Excellent friendly experience at Mountain Auto Body. They got my slightly wrecked car right in and kept me updated each step of the way! During this time that I was looking for a repair shop for my almost new $42k Subaru ....other shops had a couple months wait to even look at my car and other places didn't even return my call. We are very thankful for the service performed by Brenda and her husband. We had a car accident in the Saturday evening when driving from LA to SF. Our car was not drivable. Mountain Auto Body was the closest body shop. When our car was towed there, the shop was already closed. We left a message and went to a nearby hotel. We did not expect a return call until next Monday as the shop would not open on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Brenda Sunday morning. As we had an important appointment in SF on Monday. Brenda's husband opened the shop for us on Sunday. He was able to make the car drivable so we can make to our appointment. (A complete fix would take a few days and we didn't have time.) They did a careful job to make the car safe to drive. So we were able to drive 300+ miles and make the appointment. They only charged a moderate fee which was very reasonable.
