From their customer service to their actual service, Allen Tire Lakewood truly delivers five stars. Came for an alignment today and the tech was very detail oriented, made sure my car drove perfectly before handing it back to me. Off topic pro tip: Ask about their road hazard warranty if you buy tires here. It's worth it!

I wish I could remember the name of the tire salesman. He was helpful, didn't try to pressure me to buy four new tires, I only needed one tire, I already knew you have to buy them in pairs so the wear is even. Lots of salesmen with tried to push me into four new tires. Their waiting room was clean, staff was nice. No one tried to upsell me to luxury tires or anything goofy. As a woman I often get pushy salesman trying to upsell me especially when it comes to automotive or electronics. It was a relief not to have high pressure sales.

Tire blew out on freeway. Allen tire fixed bad tire immediately when I brought it into them. They put new tire on for me and out the donut back in the space it belonged in my car.

I have been going here for 25 years and the experience has always been excellent. When my main contact Mike who I have been dealing with during this time period left I was interested to see how the service would be. So far it has been good dealing with the rest of the team over there. I can only hope they will keep the same standard I was used to with Mike.

Allen Tire is a great place for all your tire needs. They are always professional and friendly. Tires are the most underrated part on your vehicle but can mean life or death when you are at highway speed. So do like the sign out front says and “Blow in before you blow out!” I did! Had a nail in my tire and the manager was kind enough to take care of it even though it was a Sunday. Have been a customer of the Lakewood Allen Tire company for years. They have always been professional and proved excellent service.

One of my tires was low and so I took it in for a professional inspection. Good thing, there was a nail in it. They repaired it, free of charge. I hated to go in during the busy holidays, but I appreciated they got me in and got it taken care of so promptly. I love these guys!

I have wonderful experiences with Allen Tire. People work there are professional and courteous. I bought 4 tires there a few months ago and the front tire on the driver side was leaking. A young man named Christian Leon, who skillfully took a look at the tire. He then instructed me to leave my car there and he would have one of the guys fixed it. 2 hours later, he called, and I went to pick up my car. This is how professional and quickly he responded to his customer. Since the tire is under warranted, he told me there was no charge. I thank him for being helpful and wish him Merry Christmas. I give Allen Tire for five stars. This place is honest and professional. I strongly recommend if you need to replace your tires.
