Frank's transmission was very professional and Frank himself new what the issues were and how to solve them easily without beating around the bush. I ended up running over a rock and damaged my transmission and drive shaft Frank was able to help me find a drive shaft easily without a headache and even installed it for free The family shop is very professional and friendly. I will be going back for all my maintenance on my truck I'm glad I'm on the road again!

Great service as usual Frank. Thanks for always taking care of us. We just had the motor in one of our work trucks replaced. Frank and the guys had my truck back on the road in no time. Frank takes care of pur fleet of service trucks and even my family's personal vehicle.

I feel the need to warn others. It was very questionable that they did the transmission oil change since the filter I saw at autozone looks very different, and there is only one oem. On top of that, my car suddenly had two giant cuts on the air intake. This place will try to SCAM YOU, STAY AWAY.. They wanted 190 to replace 50 dollar part. Labor takes about 5 mins. The worker didn't even take pictures of the work he did every transmission shop does this. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. Then, the skiny worker in front gashed the front of the bumper paint. UPDATE: AUG 9, I discover my engine oil was drained bone dry and the short mechanic with the accent amd mustache, dumped my engine oil in my radiator. I took it to Jiffy Lube, where they did a radiator flush full of engine oil. My engine or transmission have to radiator fluid so that means someone put it there. Please do not take your car here they will sabotage your vehicle to have you pay for what they damaged. When I took my car initially I had no oil leaking not any problem with my air intake. Please avoid this place they mess up your car and get the most money out of you. That's your hard earned money which they feel entitled to. Este Lugar es fraude.

I hardly ever do reviews, but my experience at Frank’s was bad enough that I feel I need to warn other customers. Everything started off well. I was told what they thought the problem was and told I’d be given a quote within a couple hours. I’d have my car done by the next day at the most is what I was told. I never received a call back. I called multiple times and by the time they responded to me it was too late. They said the car wouldn’t be done until next week. So, I had to pick up the car without it being fixed. Once in the car, my a/c, which was blowing cold when I dropped it off was now blowing hot air. That’s not even the problem I took it in for. Now I’m going to have to go elsewhere and fix two problems instead of one. Added to that, there was grease all over the inside of the car. No one cleaned it up.

Frank did an excellent job on replacing my transmission and an oil leak I was having. Great work, quick turn around and a good price. Got my truck running like new. Thanks to Frankand his staff!

Oh my this shop is everything!! Frank is amazing!! I drove from Arizona and had to go back but not before getting transmission mount & transmission service Last minute!! His staff & Frank are very knowledgeable ,polite, professional and amazing when it comes to getting the job done!! I will be driving from Arizona just so this shop can do any future work on my Lexus!! Find them & you have a quality shop forever!! Thanks

Not all hero’s wear capes. Frank and Vince and the workers of this small little shop are the best shop that I have taken my Jeep Wrangler too. They don’t hide behind the door and tell you this and that. They’ll tell you straight to your face with shoulders front and tell you what’s going on. They won’t scam you out of a warranty their prices are unbeatable and their personality has my respect. Thank you so much I can’t thank you guys enough.

Frank's Auto is the best shop out here in Lancaster. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. They are honest and they help you out with whatever you need. The customer service is great. I had went to another shop before I found Frank's auto. Lets just say I wish I had gone to Frank's first. I will be coming here most definitely in the future. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
