I was expecting them to keep my truck for 8 days to do the repairs. They called me after a day and a half. It was ready, they had even had done extra. I am so pleased with there work. The repair on my brand new suv was great, it looks just like new again. Communication lacked and I was a bit disappointed in the dust left inside but nothing I can't clean myself.
This is my second time using Classic Collision. Rosalyn was excellent she always kept me informed and listened to what I said in regard to when I needed it back. The first time I went to Classic, it was for hail damage on a Cajun Red vehicle. I picked them because they had certified GM paint. I was very happy with the first go around and just as happy this time. Rosalyn was also very good at dealing with my annoyance about the entire situation. My mom was driving my truck and was rear ended while stopped at a construction zone. Then my insurance said just use the at fault drivers insurance so by the time I got to dealing with Rosalyn I was a 10/10 on the aggravation scale. She was patient with me and I do appreciate that. My vehicle was promised on a Friday and the date had to be moved to the next week. Sure enough it was ready on time on the next date. I'm very happy with the repair and everything seems to be as good as new!

Took my suv in for a bumper and came out with a bumper from Toys R Us, shattered tail lights on the lift gate 🤔 and my paint to the lift gate was taken off!! Like I said the lift gate wasn’t even in the accident. Don’t not Take Your Vehicle here!!!!!! They also told me it was already like that or heat did it!! Blow me!!!
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY BEFOR DRIVING OFF THE LOT!!!! This company had horrible customer service with trashy techs . I used this company because the lady that had hit me had Tripple A and they had recommended it. I did not know it would be such a nightmare. They had missed spots in the paint, there were scratches and gouges in the fresh paint and the black alloy wheels were repainted but were done horribly . There was dirt and specs under the paint. There were text updates which were nice but I don’t think that they were correct. The estimator did not communicate well and every day that I called they said it would be done by the end of the day. Every time it was a different excuse. I was understanding at first but then it became a problem. My estimator told me it would only take 2 weeks and I am on week four. This morning I called and asked when my car would be done, and they told me that the tec just needed to put the bumper back on the car. I decide to drive over there and see what is going on and my car is still not ready. The lady up front told me that it had just come out of paint and the bumper would take 4-5 hours to cure. And that my car would be ready by the end of the day. I come back right before closing because these people don’t like to call and tell you what is going on. And they had broke the piece that connects the bumper to the fender. And will need to order the part. My estimator said my car will be done tomorrow but at this point I doubt it. They couldn’t even call and say not to comeback today because something happened???? I knew I should have read the reviews on this place but I just wanted my car to be fixed :/ I am really disappointed in the service and product. They will probably auto generate a response like I’m sorry about that we strive to be great or some bs. But they need to crack down on the techs to do better work.
Staff was friendly & repairs were 24hr ahead of schedule (kept me updated via text). They replaced the windshield, vacuumed the glass out of the car, and took the dent out the hood. They also repainted and sealed a few rust spots on the hood, which Im thankfuk for.
Just picked my car up from being repaired, and it looks great! Better than before the damage happened. It also smelled really nice too
We dropped my daughter s jeep off and got it back in less than 2 weeks. They communicated with us the whole time .

Good service and nice people. Progressive insurance uses them for repairs so I went here. They were informative and gave updates on how long things would take. Car repairs are always expensive but they seemed reasonably priced. They also backordered a hard to get part for me. The only thing to be aware of is they do not take credit or checks. A debit card is what I had to use for payment.
BAD SERVICE!!! I left my truck two months ago in March 14, and they kept telling me it was gonna be ready soon. I called today to check when its gonna be ready and they said today because theyre reassembling my truck, they were supposed to call me so I could pick up my truck but I never got a call. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
Professional, proficient, and I never had to lift a finger. They handled transportation to the rental agency seamlessly without me even having to ask.
They finished my car up on the promised date (which is very hard to come by), and my car looks as though it was never hit. Ended up getting my car back just 7 days after drop off, and customer service was awesome.

I stopped by to see Mr Máres about my vehicles bumper, it looked like it was pulling away slightly. I noticed he was checking it out, then bam, he called us out and it was fixed. Mr Máres explained it, but Ill be more careful backing up. Oh, and no charge. Thank you, Mr Máres!
Fast service advisor
My car was stolen and my insurance towed it to this repair shop. I have heard horror stories of the same situation and people being without a car for months. I was surprised when Roslynn called to let me know that my car was completed a week earlier than estimated. The experience was pleasant, the only thing is they didnt inform me over the phone of a convenience fee for paying my deductible with my credit card. Regardless, thankful to have my car back looking better than ever.

Predatory techniques, especially if going through an insurance company. An employee by the name of Rosyln held my car against my will, and wouldn t release it. Horrible, Ghetto-like experience. Be aware, if going through an insurance. I never leave bad reviews, very rare. I was forced into a job, that was not completed back in august 2023, I am still dealing with those repairs.

100% will NEVER recommend. DISHONEST AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DOING REPAIRS.... KEEP READING... Brought my vehicle there for repairs and had the classic collision repair representative speak with the Geico representative and they agreed on repairs with me. They said maybe 1-2 days to do the repairs. By day 3 I havent heard from them, called the shop multiple times asking for updates, no one could help me, everyone kept forwarding me to different departments until one person felt my frustration and took a voice-mail for the guy who took my car. Got a call back next day saying they needed more time but couldnt tell me when. Days after, when I picked my car up ALL DAMAGES WERE STILL THERE all the dings all over the hood and roof of the car!! They fixed other damages and charged my deductible and my insurance and said those damages I want repaired were not related and need a separate claim with my insurance or you can pay out of pocket. Also DO A FULL INSPECTION before leaving. They dismounted the inside grab handles and parts of the doors and never reassembled them, the screws and plastic plates covering the screws were never placed back on. Just left on the floor of the back seats. Wasnt expecting interior stuff to be tampered with so I didnt check. Guess they needed access to pop out a dent on the side. He proceeded to tell me a story of how customers hit their car with hammers to get more repairs done in their vehicles. How dishonest are people that I cannot get a decent repair shop here because of this. Guess Ill take my vehicle somewhere else to get it repaired. Waste of time and loss of a car for a week!!!

Brought my car in back in August of 2020 and had an exceptional experience with service and repairs, fast forward July 2022, my car was making some worrisome noises and I was able to bring it in to see if it had anything to do with the repairs that were service guaranteed, let me just say that most places would explain that they may not be able to help as it may not have anything to do with the service they did, the gentleman by the name of Greg that assisted me today, not only drove my vehicle to check the issue, but took it upon himself to allow his technician to take a look and pinpoint the problem. They did not have to do this, but they fixed an issue that may not have been associated to the repairs they did and I couldnt be more grateful for the concern they had for my safety. This is a great example of service you can trust.

Took my truck to Classic Collison after a thief messed up my door trying to break in, and once I got it back I felt compelled to come leave a review... they did such a good job repairing my truck, youd never know it was all dented and scratched up. And to top it off it was done four days sooner than anticipated. Kaleigh a repair specialist walked me through the process and was very professional and very kind. Take your vehicle to Classic Collision, you wont regret it.
Roslyn was the one overseeing the repairs done on my suv. She was absolutely great and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. Vehicle was completed on estimated date and looks great! So happy to have it back. She even cleaned up the rotten watermelon that apparently got left behind when the car was taken for repairs haha so sorry for that but so thankful she got the smell out of the car so my daughter and I didn t have to drive all the way home with that smell in the car. Customer service was the best I ve ever experienced! Definitely recommend Classic Collision for anyone needing repairs done (especially recommend Roslyn!).

Updated review: Had to re-do this after someone tapped my bumper in back...when insurance looked at it they told me the stabilizing bar was missing and that is why damage was so bad. So basically this company I had been bragging about put by bumper on...with nothing behind it. When I called in they said it must have been lost in a previous accident...well, it had been a new car with no prior accident and since they refused to accept that their tech had made a mistake and lied, I had to redo the review. So disappointed. I only gave them a two because Greg was so kind to me, but one (or more) of their techs did a horrible job and lied about it. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because of some reviews Id read, but as they were close to my house and there were some good reviews too I decided to give them a try. Greg took excellent care of me, keeping me informed along every step of the way. What I really appreciated, though, was beyond the excellent work they did fixing my bumper and hatchback after Id been rear-ended by someone, they cleaned my car up before I picked it up. Now I expected the back to be clean, sure, because they had to remove, repair, and repaint the bumper and part of the hatchback, but my car was vacuumed and detailed with excellence! Far better job than even the car wash places do. My car looked so good! I appreciate the friendliness, the excellence, and going above and beyond so my car truly looked better when I left than it did before the accident! Give them a try!
Greg and the team at this classic collision location did a wonderful job on my repair. They were upfront and accurate with their time estimates and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked great with Geico which made things easier for me.
Dropped my vehicle off and was told I would hear something by the end of the day with an estimate. Could not get any information or an estimate for 5 days. At that point I was told it would be another 8 days before it was ready. Was receiving text updates which was nice. Even received one the morning I was told it would be ready saying things were still on track. That same afternoon I then got another message that things were not going to be ready for another week. I thought it was frustrating but was trying to be ok due to current supply issues. At that point, all updates stopped. Get to the new pick up date and I call to confirm pick up to find out that it is still not ready but would be the next day. It s now the third date I ve been told and they ve had my vehicle for three weeks for what I was told to be a one week repair. Came in this third time so I could actually speak to someone face-to-face and am again told that it is not ready. Clearly someone has dropped the ball and they are trying to cover for it or if there are this many issues, be honest and up front about it and don t give fake expectations. Zero help and zero care.
I would like to say to Greg that my interaction with you was a blessing.I as well would like to say that the front desk staff are as well amazing people. I got so many updates it was nice. Calming as well. As I was stressed as my new truck was sideswipped and I never though it would ever look the same again..It had 4200 miles on it brand new 2022..I want to say that the people who do the work man you have a special skill that is very much Appreciated so thank you to them as well..They all work together to get your car truck or whatever you need done and done the right way with nothing but kindness and respect and understanding.. as it is a hard time to go through.. To the 2 people who gave me a ride bless you as well as it was greatly appreciated......as well as the conversation.They all are great at this shop they work well together obviously... From start to finish. Scheduling estimate was easy, quick, and friendly. Communication to schedule the drop off was friendly with follow up as needed. During the time it was being worked on lots of dialogue and updates. And then when ready for pickup all was great. 10/10 I would pick the Live Oak Classic Collision team again!

Car came out OK. Be prepared to be called after 4pm on a Friday afternoon letting you know that your car is ready for pick up, and they are closed tomorrow. Had to move things around due to this last minute inconvenience. Rental could not be extended without being an out of pocket expense.

This one is tough. Speedy appointment followed by 3 weeks of work. Which I expected. With such a great start I expected regular updates from them. Sadly, all updates were always initiated by me because I was reaching the end of my insurance covered rental car timeline. Either an extension or a completed repair was needed. All requested callbacks didnt ever happen. Instead of callbacks, Id get a text from a bot notifying me of my extension. The work was done to almost full satisfaction. I need to bring it back to address a couple of things. Everyone was VERY nice, though.
As a first time customer, my experience at this location was outstanding. The office staff were helpful and professional. Everyone I came into contact with was great! This place does not even deserve 1 star because the lady at the front desk stated that they refused to paint my car. They only do work on cars that have been in a bad wreck so they can make a large amount of money.
I advise you never bring your car here. They are strait up liars. Told me my car would be ready and it wasn t. Told me it will be ready three days later and still wasn t. I come to pick up my car and then had to wait another three hrs before I receive it. Never again.

Someone I know used this place. They sent the survey to the wrong number, maybe on purpose, probably hoping that it never got filled out. But as chance would have it, I actually know the person who was supposed to get the survey. This person had a terrible terrible terrible experience. I wouldnt go here if I were you.
Took my truck therefore repair.charged me my deductible.they just cover the bumper, left the bumper loose. Did not paint the damage part.. .I would have done a better job. Do not recommend it.

The adjustor answered every question, although some may have been a bit absurd, clearly and in language I could understand. I have not had an occasion to visit a repair shop since 1997. Things have changed but the customer service here is outstanding. More after the repair is completed.
My experience didnt start off the greatest but after voicing my concerns they genuinely cared about my feedback and took the steps to insure I stayed informed. When I got my car back I was very impressed. You would never know it was in an accident.
At after 9 pm one night on my way home from work a herd of deer ran in front and behind my car and I sadly hit one, it popped my bumper loose, cracked and dented other parts, the fender, windshield , headlight, grill and other hiddens. I called Geico and Amanda , being very caring and very knowledgeable helped me through the hard parts, she sent me to ProCare.. Greg introduced himself, explained everything to me came out and highlighted all of the damage, in less than 2 weeks she looks gorgeous again, I was heartbroken a deer was injured along with my car but Amanda from Geico and Greg from Procure made the horrible situation very simple and stress less !! Thankyou Geico and ProCare!!

It was a great overall experience. They called me every time there was a delay in any case. Which I appreciated. It took over all about 3 weeks dude to parts shipping. I also wanted to Thank Greg for being so accommodating and super friendly! I didnt get off of work till 7pm, they close at 5:30pm but he waited for me to be able to get my car that Friday. Awesome Customer service!

Second time using Procare and it was quick and easy. A small hiccup with a part but they kept me informed throughout the whole process. The fact that I could pick up the rental car and drop it off there made life a lot easier.

Second time I have used this company. Second location since it was closer to my house, They did an outstanding job on my truck. Could not have been anymore pleased, and it was actually done ahead of schedule. The did a fantastic job and matched my paint perfectly.
I love the outstanding job that Pro Care did on my Cadillac ATS. Greg is awesome and a very cool professional person. My car got damaged in a wreck, so I took it to Pro Care through my GEICO insurance and Greg and his team made my car brand new again. I d advise anyone to take your vehicle to Pro Care and ask for Greg.
Used them when my VW GTI had some hail damage earlier this year. They ended up fixing that as well as some other work they were able to do (for half the price I d been quoted at caliber collision, for the record) and everything turned out amazing! They even fixed a little spot on the hood where someone had done a shoddy job with touch up paint before I bought the car (a spot that had always really bothered me!) and I couldn t be more satisfied with the way they handled everything! Jeff took care of everything from beginning to end, up to and including getting the rental car set up for me. I wouldn t hesitate to reach out to them again for any other body work I d need to do!
Great body repair, helpful service
Unnecessary insurance repairs. Vehicle s interior had and smelled like fine paint dust. No communication b/w drop-off to pick-up. If you have any after market headlights/parts, let them know in advance to save you time in coming back. Bathroom odor filled lobby office on my 2 visits there. Reported all to management and hope they couch staff and make adjustment updates. Direct front desk and adjuster were very personable and helpful in person.
We had a vehicle towed here after an accident. The vehicle did not belong to us however, we were driving and our insurance was picking it up. They called us to get our permission to fix the vehicle. I explained the vehicle didn t belong to us and requested they called the owner of the vehicle. This did not happen, 1 week later, the day we were buried my Dad, they called back. I asked them if they called the owner. The person I was talking to had no knowledge that the vehicle did not belong to us or that I had this conversation. So, I re-requested they speak to the owner of the vehicle and if they had any problems to call us back but we would be out of touch that day because of the funeral and they could call me on Monday. I never heard anything so figured they reached the owner, and insurance and them were getting the vehicle repairs done. 4 weeks later the owner of the vehicle calls me and asked the status of the vehicle. In which, I thought was being taken care of. I called procare back to find out they never spoke to the owner, they still did not know the vehicle was not mine and they charged for each day it was sitting in the repair lot. Processed to tell me Not to worry about it insurance would cover it. So, next day called them back and it was like the previous calls never happened. Our insurance company finally picked up the vehicle to move it because I was tired of dealing with this company. (As this is only a small piece of the headache). However, when the insurance company picked up the vehicle they did not send the key with the vehicle. The vehicle was finally able to be picked up and we went to get it and we re told that a key was not sent with it. I called Procare back to try to get the key to the vehicle. In which they told us they had no record of the vehicle being there. Then they called us back and told is they didn t have a key for the vehicle and still could not find any records of who we were or that our vehicle was there. (Yes, we left the keys with it). I even have documentation showing they had the vehicle and when it was picked up. I can t speak to quality of work but there office staff was horrible! They are unorganized and nobody inside the office knows what is going on. They said it was due to knew ownership or something like that but I questioned if anyone I. The office had left and they confirmed no it was only a name change. So let the nightmare continue as we now have to figure out how to get a key for the vehicle! I will never use this company again!
I took my luxury car in to repare a scratch and my car came back with an extra 100 miles on it. No one knew a thing when I inquired and Larissa was never around and never return my calls
We had our car towed here when the water pump went out. The car came out worse then when it went in. Its been about 2 months and were still trying to fix it out of pocket. They should have just totalled the car instead of giving us back an inoperable car. They told us the problems with it were not unusual for a car at 200,00 miles. But we didnt have those problems before the car went in. We cant drive it. I wish we would have gone elsewhere. Gave 2 stars because theyre at least friendly people. Not sure how knowledgeable the mechanics are.

Took bolts off my vehicle, then argued with me that I never had bolts on my brakes. They charged my insurance for parts but didnt attach part to my vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible mechanics. They dont care if you have a drivable vehicle they just want money. I was in the lobby crying because I was too scared to drive vehicle and the ladies behind the counter were laughing at me. And before you auto generate a response, yes I already spoke with Jeff!

He knew my car didn t have full coverage and went above and beyond to listen to me and my husband s needs, to repair the car as affordable as possible since the repairs were not covered by insurance. He was always available to talk with me and explain things thoroughly. They gave me the best price whereas other shops had tried to charge me double. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. She was attentive and we didn t have to wait at all. Thanks to the service team and staff. So glad they could help me fix my older car with huge sentimental value to me.

Dropped off my BMW with a heavy heart thinking a back to pre-hit and run (perfect) condition was impossible. I was wrong. The people who restored the vehicle did an amazing job. I cant imagine how it was done, but it was. Hats off to all who cared enough to treat my car like their own.
I selected ProCare Collision at Live Oak for convenience.. After a week later my car was ready for pick up. I notice that the paint DID NOT match my car. I told then about it but they pass the problem to my car insurance that they do not pay for BLRNDING the surrounding area. Now I have a two tone paint car. I also notice that my fog light was crack. They stated that it came like that which is a total lie. I have pictures of it before I took it in. So Jeff stated they will buy the fog light. Two weeks want by so I decided to call and they told me they have them. I took the car back for the fog light. Upon getting there they told me that the wiring connection is different to the new fog light that I will have to pay $100.00 for the new connection which I did. I wanted the fog light repair so I can get the car OUT of there. It took them 4DAYS for the repair of the fog light , and of the 6 calls I made to ProCare only 2 were retuned . I hope ProCare Collision at Live Oak can do a better job. And for the next customer going there I wish you GOOD LUCK!

After dropping off vehicle after a miner front end collision. Received rental and vehicle promised in three days. After picking up vehicle inspecting the work, it was perfect. Paint matched perfect with hood and front fenders looked like new when we first purchased Thank you for a job well done. We were a very satisfied customer. Thank You.

Didnt want my business! I was a walk in customer. The lady at the desk looked up from eating her lunch long enough to ask what I wanted and directed me to fill out the form. Then she went back to eating her lunch. I turned in the form and she paged someone from the back, directing me to have a seat. She told me the rep was on a phone call and would be out when she got off the phone. No apology, no offer of a cup of coffee.....nothing one normally gets in a customer service experience. I sat down and watched her eat her lunch. Another employee came out, and they visited for a while. When ten minutes had passed, I got up and left. Bottom line: dont go here for minor repairs. Apparently they dont understand word of mouths ability to grow a business.

We took my sister in laws car there to get fixed and it was a horrible experience. In the beginning it all sounded good and the turn around to get it back sounded great but obviously it wasnt. The communication between pro care and my sister in law was horrible. They gave her a date to get her vehicle back and that didnt happen. They were waiting for parts and they were having a hard time getting them which is not a problem if THEY call you and let you know. Then they said it was in line for paint, but again they dont call you. Then when they said it was being painted by one person, then another person tells you that no its still in line to paint. Bad communication on their part. And finally we get it back and its missing the emblem and they said would come in by the end of week and here we are, almost a month going by and they still havent called to let us know if the emblem ever got there. And you ask why dont you call? No it should be their priority to call us to let us know its there. Keep up with your customers... Plus on her car you can see the swirl circles where the buffer machine was used on the car, over spray on the tires and a corner where the paint dripped. But wont take it back to get it corrected, it might take another month before she gets it back and she doesnt have another car. Bad business.. if you can, find another place to take your vehicle. I recommend @Miracle body and paint. Great customer service and they communicate with their customers. The only reason there is even 1 star is because you cant write a review without one, otherwise it would not have one.

I havent seen that type of professionalism and genuine customer service in a very long time. They really made my difficult situation easier to bare.
I had a wreck on October 3. I didn t get my car back until December 18. It was a minor fender bender. Half the time, the manage Gilbert would not return my calls. Then 5 days after I got my car back, the rock guard that covers the gas tank fell off BECAUSE THEY PUT IT ON WITH DUCK TAPE!!! Yes duct tape. I have the pictures to prove it. Do not take your car here!!!

Great customer service. Though it did take a while for car to get fixed (not their fault, dealership sent wrong parts) it was fixed to perfection. And car was cleaned out and vacuumed.

I had my car fixed by Pro Care last year after getting in a pretty sever wreck- they should have totaled the car but instead fixed it. When they gave it back to me they requested I meet them at night in a bar parking lot and I could see the plastic pieces still hanging from the bottom of my car. I wouldn t accept it as it was and sent it back. Two days later same shoty repair work was returned to me and I have been having trouble with the car ever since. STAY AWAY! Find a shop that will take care of your car.

I was there in support of a friend, the staff were very nice.
Got an appointment with them through GEICO after being rear-ended. When I arrived, the staff were really helpful and professional since they guided me on the progress and answered questions I had. Left my vehicle at the shop and got a rental car. Once the vehicle was ready and came to pick it up, I was very pleased with the quality of the repair as if the accident never happened.
The customer service is fantastic at pro care( Cara is very awesome and she is fabulous with customers),but the ability of fixing the vehicles is terrible.I had to take my car back for the scratch they caused at the back panel after repairing it. They gave my car back to me on Friday. I checked the panel and everything looked great in shape. I was excited that they finally corrected the problem. Saturday was the first time I drove the car after it was returned, and I found there were some strange message and signals popping up on the screen from the vehicle. I just got this bad feeling ! So while I was backing up the car, my entire safety sensors at the back were off ( it doesn t do what it used to do)Damn !they messed up my car again. It seems they do not have the skills at all. Repeating problems keep coming up after their hands working on the vehicle. I was happy with their productivity,but now I regret even having my car repaired there. Being productive is great, but if you can not get the job done right,it is pointless and wasting time. Since it is just a minor accident ( the scratches on the bumper and panels), it should not be as complicated as the major accident repair. All I need is that they need to get the job done right and stop adding additional problems.

I had the misfortune of being rear-ended twice in the last 6 months. I also had the misfortune of going to a repair shop OTHER than ProCare for the first repair -- which will never happen again. Jesse and Ray and the ProCare team not only had impeccable customer service and communication, but they went above just fixing my car and repaired the things the previous repair shop NEGLECTED. Thank you for your work and your care with getting my vehicle back to what it once was. I highly recommend ProCare in Live Oak.
I would not recommend Procare to my worst enemy. They do shoty work our car is now worse then before it went into this location to get fixed. The car is 3 days old (New) and now has all kinds of issues thanks to Pro Cares shorty wotk

Very unimpressed overall with the service here. Had my car worked on here after an accident because it is a USAA shop. Mechanical issues were missed/not addressed. I brought the car back in a few weeks ago to have them fix the original issue. They dont even have a mechanic at one of their locations and it seems only cosmetic issues were addressed. Was told my car would take the afternoon, maybe one day, to fix, and they gave me a rental to use. They had my car for an entire week: never once did I receive an update call. I called three times, each time I called they could apparently not locate my vehicle using my last name (?) and had to find a manager. Then they would promise my car was next on the lift that morning. Days later I call back and a tech informs me my car had not been touched. What should have been fixed months ago was not even able to be fixed in that week they were apparently working on my car. Tech told me to my face when I picked up the car that they did what they could but that I should take it to a Subaru because they couldnt do any more on it. So now I go to take it into a Subaru to run diagnostics, USAA called ProCare to confirm what their tech told me - and the individual my insurance talked to claimed they fixed the issue and dont know what Im talking about. Extremely disappointed in service here and should have taken my car to a Subaru dealer in the first place, USAA preferred or not.
Every time I start up my car I get angry and frustrated!! I was dupped into taking my car to these folks by my insurance company GEICO. They did a decent job on the outside of my car but since I got it back it has been making a rubbing noise like a belt is rubbing against a something under the hood in the area where they did the exterior work. Of course, the manager says that he doesnt hear it. They and GEICO keep giving me the run-around but Im not going to let them off the hook!

We had work done after the hail storm at the Fairdale location but theres a leak by the rear view mirror that wasnt found until a storm. We went to the new Live Oak Procare location to have it taken care of since we were in that area, but the lady at the front, Joann, said no and that we had to go to the Fairdale location, even though it was guaranteed work. When we got to the Fairdale location, they said that the Live Oak location should have taken care of us, too.
Only because I had to put a star to rate this establishment. Listen when I say RUN away Fast! I took my car in as recommended by Geico Insurance, to this place. I was in a minor accident by one of their insureds. They said it was express service and that Id have my car in 7 days or less. That was October 12. Today is November 26! My car was brand new. I had only owned it for 2 1/2 weeks before the insured hit me in a parking lot. My car was brought to my job after first repairs. It basically looked like they pulled the dent and literally spray painted the inside of my door and fender. I refused it and they attempted to correct it. Its been about 5 times now and every time they bring it back something else needs to be fixed. They have painted my bumper about 5 times now and cant seem to paint it right. Either they forget a spot or touch it up with what looks like white out. Ive made two car payments and yet to use my car. At this point theyve put more miles on my car than I have. The car was purchased with 8 miles on it. Im frustrated and really want my car back. This place is pathetic. Do not use them.

Great customer service; Ray kept me updated regularly as to the progress of my repair and resolved issues efficiently. Final outcome looks great. Reception area staff friendly and professional. I had to use another Pro-care location about five years ago and it was a good experience but the Live Oak location was top-notch. I highly recommend this company.
