I nervously ordered a leak detector a couple of days ago. I say nervously because I ve never bought used diagnostic equipment before. An hour after I ordered it I got an email which I didn t see right away they found a part missing and wanted to know if I still wanted it. When they realized they had a second tester they harvested and sent it out whinin a couple of hours. The item came two days later and was well packed. But the transmitter wasn t working properly. Casey got right on it asked for a couple of pictures and agreed to sent me the other unit. If you re on the fence about ordering from them, don t because they are really responsive and everyone who picks up the phone there is super nice. So good to deal with a company that has customer service own pat. It s not about errors it s how a company respomds to an issue and fixes it. These are people you want to deal with!

On 7-14-2022 around 4:30pm I called and placed an order for a Crankshaft front oil seal wear sleeve installer. I also paid for the overnight delivery. The lady on phone was really nice and pleasant to talk to, she seemed to know her job very well. I received all emails regarding receipt and info. (Even after I made an error, she did the correction and made everything work smoothly) I also received the tool on 7-15-2022 and before noon. I am very pleased with this company. I will tell other people about them.

Been attempting to purchase a timing pin tool. had part in shopping cart proceeded with check out, waited one day still no e-mail confirmation. I go back to review my check out and then it process to PayPal. I attempt again to process the order, and my PayPal check out states I have no items in my cart. I call the phone number 641-784-TOOL (8665 and it hangs up on me twice. Finally gave up and went to E-Bay to purchase the tool I needed.

I was looking for a Tool to align timing chains on 4.7L Dodge. The first places that Google came up with the tool was $82 plus shipping. Freedom Racing was $52. Freedom Racing has the correct tools that I need and they have them in stock. I work for a John Deere Construction equipment dealer and the JDG tools are what Deere specifies. Freedom has them, they are significantly cheaper and I can get them in a couple of days as opposed to weeks. They are now my first place to go for Deere tools. The repair shop said it would take a month or two for the Ford dealer to get these parts and they would only warranty the job if it was genuine OEM Parts. They are a total SCAM! The product they sell you is not what you will receive. I ordered a Ford Axle Socket and got some no name china piece of junk that does not look like the picture. On the box, it says No Warranty if it breaks. Cant be used on power tools. They triple charged for shipping to a business. When I was done overpaying, I couldve bought a SnapOn with a warranty. Tried calling them and even after sending an email with photo, they admit their sit photo is wrong, but refuse to refund. The expect you to pay shipping to send back their wrong tool and take and pay double more for another one! Beware of their Scam. Same woman who answers phone, takes order and answers email. They have no manager who will speak. This place should be banned from online sales for such fraud.

I ordered the Mopar 9866B wrench off their website to do a turbo job on a cummins 6.7. You absolutely cannot do the job without the wrench and multiple other sites wanted twice the price for it. Absolute worst service I ve ever received. I own and operate three business specializing in diesel trucks. Website descriptions were wrong so I received the wrong tool. Clearly states the year truck We were working on fit. Truck had to go the next day so paid extra to overnight. Mistakes happen I understand. Sales associate we spoke too was extremely rude and not only did they refuse to overnight it too us on them because of their mistake. They told us it would be 20 more then the initial cost we paid to overnight the wrong tools they sent us! This was my 4th and last order

My experience with these was great, had a problem with 1st tool I received from them, threaded rod bend while pressing out rear control arm bushing. I called and emailed these folks, sent photos, mailed defective tool to them, they shipped replacement out real quick. Replacement tool worked flawlessly. Great folks to deal with.

They had just pulled their entire stallion suspension line off their website when I called looking for a part for a panhard bar I was giving by a teacher to help straighten out my suspension. I recently had some issues with my 6.0 Powerstroke... Fuel in the coolant... So I used a head repair kit from Accurate Diesel, and the tool kit from these guys. Basically you remove the old injector cup and replace it with a full length sleeve and new lower injector body. The tool kit from Freedom Racing was easy to use, cheaper than anyone else and they even included little plastic cap to go in the old injector cup to keep metal shavings from going into your cylinder. Awesome addition. Thanks Freedom Racing for making this tool! Hopefully I dont need it again but if I do I know it will work like it should.
