us and worked us in on a busy Saturday.
Great and friendly service, as usual! Went for an oil change and it was done quickly and professionally. Will come to Quick Lane for all of my service needs in the future.
2 stars for the 2 hours I waited on a complimentary oil change while I watched the people “working” on the vehicles talk, vape, and laugh with each other instead of working on any of the 3 vehicles in there. There was another lady sitting with me in the waiting area, who had also waited 2 1/2 hours on an oil change. I also can visibly see them doing something with my tires? I’m not sure. Multiple people will tell me to do it myself, and I gladly would if I didn’t have to pay for the oil they were supplying. At least I get to listen to the same country songs over and over while I wait for them to do literally anything.
Had a blow out on the highway on the way home. Stopped at Walmart because they were the closest. Waste of time waited almost two hours for service which never happened. Found these guys down the street. Was able to come in and and got a new tire right away with very little wait time. Thanks Annette and guys!
Worst dealer I’ve ever been to for service. Lady immediately tells me they don’t do walk ins on alignments. Like I’m stupid. Didn’t even ask if I had an appointment, which I did. She can’t spell my name right. Quick lane my a$$. Then tells me they don’t take appointments online while I’m staring at my confirmation email. How about YOU call to confirm MY appointment. SHE said that I should call for an appointment. Don’t do it online. It’s 2024. they won’t see me today unless I drop it off. I have no way home. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going here again. Taking my truck somewhere else.
We were driving through and had to stop because of an emergency with our brand new tires being improperly installed from a dealer. The alignment was so bad that the tires had worn down cords after just a couple hundred miles. The whole staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. We are so grateful for finding them and there work on getting us in, out the door, and home safely.
I booked an appointment online and dropped my F-250 diesel truck off for the works; oil change, tires rotated, safety check. When I picked it up, the bill came to about $140, and they gave me a printed report of the findings. I asked if all the fluids had been topped off and was told yes. When I got in the truck, I checked the DEF level to find that it was only at 1/4 full. So I went back inside to ask about it. I was told that wasn't included, and I had to specifically request that to be topped off, but there was an additional fee for that. Seriously? $140 for an oil change and tire rotation and they couldn't top off the DEF? I will be making the drive over to Perry to Timberland Ford from now on. The service is less expensive and they are sure to top everything off.
