Uly S. and Christine are ANGELS!! Christine helped me over the phone and then she remembered me when I walked in the door; I came in with a dead battery. While they were waiting for a free moment to come out and assist me, I watched both of them maneuver the crowded store with customers gracefully. Nobody waited in line too long and everyone got the same respect. Uly was helping me install my new battery and we could not get a piece to screw on tight and he NEVER gave up (even though I was ready to. LOL) Eventually, Christine came out and saved the day! Uly and Christine both have a calming spirit and are a vibe!! Christine was very helpful, pleasant and understanding!! They both kept a smile on their faces and never made me feel like an inconvenience or rushed. Autozone in Lemoore gives customer service you don't see in 2025!! I went into autozone and Jared was so kind and knowledgeable about my situation. He helped me with my right car parts and I left a happy customer.
A total of 6 people working behind the counter, while we stood there waiting to pay for brake fluid, and watched each if them see us standing there, but just walked back and forth ignoring us. So we put brake fluid back and just left. They lost a customer with me due to there rudeness.
Waited all day for a phone call that a part came in. Finally called them and they said they didn't see it. Told them the name of the individual that helped me the day before....it appeared. Asked if they could help get it installed and a rude employee stated they didn't do that. Explained that Hanford did it for us. The poor guy helping me seemed a bit taken back and maybe a little embarrassed. Poor customer service to say the least. Will use the Hanford store before ever coming to the Lemoore one again. They are friendlier and more helpful.
I went in last week to look for a part for my Toyota and the staff was very friendly. Local Toyota dealership was trying to charge me a ridiculously but Jose at autozone found it for less. Jose was very knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely would recommend going here.

I don t know why you would choose to go here. The attitude and atmosphere alone makes it seem like everyone hates it here. I didn t catch the lady s name but oh my god she had some nasty attitude. Every time. The tone and her choice of words this time is what got me to write this. I just wanted to return an air filter.

This store is possibly one of the worst personally, some employees dont even know what they are looking for, maybe some of us dont speak perfect English and most of them, even though they speak a little Spanish, ignore you and start talking to each other. On one occasion I placed an order for one part and it arrived wrong (which happens very often) I commented to the employee in good words, to which he just shrugged his shoulders and told me: its what you ordered and thats what its for. lack of respect and professional ethics as an employee that may not be taught to them by their leaders or store managers. (In short, the employee ignored me and made me understand that it was not his problem, and thats okay because no one forces us to go to that place)
In my experience the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They stock most the stuff I need and in cases where they didn t have my parts they can usually order and have them the same day or next at no extra cost.
I have never had an issue here. The customer service is always above and beyond. Whenever I have to go, its usually for an unexpected/emergency part. A stressful situation always ends up with a good ending. Very helpful, informed and kind staff.

Went to AutoZone to replace car battery which I bought from them under warranty they would not accept the battery saying that the numbers on the battery didnt match the one that was on their computer thats the only place I bought that battery from now if they have to punch the numbers in by hand maybe they made the mistake customer service skills for poor

We order parts for the brake last week and they said won t be in on Tuesday okay that s understandable we pay extra to get deliver early but the aweful thing about it we still waiting for our parts and we rent a car cuz we thought will be here on Tuesday but now we have to extend our rent a car cuz we only have one car and now cost us more money that we don t have and some of them have a attitude when we ask about the parts that we order that we still waiting for the employee doesn t give us any idea when is it coming is sooooo frustrating we are taking our business somewhere else next time

I love Autozone but The one In Hanford California has an interesting employee. I purchased oil from them. Turned the used oil for recycling afterwards and this kid told me that they can accept hazmat but I have to take the hazwaste with me. You sir are special.

Auto Zone in Lemoore I would say is the best of the several Auto zones we have in our area. Merchandise they all have pretty much the same and parts availability also. Store cleanliness and organization they mirror each other really close. I am a frequent customer and have had the opportunity to give an honest assessment. In customer service and knowledge of parts sales and going out of their way to make sure you get what you need. battery servicing is free and returns are fast and easy to do as long as you have recipt. Last night not least employees customer service professional and good.

Horrible service on this visit. Im pretty sure one of the managers or shift leads helped me out. Honestly I know how difficult it can be dealing with customers all day especially when the store is about to close in less than an hour. A couple of honest questions and he couldnt be bothered to give a straight up answer. Maybe it company policy. There was only like 3 people in the store. I have no problem switching my account over to annother store or competitor. I wont be visiting this store for a while. Worst experience at any atuozone Ive done business with.

Well, I needed parts for a car and they were very attentive and helped me exactly with what I needed.
Went into AutoZone yesterday thought it was pretty cool that they would charge my battery for free. So I drop it off get a slip so I can pick it up in a few hours so that it could charge I give it about 3 hours I go back over there only for them to tell me they never charged it and that I needed to purchase another battery I was upset because I sent my son into get it thinking that customer service was going to be right. So then I get off and I let them know that my battery was bought in June Its not even a 7 month old battery theres no way that its a dead battery that wont charge like I never worked at AutoZone before but I do know that they take down your name and phone number every time you purchase something there so its like Im in the computer why arent you guys looking. Are having employees that are knowledgeable about the facts of AutoZone that everything is in the computer. Yesterday I felt as if they were trying to steal my battery and make me buy a new one but instead I made them give me a new battery because Im under warranty. These kind of experiences make me want to go shop at OReillys.

Need to train the staff better staff are not friendly not helpful I keep getting the wrong parts and its very aggravating so AutoZone is not where Im going anymore. Happens too much.
I will start this review by saying that I understand were all living in very difficult and uncertain times right now. Shopping for anything is a very different experience than it was a few short weeks or months ago and I understand that any customer service oriented job is probably a little more stressful now than it used to be. That being said, I would like management to take notice of the way your associate, Eric, spoke to me on the phone this afternoon when I called to inquire about a part. First, for someone who sells vehicle parts, it is very helpful to be able to differentiate between vehicle models. I have a Mazda CX-9 all wheel drive. I am fully aware of what vehicle I drive. Eric asked me repeatedly if it was a Mazda MPV (no, its not). When I repeated CX-9, he insisted that I drove a Mazda Tribute. I again, had to repeat the year, make and model of my vehicle. AGAIN, I had to insist that I did NOT drive a Mazda Tribute. Once we finally got it sorted out what vehicle I drove, he told me that his store would refuse to sell me the part that I needed (a full set of six ignition coils). Eric spoke to me in a very aggressive (bordering on yelling at me) manner telling me that if my vehicle threw a code for a misfire on cylinder one that it could mean ANYTHING (which I do not have enough knowledge about cars to know if that is true or not) but I should try a cheaper solution like spark plugs (mine are new), injectors, and a whole laundry list of other things. He told me before I spend money on parts I needed to get my car into a shop to find out exactly what I needed. I explained to him that I had recently lost my job and that I did not have the funds to spend several hundred dollars on a diagnostic check for the vehicle, but that I did have the highest confidence in the person who was going to fix my vehicle and that, if he believed that was what I needed, that is what I was going with because he has worked on my car for years and hasnt steered me wrong yet. Eric then reiterated that he wouldnt sell me an expensive part that I probably dont need only for me to come back after the fact to say that wasnt the problem and try to return something that couldnt be returned. I clarified with him that I was understanding him correctly that he would not sell me the part because he did not think I needed it (without seeing or otherwise inspecting my vehicle). He continued to speak in a very condescending tone of voice and I thanked him for his time and said Id take my business elsewhere. So, drove across town to the Auto Zone on 11th Avenue in Hanford, where the employees were happily working with smiles on their faces, they had the part I requested in stock and were more than happy to sell it to me. Even though this Auto Zone is minutes from my home, I will from this point forward drive across town to the other store for my Auto Parts needs. I understand things are stressful right now, but speaking to someone in such a condescending and demeaning tone is unacceptable, no matter the current business or economic climate. I hope that it was just an off day for him and this is not the manner in which he generally speaks to customers.

I went to AutoZone in Lemoore to have my battery terminal connectors replaced and have them install it because I didnt have the proper tools. AutoZone was gracious enough to do it for me. Joshua, Roxanne and another staff (who I didnt get the name but you know who you are) were so helpful while working on the battery and remaining very professional the whole time. Ended up having my battery replaced under warranty as suggested by one of them. Totally satisfied with the service provided. Been a customer of AutoZone since 2005 and as always the management and staff are always on the look out to make sure that the customers are taken care of either with the service provided or professional advice. I recently went to autozone for a new battery. The gentleman who helped me rang me up and said I would have to wait until 2 to have it installed as he was going to lunch. ( come to find out he was the store manager)Andrew came along and offered to assist me. When he was installing the battery he came to realize that the store manager sold me the wrong size. Back in the store to get the correct one and Roland did the exchange and asked if I got the military discount, which I did not and the trade in for the old battery both Roland and Andrew saved me time and money and we re pleasant during the whole process thanks should go out to both young gentlemen.

This is my experiance at Autozone; On 10/03/20, I purchased rear brake pads and rear brake rotors (2) from the Hanford, CA store. I had a good mechanic install the above parts on my car. The rear brakes recently began making noise, therefore, I took my car back to my Mechanic and he recommended that I purchase upgraded rear brake rotors and brake pads. I let him know that I had a warranty on the parts at Autozone. I then went over to the Lemoore location to inquire on my warranty. The mechanis is located in Lemoore. An Associate Claire (Manager) informed me that only one brake rotor was showing in the system. Apparently an Associate from the Hanford store did not enter my entire purchase correctly into the computer on 10/03/20. I showed Claire and another male Associate my Bank Statement to show my purchase price on 10/03/20. Claire calculated my Bank Statement purchase price and compared it to what was entered on 10/03/20. It seemed as if Claire was about figure it out, however, the other male associate insisted that since I purchased the parts at the Hanford store that I would have to return there to figure things out. I then returned to the Hanford store and explained the situation. An Associate from the Hanford Store then investigated and he located my receipt from 10/03/20. The receipt did show that I purchased 2 rear brake rotors on 10/03/20. The receipt was then printed out for me and an Associate Andrew informed the Lemoore store. I then went back to the Lemoore store and finally was able to utilize my warranty with Claire. Claire then made sure my new warranty for both rotors were in the computer system for my new warranty.. She also was able to upgrade my Brake Pads and Brake Rotors for a very little price difference. I have been an Autozone Patron for many years (since Chief Auto) and this is the very first time that I encountered this problem. I have to thank Claire at the Lemoore store for her help in attempting to solve the problem the very first time at the Lemoore Store, however, I feel that the other male Associate prevented her from doing so. Thank you Claire and thank you Hanford store for locating my receipt from 10/03/20.
