I cant recommend Cooper enough!!!! My 1987 Ford F250 still has original glass and keeping it was important to me but with 4 chips Cooper had his work cut out for him. He was able to get me in same day and with 20+ years of windshield and glass knowledge his repair was not only quick but thorough. His prices are more than fair especially since his work is backed by a lifetime guarantee!!!! Overall great guy and even better work.

Had just chipped my windshield this morning on my way home from Laughlin. Got home about 1:30pm was looking on Google for someone to fix my chip before it got worse. Gave them a call and they had an appointment available at 3pm. Met up with Cooper, he was friendly and also very professional. He explained what he would be doing to fix the chip, and was more than willing to explain each step as he was fixing it. After it was done I was amazed that you could barely see where the chip was. The smallest of a mark, you would think it was a speck of dirt. Cooper was willing to explain some after repair care on the windshield as well. They also provide a warranty on the work. The cost was reasonable and would highly recommend him if you have chip.

This place was very fast and the employees are very knowledgeable. I had a crack from a rock on my windshield and he did a great job at fixing it! You can barely notice that there was something there. (Doing this for my mom cause she couldn t figure it out, lol).

Glass replacement shop , quick & efficient but prices could be better if you can get the glass and ask for labor cost should be cheaper but kindly check if they accept that.

Needed the windshield replaced on my 2017 Tacoma. This time I decided to go with Cooper s Windshield Repair because the other auto glass shop in town International Auto Glass & Window damaged the paint on my other car the last time I used them. The paint damage was so bad last time, they had to pay Toyota to repaint it and have the windshield reinstalled. After going to the address for Cooper s, I soon found out that there isn t an actual location for this shop just a carwash. I called the number on yelp and was told that the shop is on Anaheim street and was texted the address. While driving there, I kept thinking to myself, I hope this isn t the same place that damaged my other car close to 3 years ago. Sadly, it was! When I got to the shop International Auto Glass & Window I was very hesitant to have them work on my car again. I should have trusted my gut instinct and found another shop. But given the last time they damaged my other car being close to 3 years ago, I figured they probably improved and learned from their mistake. This is where I was wrong! They did the windshield replacement and after installation, I decided to check for paint chip damage. Sadly, they did it again! Paint was chipped and I immediately told the manager. The worst thing that happened today was a dishonest manager trying to tell me my car was ALREADY LIKE THAT! Really? I then proceeded to show him paint chips literally still present. They didn t even attempt to clean it off. He then said the windshield needed to be shifted to the passenger side, so it would cover the chipped paint. I told him that I don t want the chip to be covered, I want it fixed. He proceeded to say it would take a while because they have to get the touch up paint from Toyota magically, one of four guys who worked on my car, had white paint. I almost could assume it wasn t original factory paint. I am so disappointed right now. Everything about this experience was bad. From being misled to thinking Cooper s was gonna do the replacement, to 4 different workers touching my car with no one taking ownership. I m very upset. They have a waiting area for customers for safety reasons where I couldn t watch them do the work up close, but there you also have one of the workers kid no older than 7 walking around the shop and customers cars. Probably an osha violation? Last time I left a bad yelp review for this place, I decided to remove it after they fixed their mistake. This time I m leaving it for people to see. Do not use International Auto & Glass or Coopers Windshield for your window needs. Im hoping someone reaches out to me to make things right! We ll see guess.

I was unlucky to have an eaten pine cone fall directly on my windshield leaving a circular crack, but, still felt lucky to find Cooper s. I called about 30 minutes before closing, but they were able to fix the crack the same day. Although they were closing soon, they were willing to help me out with open hands, even after hours. They were both very knowledgeable and were able to fix the crack very quickly. They explained that they use higher grade resin and was thoroughly explaining the process as I was interested. Very friendly and definitely recommend Cooper s. I left feeling happy that I was able to find them on such short notice. Also, I d like to note that they have a guarantee that the spot that they worked on won t crack further or your money back. You can t beat that!!!

Cooper and Eddie are a pleasure to work with. They are so friendly, and they do amazing work. I first used them over 6 years ago, when they fixed a small crack from the windshield of a Lexus that I was returning at the end of the lease period. They did such a good job, I could hardly see the crack, and the car dealer did not notice either. I was really happy with the service, and I liked that they work out of their truck, so their fee is very affordable. Six years later, I now own an Audi that I really love, and my windshield was recently hit by two rocks that left noticeable damage. I wanted to have the cracks addressed immediately to make sure my windshield was protected and the cracks were stabilized and wouldn t spread. I was so happy to find the same windshield business on Yelp again, and Cooper recognized my number from before, so I knew I had the right place. Once again, they were able to fit me in right away. Great service and great communication. Called Cooper and set up an appointment with his brother Eddie. He sent me the address to the place and specific instructions. Eddie was so quick and professional as soon as I got there he did not take more than 30 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonable prices. As you can see in the picture when I got hit by the rock how it left my windshield and after he fixed it you can hardly tell.

After a poor and underwhelming visit to another major company that specializes in windshield replacements, I came across Coopers business. Unlike the other business, Cooper walked me through his business practices, the level of work he guarantees from him and his staff, and his down to earth personality (definitely does not treat you like another number but an actual person). The hospitality and thoroughness gave me the confidence to give his business a try and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. The total cost of my repairs was nearly half of what the other business was charging me which makes me question why they quoted me so much initially. I was told that my windshield would take 1 and a half to 2 hours but they actually got it down in under an hour so I wasnt having to spend half my day at the shop. If you are on the fence about going with this local business, hopefully this review can convince you if the already 4.9 rating doesnt.

I had a rock hit my vans massive windshield. I didnt do anything about it at first but then I started to see a little crack and figured I should get it looked at before its too late. I found Coopers and got an appointment right away. Eddie was there ready to go and had the window all sealed up in about 30 mins. He was neat and took good care of my van. Very straight forward during the phone call as to what to expect from the repair, and what my other options were. Thought I showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment but they were already there! I went to coopers for a front windshield replacement and to get my windows tinted. After my service was complete which took about 2 and a half hours (normal), I noticed my automatic function for my headlights no longer worked. When I called the next morning they said that they didn t touch any electronics and have no clue what I am talking about however they would take a look at it. When I arrived to their shop shortly after the mechanics that talked to me explained how they don t touch any electronics when replacing a front windshield. I explained my thought process for what I thought to be the problem and after talking to the store owner and the Forman we were able to solve the issue which took less than half an hour. I was pleased with the tint, the new windshield and my fully functional lights.

Called them because I had a rock hit my windshield and put a crack on it. They were able to get me same day appointment and got the chip to where it barely noticeable. A new windshield would have been $1500. They were clean and fast got it done 25mins.

I had an excellent experience with this company! Starting with the customer service, Phil was the epitome of great customer service. He should make a training video for companies to follow. Called just before closing on a late Saturday afternoon about a shattered drivers window, Phil Had a person with my factory tinted window in my driveway Sunday morning! About 20 mins later all the old glass was cleaned up and new window perfectly installed. Can t say enough good things about my experience with this company and it s people. After calling 2 dealerships and was told that my window will have to be special ordered and will take 2-3 weeks to get, I started on Yelp and found Coopers who responded almost immediately. After a few clarifying questions, called me back right away with my window ready for next day (it was late PM when I called) mobile service! service was good, workmanship was good, owner is very friendly and easy to talk with. my only issue was I google searched for a windshield replacement company in Lakewood but the Lakewood shop is only to repair chips & scratches. there replacement shop is actually in the heart of Long Beach. so I had to wait for it because it was a distance away not worth leaving the truck and coming home. That is the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Got my car broken into, both front windows broken. I called Cooper the next day and got them both fixed same day and they even came to me so I didnt have to drive. Reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend!

Phil is the man! I went to see him after someone else attempted to fix my cracked windshield and didnt do such a good job. Phil took a look and was honest about what he could do to fix it. He ended up polishing the crack and it looked much better afterwards. I really wish I would have gone to see Phil first, but now I know. Dont make the same mistake I made. I absolutely love this place. I got a quote at Safelite and almost passed out. On top of the ridiculous quote, they werent able to the job that day and made an appointment for me to rerun the following week. WHO HAS TIME FIR THAT WHEN THE CRACK IS GETTING BIGGER BY THE MINUTE!. I called Coopers and Phil was amazing. After he skulked me for not doing my research prior to contacting Safelite, then he educated me on why the crack was growing by the minute and gave me some peace in assuring me it wouldnt shatter in my face while Im driving. Phil asked a few simple questions and took my vin number and made a few calls to see if my windshield was in stock prior to me even coming in. Not only was he able to get it done the same day, the price was more than $200 cheaper then the estimate Safelite gave me. I highly recommend EVERYONE with a windshield issue to contact Coopers. It would be your first and last call because you will be satisfied...

I honestly dont know what I would have done without Phil! The windshield to my 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML350 cracked after a rock hit it on the 710 and every other shop I went to told me it couldnt be repaired! I have a $500 deductable with Progressive and they also only wanted to cover aftermarket glass! The dealership wanted $2,050 to replace the windshield and also informed me that if I had the windshield replaced with an aftermarket windshield it would void the warranty on all the sensors on my windshield! I was freaking out. Finally I found Phil and thought its a long shot but Ill see if he can repair it. I sent him a message and he responded immediately saying it could be fixed and I could come in the next morning. This morning he fixed it, took about 30 mins, and cost me only $120. It looks great, can hardly tell it was ever there and it was BAD before! Phil was also extremely nice and fun to talk to. I wish everyone would run their businesses the way Phil does; the world would be a better place. If your windshield is cracked PLEASE bring it to Phil before getting it replaced!!

I just cant say enough! This morning, I got into my car and within 5 mins...all of a sudden...my windshield cracked. Cracked! As I sat there, I watched the crack spread further and further. I freaked out and pulled out my maps and found Coopers. Had a bit of trouble locating their facility, so I called. It was just after 11am when I spoke with Cooper and he treated me so kind and offered so much help. Well it is about time someone in a service industry has great customer service skills!!! Phil is terrific. Very friendly, timely and a sense of humor. Very responsive with questions and return phone calls. The windshield shop also was on their game. Mario came out to service my truck and was super friendly, introduced himself and went right to work. He even pointed out some minor damage and some missing parts in the area that he was working in before the install. I am sure to cover himself but, a very good practice. Excellent customer service skills all the way around!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I cant say enough amazing things about Phil! I called him after finding a crack in my windshield on the way to work. I explained that the crack was growing rapidly (along with my stress level), and I was hoping it might be possible to get it fixed on my brief lunch break, before making the long commute home that evening. The first thing he said was, Dont stress. Ill do my best to help you out. And thats exactly what he did! By the time I saw him a few hours later, the crack had grown to about 12 inches and there was another small one I hadnt even noticed until then. He was able to fix both in less than an hour and charged me under $100! So, if youre looking for awesome customer service, fast and excellent work, and all for a fantastic price, you absolutely need to call Phil!

Came in on a Friday without an appointment after being referred from another glass place because of the severity of my recently rock chipped front windshield. I couldnt believe how well it turned out. This is the go to for windshield repair in the south bay.

Im writing this review on behalf of my mom and I because we were both helped over at Coopers. And let me just say, we are BOTH extremely pleased! We had three cars with cracks in our windshields. Weve been looking everywhere for reasonable price for each. My mom said she came across Coopers...and he fixed all three cars for a VERY VERY reasonable price! I cant remember the exact prices right now but they were very cheap and we cant see the cracks anymore! On one of the cars he even replaced the ENTIRE windshield. For the first two cars (since Im not living at home right now) Phil went to my moms house to fix the cars. She didnt even have to leave the house and trust me...she loooooved that. For my car, I went early around 9am on a Saturday morning (before they got busy) and my windshield was fixed in minutes! We are definitely coming here again if we ever need our windshields fixed. Maybe even for a car wash next time! Thank you Phil for your outstanding service. Whenever my mom and I need help with our cars, we sometimes feel like we are being ripped off and over charged...and we definitely do not feel this way with our windshields. If I could give 10 stars......I would!

It was such a pleasure working with Phil. Hes super professional, prompt, and communicative. He was willing to work around my schedule and come to my apartment building first thing in the morning to fix my windshield before the crack got any worse. Once he arrived he examined the crack and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix it. The whole thing took about a half hour and then I was on my way! His rate was reasonable and while I hope I never have another crack in my windshield, I would call him again in a second if I did.

Phil is great! I drove up to the car wash, called the number and he came right out. I had two dings from a gravel truck that were fixed in 30mins! Really good work done here, no nonsense.

I had a minor crack in my windshield but as cooper explained it to me it turns out it was a risk to my 4 year old baby boy. I wouldnt play with his health and safety so instead of having to replace my windshield he repaired the crack and it hasnt gotten worse or split and it looks great too

In the 20 min it took to repair two minor chips/bubbles in my windshield, I learned more than I ever thought possible about auto glass. The work he did is fantastic, but the knowledge and passion he has about his work is what makes him so special. Highly recommended!!
