Took my 2018 Tacoma in for driveline fluid service (trans, transfer case, front and rear diffs). Very happy with the experience and I'll be taking my truck back for things it needs in the future. As a retired auto mechanic, it's nice to find a shop that's as meticulous as I am.
I am new to the area and was recommended to this shop by an also new mechanic I used to get the oil changed & rotate tires in my jeep, as well as check the source of shaking over 60mph. He suspected it could be a balance issue and recommended this shop to check it out. . It's not easy to find a shop I feel can trust especially when my knowledge of cars starts and ends with filling up with gas and air in the tires, but based on my experience with both shops I got lucky. They test drove my jeep and recommended an alignment and balance rotation for the shaking/ pulling. The cost to have these things done were fair and my jeep never ran smoother. I definitely will be going back. I highly recommend.
Very professional through the whole process. Honest about what they found during inspections and did not try to add what was unnecessary, Even telling me the rear brakes weren’t that bad. They ordered the parts and told me if they were fine They could send them back no problem. Let me know a couple tires were not looking great and they did front brakes and tires in one day, which is hard to come by. Only reason I can’t give five stars Is because they do not mention their estimate is without tax nor did they let me know there would be a $33 charge for paying with a card. I would have found a way to pay cash if I would have known that and that’s quite a bit for a credit card fee, even though it was a debit card. Just some thing y’all can let people know about next time.

My Boat trailer broke down and had a bad hub and I went to Precision Auto in Live Oak to purchase parts for my first novice DIY hub installation. Not only did Precision Auto have the hub… Dana, Micheal and Brad offered exceptional customer service and knowledgeable expertise in this field that I did not possess. Notwithstanding my own mishaps during the install of everything, the hub went on fine and works beautifully. The only problem I had with the installation was I couldn’t get the center covers to fit properly over the castle nut into the hub, so for me there’s more to learn. Precision Auto in Live Oak is highly recommended for parts of this kind and they also provide automotive services, and excellent customer service. They got me back on the road again and fishing!!!
Lots of people I’ve know have gotten exhaust work done here. All good had good things to say. I’ve gotten tires from them before, competitive pricing. Needed some exhaust work done on my jeep. They were able to get me in the next day and same day turn around. Good quality work. Love where they dumped the exhaust at, better then the stock pipe that goes behind the tire. Now less of a chance the exhaust will catch on anything off road.
Mr Buddy and his crew are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Precision has fabricated several dual exhaust systems for me. Fair price ,fast service and quality work. Highly recommend!
Precision has done exhaust systems for two of my classic trucks. Brad, the service advisor and Lee, the exhaust craftsman extraordinaire listened to what I wanted done, which was not basic or standard in either case. They took my vision and made it a reality then went above and beyond what I expected. Lee takes a lot of pride in his work and as previously stated is a true craftsman.

I had was having issues with my tire.Ive never been here before.They were pretty quick even though a sign said they were short staff.The only reason why I cannot give 5 stars is they called me within 24 hours.Telling me they cannot locate a rim from my car Because theres nothing wrong with my tire . They were very sweet to some service animals in training.
Took my truck for alignment.After two days they told me that they couldnt do the alignment because I needed upper and lower tie rod and it would cost $800 dollars to fix it. I told them that I would pick up the truck and do it myself.When I went to pick up my truck they charged me $35 dollars for inspected my suspension,which I never asked for. So I got the upper and lower parts at an auto store for $70 and dropped off to my mechanic to change it. My mechanic told me that nothing was wrong with my suspension and everything look tight.So my mechanic changed anyways , and charged me $300 for the service. I went back to Precision Auto place to do the alignment and 3 days later and it was done . When I picked the truck up , it was on my bill $10 for another inspection that I didnt ask for , my back tire needed replace, and for that information they charged me another $10. My mechanic told me that lately he has a bunch cars showing up for him to get suspension done and when he inspected nothing is wrong. Stay away.

We were on an 8 hour road trip and on hour 3 got a nail in our tire. We pulled off in hopes that someone would be able to plug it quickly. We went to precision auto and they were exceptionally busy. We told them our issue and they took us immediately, told us to pull around back, and had us back on the road in 5 minutes. Thank you to Brad and the entire staff, absolute exceptional service!

Brad and Dana are Awesome people and are running a clean professional shop. I live in the FL Keys and came up to visit family and had my truck aligned while I was here. They did an awesome job on the alignment and probably half the cost if I would have had it done back home.

Have used this business for upgrades the last few months. Love the products they sell, Mike tries to help find anything you need. Drop off and pick up is always quick convenient and timeless. If there is any questions about the bill they explain it. Only reason this is a 4 star is because they don t give 4.5 Found trash left in my vehicle from a mechanic (multiple times) and I am ok with eating on the job just take your stuff with you. I would recommend this business still even after a disagreement with the front desk.

Buyer beware.. I stopped in for a new tire because I had a flat. They told me if I paid in cash there would be no sales taxes. The tire they put on also had a hole in it that had been plugged poorly. I didnt receive a receipt so I couldnt prove anything. Now I have to air the tire everyday until I can go buy another one. I wont be back.

Hard to get anyone on the phone & they always seem to be almost a week behind if not more.
I had several vehicles that needed to be worked on repairs that I could not do myself and Im a pretty good mechanic for backyard guy. Two vehicles needed exhaust systems and engine work, I spoke to a fellow there who gave me a great price on the exhaust system and did amazing work very pleased with the outcome totally satisfied with the work and Ive taken other vehicles there and recommend this business to anyone.. great job ya all I am very pleased.

These five stars are only for staff and Bradley the owners son. I do understand about businesses Theyre long hours of hard work but Ive been fussed at for the last time by the owner that sits in his lil AC room. Watching and telling the crew wat to do. Never lends a hand to help. Hopefully hell retire, cause he sure needs to. Hes burned out. Its time to go his son has to make the peace with the customers. My hats off to Bradley. Hes a hard worker and very skilled and smart. Most of all he keeps his customers. Hes building his biz at the corner of 90west and Houston Everyone go check him out hes very good!! I wish I had experienced the type of service that everyone seems to have gotten based on other reviews. I was referred here by another mechanic. I needed an alignment. I called and made an appointment. I was explained how alignment appointments worked and understood times could change and i would be called back to confirm a time. I spoke with the guy the morning of my appointment and he explained how many were still ahead of me and that I should come at 3. I said ok and he said he would call me if he could get me in any earlier. I showed up a little before 230 and new I may have to wait. I went to let the guy know I was there and he looked baffled. Said you have an appointment, here? I said yes, and gave him my name. He got very rude with me and said you were supposed to wait for me to call. I said I did, we spoke this morning and you changed the time. Before I could even tell him I was fine waiting he just kept being argumentative with me and saying I dont understand how alignments work. I said I do understand and I did exactly what you asked. At this point Im just very angry and dont want him to service my vehicle period let alone give him my money. How can you treat customers that way and expect return business? I was more than willing to wait til my turn I just didnt appreciate being spoken to that way. I wont be back and do not recommend.

I was recently at the Suwannee River Jam and While driving from St. Augustine Beach to the park , I heard a noise. Im friends with the Sales Manager and told him what was happening and he immediately recommended Buddy to do the job! I knew if he sent me to Precision, that I wouldnt get taken and the job would be done correctly. I drove in, Buddy said to leave it and hed fit me in around other jobs. I had a call by 4 that the job was completed. Thanks Guys! Youre all awesome!
